They have the best meats, seafood there at amazing prices! Their variety at their deli is pretty awesome as well.i don't usually get much self foods there, they tend to be a bit higher than everyone else on that.

Uodate: Today, May 11th, was horrible at the meat counter. Just deleted a star. Call my number and walk off to the hot food section. Other customers telling her im #13. What? I have to walk over to the hot food section?? Make me leave the deli meat section. So, everyone can pile in front of the meat counter. Then, I can't see the selections. Get my roast beef tossed on the counter, no thank you, no kiss my.... followed by her walking off. Thanks. I needed provolone and other things too. Didn't get them, but thanks. That is the most jacked up deli ever. Big pillar in the middle. Number machine sitting in the middle next to the pillar, so you have to wait just to get a number. Some of us have hearing issues!!!!!!!!! Stop being rude and rushing people who have hearing issues and who are legit not familiar with your selections! That's what I get for giving it another try. Same short employee, same issue. Rush rush rush.Prior review:Use to like this place. It was clean and friendly. Closest set up to Urbandale Iowa Hyvee, that I could find. I have to drive 30 minutes to get there. Prices are higher than places closer to me. Lately, workers are rude. Stocking shelves, chit chatting with other workers non stop, while blocking shelves. You literally have to wait for them to finish their conversations and move out of your way. People filling instant carts practically run you over. Cream cheese? Its nice when you get home and find someone has opened the tub in the store and eaten 1/3 of the container, leaving bread crumbs in it. Expiration dates? You need to watch carefully. Nothing like paying nearly 9$ for hellmans, only to open it a week later and find that it's expired. That's my fault, I guess? Fresh deli meats? My first time ever, at the counter yesterday. Lady asked me what I wanted. I said roast beef. It was all down hill from there. Which kind? The deluxe. We have two kinds. It's the one that says deluxe. Mind you, I'm way to the left of the deli meat, because that's where she called my number. Then she starts talking to me like I'm a child. That tone. Like I need to make up my mind. I pointed in the direction of the deli meats and said....it's the one that says deluxe. At this point she says you have two kinds, schnucks and whatever. At this point I'm getting frustrated and tell her im not use to the stores deli section and that I want the one that says deluxe. (Legit, only one says deluxe in BIG red block letters). I believe she said something along the lines of "that's all you had to say". Me? All I could say was "I guess you didn't hear me when I said it before". I said it several times, just so we know. My original review was 9 months ago. That has been revoked. The last few months has been unpleasant, every single time. With higher prices than other places, you might want to get it together. I'm just one person. No biggy. But the 500$ I spent there yesterday, will now be more like 380$ elsewhere. I'm leaving two stars because it's clean.

Prices are alittle steep on some items. they do have a lot of variety. Employees I can’t say they’re the friendliest. They’re just doing their job and rushing you out of there like cattle. Overall, I would say shop somewhere else unless you really need something from there like seafood or meat department. Or go to rulers, or Food, giant, or the prices are cheaper I give this place a five out of 10.

The meat selection is good, high quality, and reasonably priced. Thank you to Curtis who was very friendly and helpful, he informed us of a very good deal on pork loin, and went out of his way to get it for us. An extremely pleasant shopping experience.

Great selection of everything you need, fruits, vegetables, seafood and meat options are limitless. Unreal collection of all your alcohol wants and needs, loads of craft beers, bourbon and wine.

They're just like a super Gucci Kroger lol. I'm allergic to wheat and they had so many options!! It was wonderful and exceeded my expectations!

When I moved to Southeast Missouri there was no Schnucks. I was extremely excited when they opened this store. It's a nice grocery store and more.

My place to shop, the schnucks rewards are very helpful When I need them, the staff are very helpful and friendly..they always help me when I ask..from reaching an item to washing off the meat slicer for me..I appreciate the great customer service

I like shopping at Schnucks sometimes, they have lots of different kinds of meat, chips, drinks, seafood, salad bar, fish sandwich that is real good. They have a variety of almost anything that some stores in Missouri don't have. A large selection of many things for you to choose from, even an assortment of all kinds of cheeses, cakes, pies and etc.. So come on down if you haven't been to this store yet! and you will see what I'm talking about!

You never know if your meat has been frozen or fresh with these guys. Prices are to high. Self checkout is trash. Could be a really nice grocery store if a little more pride was put in by management. I feel like the store is to much for them to handle with things being out of place or marked wrong especially in the meat area. Frozen wings but ended up amazing

Produce is always fresh and there are more choices for vegetarians here in the aisles and frozen section. Staff members are friendly and helpful. They also got new shopping carts that roll smoothly and make shopping way easier. 😃

This store is always very clean. The produce and bakery items are fresh. I would give it a higher rating except the salad bar typically doesn't have baby spinach & redeeming your rewards points at self-check is difficult compared to going through a regular checkout.

Very helpful people. Just a little confusing, since I'm not familiar with the layout of the store. Quick checkout and varieties of cheese and seafood I can't find anywhere else. Packed on Saturday afternoon. I think I seen this in the same aisle the last time I went, lol.

Clean, highly organized. The deli and bakery are superb. There's a wide variety and everything is always fresh. The employees are usually pretty friendly. It's a bit more expensive to shop there, but overall it's a great place to get groceries.
