I have done a lot of shopping here. I haven't been in Save A Lot in a long time and this one is only 2 minutes from my sister's house. Everyone was and is extremely kind especially the manager. Dark skinned lady...I forgot her name but very sweet. I hope these employees are paid well because they deserve it.

Most of the Store Employees are Rude to Me Each time I go Back there!! I like going to that store sometimes to get somethings from a Store of My choice. Well, EVERY SINGLE TIME I go to Checkout, There's Always That ONE Rude Employee who Treats me as if I can't Do or Figure Stuff Out on My Own (Ableism), and Feels they Have to Be in the Need to Help out Which isn't Necessary. I am Very well Fully Independent and Capable of Making my own Purchases!!! I just Wanted to Purchase what I wanted to buy and Leave Out the Store without Any Problems. They Don't Take me Seriously, and want to Poke fun with Me about Something, and I DEFINITELY Do NOT Appreciate the HIGH Disrespect from All the Employees that Work There when I show up. I shouldn't have to put Myself in a Place to Start Cussing out the Workers from Now on who Try to Disrespect me, and I'm Fully Fed-up with It!! I have an Autistic Disability who is Fully Capabe of My Transactions, and I shouldn't have to Put up with Any Mess from Any of the Employees there!!! Called the Next day to leave a complaint to the "Manager", Now mind you, She didnt Fully wanna listen to All the Detail and Got Told , the Lady wasn't Being rude when In-fact She was Rude, And Manager was SO Ignorant to Fully Listen to All the Details Im trying to tell her. Now Imma have to Start Cussing Folks out for now on!, and I Shouldn't have to put Myself in This Position! Thanks.Do Better Save-a-lot!!!!!

The employees are very disrespectful. There was no carts available inside and when we asked about them one employee said we would have to go outside and get one. When she wasn't doing nothing but standing around. Then the other employee decided she wanted to get rude as well

I go here often for everything. They have low places compared to anyone else And always very quick check out. They have plenty of room to bag food and plenty parking space too. Employees are always very helpful and friendly

The employees are usually fantastic. Super nice. The produce is so-so, last time I bought raspberries there was mold all over them (under the sticker). The prices are decent and when the line gets long they always call for help. The sense of entitlement in the parking lot is infuriating. Why do people park right up front like they're something special? I'll never understand.

For a discount grocery store they have a really good meat department. It may be small in size but have always had what I needed. Never gotten a tough steak or anything I would considered but grade A

It's fine. They have a decent selection of products, but the prices are just average. Additionally, the store is stark and unappealing, and the employees are not friendly and seem like they would rather do anything except talk to you.

They have good meat, uasually at a good price. Most of the time you can find a deal. Produce is so-so This is a smaller/medium grocery store so they don't have a lot of brands or varieties, but they have the necessities, and then some. They have very friendly employees, too! I come here often because it's only a few blocks from my house, so it's very convenient.

Clean, friendly basic grocery store. They are gradually changing the brands formerly carried, though. Which means one either must search for a comparably flavored brand elsewhere or adapt to what is on their shelves. Their meat is always good; but, their produce is frequently iffy.

They have really done a great job cleaning up our Save A Lot . I'm so proud of those workers. They've been working very hard for it to look so good. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK....

It used to be that you would have a weekly ad. I shop where I get can the best deals on my groceries. We live on Social Security only. All of the other grocery stores in the Cape area have a weekly ad that is viewable online. I have shopped at Save A Lot many years but until you bring back the weekly ads online, I will shop elsewhere.

They actually have bags now. Used to you had to buy your own from them or take their cardboard trash home with you and your groceries. And they aren't having you check yourself out so that's a huge win.

They sell you spoiled meat. Watch what you buy closely. You need to watch them because they will double swipe you and charge you more on stuff if you're not paying attention. Happened to us today. Cashier thought we weren't paying attention to what she was doing.

Great place for food, I do feel a little unsafe due to the area and some of the people that shop in there but that’s expected in cape giradeau. Pretty solid place overall

Store was well stocked, cashier's were available to accommodate the customer flow. Prices are a bit above average on most items, however their meat products are very affordable and variety is available

The store is a little run down and not in the greatest of areas but I always find good meat deals here, including really good deals on steaks & I've never had any issues with their meat not being of good quality. I will keep going back!

Nice discounted prices. Their meat department packages meat selections for 2, which really helps. Clean an management very accommodating to order for you if needed.

Prices are very reasonable. The layout is pretty spacious and stuff is easy to find. Unless you're looking for specific name brands its a good place for groceries
