Good for buying several items we use. My complaint now is price of meat. Until today I hadn't been buying meat at Sam's. I bought pork steak for my son. He can't afford to buy for himself. You need to start putting smaller amounts so we can afford to buy. I wanted to buy hamburger but not $ 23.00 worth. Didn't have my Jimmy Dean sausage.

We drive 1 hour, spend 2 hours in your store then get to the front to fond out, you wasn't taking cash. Maybe you should have let someone know at the front door , before I get to the checkout lane. Yes to the lady at the checkout lane, I was very rude. When she says they are not taking cash, I replied with. Well maybe we should have been told before we got to the checkout. She says we'll the signs are posted here. We'll duh, how about post them on the entrance door next time instead if the checkout

I delivered a load today. The Receiving Staff was very friendly and helpful. Loved being showed from the warehouse point of view where I can dock and how it would look before backing in. That helped alot!Getting into your docks is not easy, but that's on the designers. I REALLY wish your stores & walmarts had actual Truck Routes in the back from the Main Streets. It would be less stressful with traffic and customers parking.However, THANKYOU for keeping the back of your facility clean and drivable. It was a narrow route, but you didn't clutter your back with obstacles. So THANKYOU SO MUCH for that!!! I wish EVERY Sam's Club and Walmart did that. It's not easy driving 75ft around obstacles. So high praise for your store on that!!

The store was packed because of the upcoming holiday and there was an issue with my husband's electronic gift card but the issue was resolved very quickly. The staff was courteous and professional. I love the staff and the store.

Sam's has a nice variety of almost anything you could buy. This is a very Awesome! Store with good quality in Merchandise. I like shopping here and eating here all the time. This store is always nice and clean when I shop here and the employee's are not only helpful but kind too. So come on down folks and check out this store you won't be disappointed or dissatisfied!!.

They are a clean store and big and I love all the deals I find here. I wished I had a deep freezer though with all the great bulk food items I see there but have a standard freezer . I also find great deals and prices here on clothes for my grandson and awesome selection of toys..yeah Mammaw spoils him .

They finally have a cell guy doing phones again and he's really good. He took the time to explain everything to me and teach me how to use my new phone as well as transferring my information. Totally recommend talking to him he dropped my bill by 80 bucks a month and thats with purchasing brand new phones for my whole family.

I went to Sam's Club today, and many people were in the store. It wasn't too congested, and the sales associates had everything fully stocked. The lines were long, but I used the Scan and Go app, which saved me a lot of time. I had to wait in line to show the sales associate my phone with my QR Code to be scanned since I used the Scan and Go app.

Good prices for buying in larger quantities. Often there's random items throughout the store, that's marked down to a clearance or INSTANT SAVINGS price. and it CAN be an AWESOME buy! *But, it's best if you have the time to look around!Other items go ON SALE periodically making it a better price than the same product at about any other location; including Wal-Mart!You save quite a bit, if you buy things in larger quantities as it's sold. And although it's not ideal unless you do a lot of shopping there, the PLUS membership will give you back a certain percentage of the money you, or anybody else who's on your account with you spends in the store or online.Other occasional SALE items like bar soap, shampoos, toothpastes, vitamins/supplements, clothing, candy, ECT. You can save money if you're a shopper type. By that, I mean somebody who knows what they're shopping for, and goes to specific places for specific things.Some things DO sell out, and others are seasonal, but always available online year round, and ONLINE has more varieties available; than the store(s) can carry. If you're a "PLUS" member, most things ship free.That changed about a year ago, and as much as it feels like a slap to the face, Sam's Club WAS in business, for smaller businesses benefit. And if it were seasonal item or something not available for picking up in a local store, it usually shipped FREE! That was an advantage and privilege! But now, that's now only offered to whomever can pay more for the plus membership. At least it will ask you about everytime you checkout, if you'd like to upgrade to the PLUS, for a reduced amount for the rest of your membership year. The amount to upgrade goes down as your year's membership gets closer to expiration. The catch is, you manually have to renew your regular or Business membership for the requested regular rate. Or the $100 for plus will be your renewal fee. You might also want to check online, as membership(s) are "automatically" renewed with you payment information. You can turn off the automatic renewal online. I guess if you paid cash for your membership, or even paid by check, then your financial information wouldn't be saved in any systems. To most bbn people like myself, that would be ideal. Not being a "PLUS" takes away a lot of the benefits that being a business member used to give. The earlier hours that used to be there for business shoppers, has been removed, of course. It doesn't matter if you're trying to run a small business, as THAT'S not anything special or as appreciated, anymore. NOW, small businesses are being being handled as a standard membership, at regular store hours.I had an experience recently where an employee was VERY rude with me. I'm typically a nice person, but had it been my mother or just another person being spoken to and treated the way that I was, I would have complained. This individual is somebody that I WON'T deal with again!However, I believe that I save more than the cost of the membership within a year's time. So all in all, I'll keep it! 🙂☮🥐🍪🥧🥨 🥛🌭🍕🥤Great Bakery, (no membership required) Cafe, Tire Battery Center, and an AWESOME General Manager at this location!BUT, I do miss the FORGOTTEN store theme about they're in business, for small businesses.

Awesome baked goods and meals ready to eat, great for last minute guest for dinner. Their Tuxedo cake is awesome. Good bulk prices on coffee pods, soda and school snacks. Dont like that some sale items to get reduced price you must use the scan and go, pain in the butt when you have a bunch of stuff in cart

Great produce, canned goods, frozen, food, equipment, and supplies at really good prices! They even have clothes and electronics. The deli is great and so cheap! The fruit and cheese platters are so delicious

You do need their club card to check out here. One can be purchased at the customer service counter when you first walk in, or online through their website.But they have a bit of everything. Everything is sold in bulk. Very clean and well-stocked. I will say the AT&T phone lady was a bit rude and pushy. But other than that we love this place.

It's a Sam's Clubs.Update 07/28/23I know that this is a different club but it seems that Iit lacks some of the things that are available in Memphis. The beef, pork and chicken selection is a lot less than Sam's Clubs I've been to in other states. The meat department is the smallest I've seen.They need to upgrade their game.

Enjoyed shopping and the employees I spoke to were very friendly and helpful. The only problem was the cashiers missing a couple of items when they were checking me out. So ended up with two recruits . Well I know people make mistakes and I'm understanding, but this has happened two times in a row. I'm good and will continue to shop there, but couldn't give them a 5 star rating because of that. 🤔🤔🤔

I always enjoy going to Sam's in cape. The staff is always nice and ready and eager to help you if needed. The store is always clean including the bathrooms. I recommend if you do not have a membership to get one. The best store in cape for friendly staff and cleaner bathrooms. Thank you to the sams employees for making shopping nice again.

It was a great experience at this particular Sam's club as it was my first time at it. Everything was well stocked and the staff was very kind and helpful. The restroom was very well kept as I stopped in. Will recommend to all.

Great Sam’s Club for the area. Huge benefit to the community. They always have lots of great deals. Especially helpful if you feed an army or a few kiddos. Take and bake meals are amazing in a pinch for dinner or a side for a bbq. The sushi is more trust worthy than gas station sushi.

Have alot of variety, it is a very crowded time of year however. Got a great dog bed. You have to watch the item and price to know if its a deal or not. I hate having to pay $50 just to shop there, not sure its worth it to us to do again.

I'd give it more stars if it weren't for the endless need to treat everyone like a felon and check receipts as they walk away from the cashier's. Other than that serious lack of customer service, they have great products and decent prices.
