So nice to have a grocer in this location. Nice place to save some money on certain items. Jovan is one of there employees and she is simply wonderful. I am in Ruler once a week.Just bring your own bags and a quarter for the cart.

Great place to shop. Wish you had more meat to chose from .but a great store to get al.ost anything if u r in a hurry .everyone is nice and helpful

Knock off location for close-dated Kroger product. Decent prices but don't be fooled, some of the products are as expensive as a premium grocery store but close expiration dates. Ambivalent employees. Very laid back attitude. Don't ask for anything extra. Bring shopping bags or they offer boxes. Aaand...a quarter for the cart (or buggy depending on which side of the Mason-Dixon Line). 😉

I will never go there again! We was checking out and had 2 shopping carts because I like to keep my frozen stuff separate from other stuff since u bag your own stuff. Well the male cashier beside us was being super rude and was asking the lady right in front of me "don't u love your job" "you are going to need a break" she didn't understand his "jokes" but I did and I'm pretty sure he knew that 🙄

This is my favorite little grocery store. They seem to have almost everything I need. The staff is very nice and quick.

A good place for a quick stop to zip in and get a few things or a regular shopping trip. The prices are very reasonable. Things are where you can quickly find what you need. Make sure you bring your own bags or you can find a box or two. I do believe they also have bags available. It is similar to an Aldi type store. You bag your groceries. Friendly cashier. This was my first visit here and I was impressed by the neat look to the layout of the store.

I had a very pleasant exchange with a young lady who was stocking shelves at Ruler Foods. She asked if I was finding everything okay and we had a pleasant little chat about how Ruler Foods doesn't move their stock around to make you hunt for it in hopes that you will make an impulse buy.Best experience I've had in any store in quite a while. Wish I had got her name, definitely give her a Gold Star

I would rather shop there than anywhere else! Love the prices and selections! I recommend Rulers to all my friends and family! I live on social security so money is tight and Rulers helps me be able to eat healthy at a price I can afford. I was so happy they came to Cape Girardeau.

Great prices and excellent quality food. Just stay away from buying meat from them unless you don't mind getting ahold of spoiled meat. Other than that everything else is worth the trip in.

I stopped shopping here when you stopped carrying my favorite Prairie Farms Ice Cream gallon tubs and went to that light ice cream that left a horrible film on my teeth that even my tongue couldn't remove and required an immediate brushing of my teeth! I used to buy 4-8 gallons a month along with my regular shopping but now I shop at Walmart since they carry it.

Horrible Customer Service. Employee refused to assist disabled seniors put groceries in their car. It took the employee longer to justify he was too busy than it would have to assist them with their sodas.

It doesn't matter how cheap the food is if the selection makes me have to run to multiple stores to get groceries (spoiler alert the low prices are over hyped). I never feel I save enough to justify the extra gas driving around.

Awesome place to grocery shop. Kinda high on meats but everything else is almost as cheap as ALDI'S. They have a large variety of fresh frozen veggies. I recommend people to shop there

When they first opened u could get really good meat deals an other deals on box food in the last 3 months ive only bought a quarter of my monthly meat there. Im having to buy it at save alot. What happene.

Prices were good. On a few items the price didn't say if it was each or by the pound. All in all it seemed to be a good discount grocery store.

Always have greats selections and quality food, at least for the items i use generally. The place is always at a good temperature, polite atmosphere, friendly staff, i like the place mostly bc its never too crowded.

I like Ruler foods. It's owned by Kroger where I used to shop when I lived in Michigan. Ruler has Kroger brand and name brand stuff. Kroger brand is just as good as name brand. They have really good prices.

What kind of store requires you to carry a quarter to shop there. I didn’t have change so I’m going to walmart to shop. Pretty sad state of affairs when the little guy forced me to shop elsewhere.
