For my first trip, I was pleasantly surprised. The steak was good. I got a green cheese pecan salad with vinegarette and a loaded baked potato. A small loaf of bread and butter was brought to our table, before our entree came out. I will return soon. The prices aren't that bad since they had a three-course meal. It made it affordable also.Parking: Plenty of parking around the building.Kid-friendliness: They had a kids menus.Wheelchair accessibility: It's on the first floor level.

We visited this restaurant yesterday from San Francisco CA. The food was not good. Our steak was very hard to cut and extremely small filet , the food was not very hot always like Luke warm, and the sodas were flat and never got our Aussie fries till we were done and we had to ask. I would really love a refund back to my bank card of the 65.00 I spent for such little food so small not worth it and was not good. The loaded potatoe was not soft it was very hard and didn't taste good. I really expected better. Only got one refill and very flat drinks. Look at how our plate was served very sloppy very small and the baked potato way over baked.

The food was okayThe mashed potatoes were extremely salty and my family and I couldn't bring ourselves to eat them. I personally have high blood pressure and can't eat salty foods like that.My daughter asked for her steak to be medium well, and it was so raw she refused to eat it. She didn't feel comfortable sending it back. We usually love outback. We have never had this issue here before. But we did enjoy the the server, she was very helpful and sweet.

This last visit wasn't my first, and the food has been amazing every time, but this trip unveiled a bit of a flaw that is something to note. We were having a small family gathering of 6 people, and unfortunately there was only one place that would sit that many, and it was taken, so we had to wait about an hour and a half to get a table. I still highly recommend this as a place to eat, but if you have a large group it would be a good idea to plan accordingly for the high likelihood of a long wait.

The food tasted awesome. The steak was cooked to order. Steak and chicken was seasoned well and very tender. My only complaint was the size of my sweet potato….it was the size of my hand and literally ate it in 2 bits. Our server wasn’t rude. When I was asked how the food looked I replied as small she said well enjoy and walked away. Neither my husband nor I was asked to cut the steak to see if it was prepared correctly although it was.

Visited in December for our anniversary and were repeatedly let down. Took forever for someone to come seat us and the music at the hostess stand was so loud we had trouble being heard. My husband ordered a steak medium rare and I got a baked potato. When our order came my husband's steak was very rare and my baked potato didn't have the cheese I'd asked for. We couldn't find our waitress so we asked someone else and she said they were out of cheese and walked away before we could talk about the undercooked steak. My husband decided to eat the edges which were more done. Our waitress finally came to ask how we were and I asked for a to go box for my potato since there was no cheese. She said they had cheese and left. Came back with about 2 tablespoons of it in a plastic cup. By then my potato was cold. We never had her at the table long enough to discuss the steak.

I don't know when, but they remodeled and the restaurant has a mild modern vibe. Food and service are still decent, but expensive.Outback is a steak house and one of our party did enjoy a steak with a side of delicious coconut encrusted fried shrimp.I took this opportunity to try the chili and soup. While both are considerably cheaper menu items, I don't think it's worth deviating from the main entres. The loaded potato soup's flavor is dominated by the broth/stock instead of the usual cheese and bacon. It was good, but not worth missing out.The Spicy Tasmanian Chili was not spicy. It resembled steak bites in a chili spiced tomatoes soup with the mildest hint of any actual heat. My wife tried it and did not comment on the heat (she's not into spicy things). My wife had the Crab Topped Barramundi, which is every bit as good as it sounds. The rice underneath the fish was deliciously seasoned as well. I've only had swordfish once, but this reminded me of a less firm swordfish. My daughter had chicken on the barbie with a bed of rice and enjoyed it thoroughly. Our server was on point the entire time. He oddly reminded the entire party of the stereotypicsl Aussie surfer. The ladies on our group all tried the wallabies darned (a deliciously peachy frozen cocktail. It's apparently a top seller and well worth a taste. As I said, it's expensive. After leaving the well deserved tip, it was around $40 per person.

Perfectly nice Valentines dinner on our road trip back home. Service was friendly and while they were sold out of some popular, romantic entrees (like lobster), we were told up front so it wasn’t an issue. (We ate late and we’re happy they had anything.)Food, especially the sirloin steaks, were superbly grilled and deliciously seasoned. Loved the baked potato soup and the Caesar salad, too.Recommend a visit to this Outback location conveniently located right off I-55.

My family and I decided to last minute have dinner getaway here at the Outback. What a great night with great food and great service!! Our server Kaylee was very kind and patient with us while we asked many questions about the menu. She was ontop of our drink refills and always served us with a smile! I will 100% be recommending this top service!

Lies lies and more lies from the minute we walked into the door. Lied to us about the wait, lied to us about how long the wait would be, lied to us about not having any tables open, waiting on a server to come, lies about everything. Then when I asked for a manager they sent out.... you would never guess!!! The same girl who was up front going along with all the lies. Not to mention they sat us. (Party of 6 with 2 highchairs) at a booth where none of us had any room to eat or move. 1 of the babies had to sit on her mom or dad's lap. This is the absolute worst experience at a restaurant like this we have had. We will not return or recommend.

I am not normally one to complain to go out of my way for a bad review. I am a truck driver and travel all lower 48. This is one of the worst outback experiences I've had. Our server Felicia was friendly, and probably the only positive here. My sirloin steak was the worst I've had anywhere in a long time, lots of veins, and fat.....which is not what a sirloin is. My fries had a weird ball attached to one (pic). The Coke didn't taste carbonated. The kitchen A/C was broke thus making the restaurant hot. They serve your condiments in small cups so I had to keep asking for more Ketchup for my fries. Would've been easier to give me the bottle like every other restaurant in America. My wife really enjoyed her porterhouse and asparagus with side salad.I will definitely come back, but if my experience is bad again, that would be it for me.I would like to see self serve condiments, better cuts of meat, better maintained beverage machines and air conditioners, and a little more attention to detail when plating my food next time. I am a really easy going person and I understand that sometimes stuff just happens, but this was a whole lot of stuff in one meal.

We will probably not go back. It's been a year since our last experience..which was bad. It is my birthday so I wanted to try it again. We thought surely it had improved. Wrong!!! I ordered the prime rib med rare. My grandson got the same , except med. My husband got a sirloin. They brought my grandson and I, well done grilled thin steaks.. possibly prime rib.. but if so.. it was completely ruined. The next ones they brought looked correct , but were more than half fat and mine was rare.. barely warm. My husband's steak was med, not med rare and all three were covered in a spicy rub of some kind. He got the veggies.. but they were raw.. very crunchy.. these were the worst steaks we have eaten in a very long time. The bread they brought was even cold and hard. But our serve was amazing. Great personality and friendly. We enjoyed her.
