Absolutely love this store. I could stand in the light section for hours. The choices are endless and stock in very organized. Employees were very friendly tonight and we didn't realize store was closed.. yikes,, but no one treated us badly.. always go to Menards when I'm in Cape.

I bought a tiller got it home. It started then died. I tried and return it and Kylie says I have to take it to a mechanic before I can return it. When I never even used it. I will never go to menards again. Way to treat and long time loyal customer and I was technically in my return window of 7 days. Whr thr policy say with in 7 days

When to the paint department to have some yellow paint mixed in rustoleum farm yellow and yellow associate said I don’t know if I know how to scan the sample and then told me that she didn’t have the base to do it but I had handed her the base it called for but she still refused to do it so I went to the office and got a manager but all he did was call the associate and ask her why she couldn’t do it he never went and checked for himself I just had the same paint mixed in the same tint base in the Saint Ann store one week earlier I think if they are going to work in the paint department they need better training in what they are doing

Been building a house and started out ordering material from anywhere that was cheapest on material I wanted. Quickly learn there is two stores in the area that stick by the what they sell and have customer service. Menards and Buchheits are the only stores I shop at now for building supplies.

Except for when COVID was an issue and they would chase you through the store over a mask that doesn't work, it's a phenomenal store. I love the way they display their products vs like Lowe's for example. Prices aren't bad. I've stopped getting batteries for motorcycles or cars anywhere else they're usually more reasonable here.

Was purchasing bricks. Paid with cashier. Told that was wrong. Long story short it took five attempts to get correct directions on how to purchase bricks. Also Maddie told me she was GM. That was not true. Maybe she is department manager or something equivalent but she was not the GM. Something so simple took four times longer than it should. Cashier was very sweet and GM was apologetic. Store is clean and well maintained. Other employees said hello and smiled. Maddie had nothing but sour attitude and that was discouraging. While this store is big and has lots of options, I will not go back. I looked online to see if they had a particular product. They did, but it gave me no aisle number like most store websites do so I was left wandering through several bath fixture aisles before I finally found what I was looking for. Then I had to wait in line for 15 minutes because there were only 3 registers open and this store apparently has no self-check registers. To top it off, the cashier seemed like she could care less. Smh

They will get strict with the new mask policy. But it’s a cooperate policy. If you follow it, they are nice, and welcoming. The place is huge and has a great variety for anything you can need. From groceries, to lumber, and even cat and dog food. I love going in for home upgrades. They usually have great deals and associates are nice and usually friendly.

Built a special order door 2 weeks ago. Price was 804. We decided to wait until the 11 percent off to order. 11 percent started today. We go in to order today and the price is 854. Employee told me they always raise the price before 11 percent week because most people don't mail in the rebates anyway. Win win for them. Super dirty.

So many choices and good sales. They run the 11% back sale a lot (but you have to send it in like a mail in rebate). They still have cashiers at checkout, but you bag you own items. They had a ton of pretty flowers and plants to pick from. Employees were helpful but hard to find.

They do NOT have an exchange policy. Even if you have a receipt they will not exchange. They return the item and make you repurchase which is fine unless you bought the item for a lesser price. Exact same item just different color and I had to pay more. In the future I will stick with Lowe’s.

If I could give a negative star I would. The customer service is the worst I’ve seen in a corporation this size. Unprofessional attitudes every time I’m in the store, you pay almost $100 delivery service and I have to not only call six days late and see what’s going on but they act like they’re doing you a favor by dropping it off at your driveway … $20dollars more if you want it in the house??? Wow thanks. You spend big money at menards you most definitely are not saving there. I will be doing all our remodeling and projects from Lowe’s from now on.

Was quick and easy to find things if you asked someone that worked there, the store is huge and well to many items to give with out a lot of walking unless you ask for help which is friendly and knowledgeable. Fast check out makes things better not having to stand in line a long time after walking through the store.

We go to Menards quite a bit. This visit I ordered outdoor online mats ,anti fatigue mat, grill mat and Coleman's tailgate Lx something grill. But it's for our deck. I like it because I am handicapped with remissions and exacerbation . Without their "pull from shelf" option, I wouldn't be able to shop alone. The staff is kind & knowledable if you can find one on the floor. And they do have a " handling fee" which is silly because their staff is paid by the hour already. There isn't any paperwork. They grab your list and pull the items. However, I see a lot of positives. Everything I bought was reduced prices . And they have an 11% rebate now. I spent $200. 83 so I will get 200.83 so I get back $20. and change back. The store and bathroom are always clean.That's good 😊 Susan

Good place to shop for all your building needs good prices and sales. Rebates are still mailed and are store credit. One negative is when you go out back of the building to load your wood they expect you to do it yourself even if the wood is up a flight of stairs on the 2nd level of the warehouse. Finding assistance in the warehouse is difficult at Best.

We've gotten alot of great deals at Menard's. They have an 11% rebate on everything you buy alot of times, it would be nicer if they wouldjust take the discountat the register though, but its a way to get you cack in the store.. Their air conditioner was having a hard time keeping up in this heat yesterday though, lol.

Tried to buy a grill but they wouldn't ALLOW me to because I wouldn't wear a mask. So I went down the road and tested my freedoms to observe to shop as I want with out a mask and one of the competitors had NO problem helping we with my purchase. Casey I guess the manager felt the need to walk me outside and continue to be a smart*** about the situation. I guess he was feeling high and mighty because he offered a God Bless You (complete sarcasm and did not mean it) in order to show how nice he was! The new America is here.

Absolutely helpful with anything I needed. Plenty of stuff there! They were out of stock when we went to pick up 10' pro rib so they gave us the remainder in 12'. It was a big surprise but it was excellent customer service!

I don't shop at Menards a lot because they are a distance from my home. Today 09/02/20 I shopped there. Wearing a mask is policy..... required!! To that I say...WHATEVER! I am asthmatic and on a good day I have a hard time breathing. "They" don't care. Wear a mask regardless. I am healthy and not sick. Because if I was sick, I wouldn't be out in public. I stayed 6 feet away from whomever...respected their space. Stayed away from everyone. Even when I checked out...I stayed away...you approached me. Did you sanitized the belt...did you sanitized the credit card machine....did you sanitized your hands after you helped the people a head of me and you got close and personal with them? Answer is NO to all the above. The ladies in the customer service area...when you talked about someone please don't make it obvious. I wasn't rude...I simply stated "NO". So if it a requirement please make sure your employees do the same...which they did not...the guy over in the light department had his mask off eating popcorn and looking at his computer and the gentlemen that help us over in the board section did not wear his mask(he was also talking to someone before we needed help with his mask down). When you don't comply they are hateful people. The cashier said if she would have seen me without my mask she wouldn't have checked me out but you see my husband wore his mask, he put the things on the belt....all I did was pay for it...while keeping my distance. I simply said no but they still took my money. I do wear my mask when I am up close and personal and when I can't keep my distance...by my choice. So I guess my mask was fitting today "Not Today Heifer".
