Great customer service, I pestered the guy in the deck staining area, learned some new tricks, & some new products to make the massive job easier. They had soo much better of a selection of different products to choose from for painting & staining. Then we ventured to the kitchen flooring and appliances and checked out some of their huge selection of high tech appliances. They have a special deal if you buy 2, 3, or 4 different appliances at a time, you automatically get a $200-$400, respectively, as well as the brand name discounts that they also add to your discount. Went to look into the Flooring Department and the employee there showed me all kinds of details that I was clueless about when thinking of replacing countertops, and vinyl or wood flooring. She even suggested looking at their online site for some harder to find products and sometimes better deals.We ended the adventure looking for some chemicals to kill poison ivy, we had a hard time with the directions but the employee came with us and pointed out the products. When we checked out, the price seemed OVERLY high, so we checked the receipt.. the 5 gallon jugs of stain were labeled on the shelf as being $80 for one, but we were charged $160. The cashier said that the price on the shelf wasn't in the correct spot, but even though the price was supposed to be $320 for 2 of the 5 gallon jugs, but the cashier went ahead and gave them both to us for only $160! Yay! The part of the lawn showing in the pics used to be all driveway with a big old sidewalk that led to the old spot where the entry of the house was originally, which looked corny... so, we having FUN with our projects so far.

Wanted to buy new washer,dryer, microwave,range and cabinets.The workers informed me they didn't keep any appliances in stock. Said had to order everything. That's insane. I went to Menards and completely remodeled my home. Bought everything the same day. I won't be back to Lowe's.

No one there knows anything about what they sell. I bought a tool online and went to pick it up in the lockers they use now and they weren't working they were working on them. A phone call would have been nice. No way to get in them. They had exactly one more of what I wanted left so they let me take that one. These stores are making things more complicated trying to get rid of jobs. You can't replace people. And pay better so the people will stay long enough to learn about what they are selling in their dept.

Lowe's contracts out their delivery crews instead of Lowe's employees and they are terrible. They broke the kick panel coming into my back door and cracked the grout.Waited for the fridge for two months and it only has to come from Hazelwood MO. Then my stove was delayed another 4 month. No one contacted me about the delay. I cancelled that order and got ithe same one for the same price from Best Buy in 2 weeks. Also Geek Squad are Best Buy employees and did a much better delivery job.

This place is sad excuse for a company. They just delivered a new refrigerator to my house in November.They had no trouble finding the house.But, today a new stove will not be delivered because they couldn't find the house. A $30 dollar charge for delivery that did not come on said date and time. Now without a stove we are forced to go out to eat.And it's more than $30 dollars for that. No more Lowe's for me.

I went to Lowe’s today to return 3 individual wrapped coax bushings. I had the receipt and it was a total of $9.08 tax included. I was told because it was over 90 days they could not refund my money. I said ok in store credit would be ok and she told me they quit giving in store credit. My response was your kidding me. She said they stopped giving in-store credit. I went down the street to Menards and they informed me they (Menards) do give in-store credit after 90 days. I called Lowe’s at Cape and told them what Menards told me and all they had to say was sorry they don’t and I said sorry I will do all my shopping at Menards from now on. What’s should be a concern to Lowes is I was there to buy something and because they would not give me in-store credit I went down the street to Menards and purchased what I was at Lowe’s to do in the first place. If this is truly Lowe’s policy then I have no choice but to shop at Menards.

Do not buy appliances from Lowes. Lowes is knowingly selling defective Samsung refrigerators. The have also changed their return policy so you cannot return an appliance after 48hrs from delivery if it is out of the box. Bought refrigerator that stopped working after one week and was told by Lowes when I tried to return it that it was my problem because I took it out of the box. There are numerous complaints of this defect in this model fridge. Lowes is aware and is still selling it to unknowing customers today 3/14/2024.

Will never shop here again, terrible customer service. You can never get any help, if you do, the person doesn’t know what they’re talking about. Purchased several items from here bought a door they delivered it. It was all beat up. Then they re-delivered it and it was the wrong size purchased lumber from them had it delivered. They threw it everywhere instead of stacking it nicely. Save yourself time and money Do not shop here.

On Black Friday I was very excited to get a good deal on a stove. I was told the stove would be delivered on the following Tuesday. I also had the choice of picking it up in store that day. I chose the delivery option. I switched my work schedule around to be off that Tuesday. That morning no delivery. I received an email from Lowe’s saying the date changed for delivery (no reason given.) I tried to call the store but got put on hold for over 40 mins and never got to speak to anyone about the issue. I decided to wait until the new delivery date they gave me. It was supposed to be today and guess what? Another email saying the delivery will now be the 30th. I physically went to the store myself and the older man that tried to help figure it out just kept “going to look in the back.” Finally he said whoever ordered the appliance for delivery did it incorrectly. Something about deliveries come from St Louis. I do not care where the delivery comes from. I ordered and paid $700 dollars to be without an appliance for almost a month now. Finally a manager came to just repeat what the old man said to me. He asked me who the associate was that placed the order for me? Why would I know who that is? Instead of offering me something they had in stock or literally ANYTHING I was told I can reorder the stove but they would have to refund my money and then place the order again. It takes up to three days to get my money back… I get a sorry. I’m sure no one in the Lowes corporate office even cares about this review but it’s clear the Cape Girardeau location needs proper training. I hate complaining but not being able to cook Christmas dinner for my family is really upsetting. Thanks for nothing Lowes MERRY CHRISTMAS.

Made a big purchase stove, dishwasher, washer and dryer and it was an absolutely horrible experience. They never told us that they didn't install dishwashers. When we called we were told that they would call a plumber and we would be charged for them to install it. We will be giving our business to our local smaller hardware stores.

Had the worst customer service today at this Lowes of any Lowes I have ever been in. Guy with name tag-Dee was RUDE, unprofessional, no customer service. I was a complete bother to him. Will NEVER go in this Lowes again!!!! Only good thing of this was we found the item $50 less at another store.

No matter what department you are shopping in someone will come along and ask you do you need any help? Plus they have an assortment of all kinds of products for your needs! Awesome people! The tool rental department is fantastic! Mike, Christy and Austin were phenomenal. I rented two items and the equipment was ready and they helped load them in my truck. My job finished early so I got a rebate when I returned the equipment. They also helped me unload the equipment.

Went in around 8 pm to shop for a washer and dryer set because ours went out on us. Beck, the assistant manager, greeted us immediately as we walked up to the washers. He jokingly asked if we were looking for a set, and we said yes. He told us all the great deals Lowes had going on that we would have been clueless about. We ended up buying a new set with his advice. My wife is pregnant, and I was going to load and unload the set myself. Turns out, beck was able to get us free delivery and install on our new set as well. So he saved us a couple of hundred dollars and a late night of hard work. Thank you, Beck. This man needs to be recognized

This store is always clean and welcome together. The only reason why I dropped a star, it’s because the sole purpose of my visit want to look for Missouri native plants, and they had absolutely zero. They also had a very poor selection of perennials. The only selection they had were larger bushes and plants that were $20 or more.

I find everything I need here when it comes to home improvement! The staff is friendly and they know their stuff.I absolutely love their garden center. I just really enjoy my shopping experience here at lowes.

We will never use lowes for home improvement again. We tried to have a cover replaced over our patio. We bought the materials that they recommended, and they recommended a man (Lance Bleckler) doing business as L. B. Construction to build it. They arrived to install it, but it was so flimsy it wouldn't even stay up. Then Lance took it back down.. they only had a small part of it up.. and returned it to Lowes, who refunded our money. Lance has disappeared with the money and is not returning calls. We recently found out that his insurance company has dropped him due to the complaints against him. There are several people looking to sue him, and I heard some are suing Lowes because they recommended him. He had a really bad reputation for scamming people, and Lowes still recommended him.

Well I was looking for the store for this dog shampoo where my husband bought this dog shampoo it is the best flea and tick for pets.Anyway about Lowe's well I seen one young man at the cashier line alot of stuff but they are not cheap so if your on a budget or don't have much limited budget I wouldn't recommend there.

I have a kitchen faucet I bought at Lowes that has a lifetime warranty . I purchased it because of the lifetime warranty after wrestling the faucet out returned it to Lowes to be told it’s a manufacturer’s warranty ( your problem not ours) I had to put the faucet back in now I’m in waiting for a return order from the manufacturer so I can then return it to Lowes so I can take the faucet out again take it back to Lowes to get my faucet replaced! Their new moto should be “ It’s your problem not ours”. I’ll be closing my account at Lowes that I’ve had for 20 years after this nonsense!!

Poorly managed store that is getting worse.Today took the cake. After using the app to find what I needed it was not there. So I went to the flooring desk to ask for help. But they were all in a meeting there in the main aisle. So I waiting for about 5-10 minutes while the manager badgers the staff about having better customer service, helping people look things up, etc. But his tone was unprofessional for the middle of the store in front of customers. But I had it when the employees were made to start chanting LOWES like a bunch of high school girls. I shouted I needed help a couple times and finally got help. Then the item was not where the app said it was.I find myself shopping more and more at Ace and menards. Maybe some employees should also consider getting away from there.

Tiara (paint department) was absolutely phenomenal! She helped us every step of the way, and her customer service is top knotch. She really knows her stuff, and was so friendly (and funny!), She helped us with everything we needed. Matt was also very nice, and the rest of the staff! What a great location that doesn’t talk down to you if you don’t know anything about a project; they educate and help you!! The atmosphere is fantastic here.

I sure hope you know what you have in Tiara! She is the reason we continue to buy paint there. Tiara is amazing and when it comes to customer service, it doesn't get any better than her.
