The light was on and they provided me with green cold donuts. It’s almost as if they were doing false advertising to get someone to purchase the last batch of what they knew were cold donuts! I will NEVER in my life come back here. Then the worker tried to justify knowing she was wrong and acted as if she had an attitude bc I didn’t want to “try out” any other cold donuts. 😩 please save your money and go to Jackson Donuts instead

Worst customer service I've ever has. Went to the window & she asked me to hold for a minute, there was only 1 other customer in the building no one else in drive thru, after waiting 10 minutes she gets on & ask me to pull up to the window. I pull up & I told her I wanted a full box of glazed & a full box of a mix, she said so you want a full box of glazed then a half of box of glazed & chocolate? I said no I want a full box of glazed & full box of mixed, I didn't need any glazed in the mix because I already have a full box. She says hold & & once again I wait about 10 minutes at the window, she comes back & says the manager will wait on you & shuts the window. I wait 5 minutes & no one comes so I pull to the front of the store & go in. The manager is off to the side talking to I'm assuming a friend, she finally cones over & I ask her why the other girl didn't want to wait on me? She said well she's working the counter, I said well she started to wait on me but then got attitude & said I couldn't understand what you wanted. I explained to the manager what I wanted but we ended up not getting the mix because they acted like it was a problem but never once apologized.

The donut I got tasted more like a cake I can see why this place is always packed to the brim you can earn points toward your next visit with the krispy kreme app as well. It is cool to watch the donuts being made to. My only compliant is I ate it in the store yet it was cold before I got it find a way to keep them warm please I should take star off for that but won't unless it keeps happening paying a 1.09 for a cold donut is not good

Had rewards for a free donut. I asked multiple times before paying if it had been removed from my bill and was told yes. I was charged for it anyway and was told I would have to wait until the next day for a manager to come in so I could get my money back. I called almost every day and still have not received my refund. Have been lied to about it being submitted every time I called. Will not be returning to this location, EVER. The amount of money is not my concern, but the telling me I would have it back is. It’s the principle and they have no intention of refunding my money after they said they would. SO disappointed

Small order of donut holes & half dozen specialty donuts. All delicious! Friendly help.Save yourself. Go thru the drive thru because of you go inside and smell the delicious donuts smell you want one of everything. The holes were an amazing snack to have waiting for us after a hospital appointment!

The quality of the donuts at this Krispy Kreme seems to keep declining with each of my visits. On my past couple visits some of the donuts were hard and stale. And now it seems as though they are getting more and more chintzy with the amount of icing and filling. Like the icing doesn't cover the whole donut like it used to. Most of the employees are nice so that's a plus. Maybe I just have bad luck or bad timing. I'm sure I'll still give them another chance in the future.

Was told they do not have any or either glazed or the Halloween doughnuts and are not making any more with over 2 hours left until closing. I will NOT be back. I will go to a local bakery and buy donuts. The donuts I received were not up to standard for a dozen of original glazed. They were not the correct size, shape, or taste. They also were stale. $30 for two dozen of donuts? I was going to bring them to work for a celebration but I’m embarrassed I paid for this. To top it off the cashier didn’t give me a receipt! They threw a few extra donuts on top I guess to make up for the pitiful mess.

They weren't busy when we went there and all the tables were dirty and so was the women's bathroom. We drove an hour and a half to get there because I REALLY was craving Krispy Kreme and so was my husband. We got a dozen assorted donuts plus a dozen glazed because they were having a special that day. I will still probably come here if I'm craving Kripsy Kreme even though it was dirty.

I had ordered a box of donuts and two coffees the night before to be picked up the next morning. However, my partner became ill so I decided to cancel the order which was at least two hours prior to the time to be picked up (which should be plenty of time). I called and a boy answered, who was clearly clueless. He told me it would be refunded in a couple hours but he was lying. Later that day, I called back and a girl answered this time. She was also clueless and had an attitude. She didn’t even ask for any of my information. I was like “hey, do you think you need my phone number and my order number?” She was like “oh yeah” before almost hanging up on me. Thankfully after that, a manager called me back but they said that ANOTHER manager would be in in a few days to issue us a refund. That is completely insane. Why is it so hard to give a refund here???? There should be an option to do it online or at least train your employees how to do it.

Best tasting and best selection of donuts around. The hot glazed donuts are the best! I used to always stop by Krispy Kreme when travelling in the South, so happy they are up in this region now. Prices have gotten a bit high but still drop by fairly often.
