Prices were right for items to spruce up my spring wardrobe. At checkout, lines moved quickly and had trouble with machine, so young man helped me move all my items to another register , all the time, a smile on his face. Many thanks and will shop here again.

In Store Pickup was great. It was first time and the lady in the return department helped me locate my item quickly. The young man that rang me out on a few other items was very informative and professional as well. It's always great to see Tina too! She's consistently in a great mood, always says hi, and makes the overall checking out experience as effortless as possible. Thank you!

I was offered help twice when I needed it very promptly. They train their people very well. The first time it was when I was fruitlessly looking for a shopping basket. The associate asked me if I needed help and then told me the baskets were at the other entrance. The other time I was confused by a sale sign that was with the wrong merchandise. A clerk came over to help and then took me over to her check-out line to complete my purchase. Five-star treatment!!!

Kohl’s is an outstanding store-Love the Quality and the Sales and the 15-20-30% off too; but u r starting to put TOO MANY restrictions on the Extra % off when you get one. EX: Hallmark Cards Long time customer, but very uhappy now!

I love shopping ar Kohl's, but right now I am FURIOUS!. In yesterday's mail, Friday, April 19, 2024, I received third class mail from Kohl's. All of the offers had expired! Kohl's Friends & Family Sale, Take an Extra 20% Off, March 13-17, was useless to me. I realize this is probably a Postal Service error, but I am MAD AS HELL AND I AM NOT GOING TO TAKE IT ANYMORE! Care to Comment?

I have 8 grandchildren. They range in age from 19 down to 6yrs old. I am able to shop at Kohls and get gifts for all of them. It helps being able to shop on line or in store. I am able to get most everything I need and alot of what I want. Kohls has all my bases covered. Love their selections.

I was helped by a girl named Macey in the Sephora. I am not well versed in makeup and needed a color match and foundation suggestions and she was amazingly helpful and nice. When we found the foundation I liked, they were unfortunately out in their store but she gave me a sample and the name of the foundation and color so I could find it another time, and she also gave me concealer and primer suggestions. Macey deserves a raise!

I absolutely love this store. I love the kohl's cash and rewards program. I love the wide variety of athletic brands and all the clothes. I've been to prob every store from St. Louis to Cape Girardeau. The one in Cape is my favorite. The people that work there are the most helpful. They don't avoid you or pretend you don't exist. I appreciate them for not being rude and being treated respectfully. 🙂

Hard to know if discounts stack or not. I was told they do and they do not in the same visit. My mailer said I would get an "additional" discount for using my card but I only got the original discount . . . no additional one. Misleading.

Sephora. Went in on Saturday afternoon. At least 10 customers in the store one sephora employee running around trying to help people while the other stood at the register where no one was waiting. I was looking around for the color wow product. No one asked if they could help me. Not to mention,carrying two items of the color wow product doesn't really count as carrying the product line. Disappointing.
