Horrible service. I made a catering order to be picked up on the 26th, which was the day before my wedding. It was my fault for forgetting to pick up my order and I was very aware of this. However, whenever I called to resolve this the next morning, Austin answered the phone and was extremely hostile and rude. He started the phone call off by saying “can you just hold on a second?!” I told him the situation at hand and he tells me my order was showing completed in their system and had been picked up. The only people who knew about this order were me and my husband. My husband had not picked this order up as he was with me the entire day Friday. Austin refused to investigate this and made sure we knew he was frustrated by our call. I asked for this to be refunded because someone else picked up an order that wasn’t theirs that was $80. He told me he would see about it and that he would “have to make note of me in his system”. So essentially I was being punished by Austin due to forgetting to pick up our order. I would also like to mention, we were never called and reminded to pick this up either. He claimed we were- we were not. This was very poor customer service and extreme laziness. We won’t be back again.

The first year I started ordering and I was always more than pleased with my experience. However, over this last several months I’ve tried speaking with managers and above them to include corporate. My food now takes a minimum of 1.5 hours to receive the completed order. My orders are very basic and I’ve received sandwiches which are actually MISSING SOME CUTS OF MEAT or have been given less than half of my simple combo. Only one corporate lady would listen however, she has my receipts and proof of my complaints plus, I’ve called locally only to be told that they’re sorry and it will not happen next time,”Here’s a coupon for ONE FREE SIDE with the purchase of $20 or more.” I’m not too sure where you’re from but, this area of the map is the SHOW ME STATE, you’re consistently late, partial orders, missing ingredients, and complete disregard for the fact that I pay really decent monies to you and expect you to hold up your end of the couch.

We ordered our food over the fone. The person who took the order was very professional and asked every question they could to make sure our order was exactly what we wanted. We were there in under 10 minutes of placing the order and it was ready and waiting for us by the time we got there. And everything was EXACTLY what we ordered. If you have kids then you can understand how difficult getting the order exactly right can be, but these guys nailed it. So a huge THANK YOU to the staff at this Jimmy John's

The manager Hannah is a peach. The shop is tip top in every way: service,cleanliness,great sandwiches, the whole 9. We also learned their parking lots a great place to change a trailer tire.

Two year edit: I was at the library and figured that JJ is close, so I might as well try it. Surely in two years they can get their stuff together, no? No. 30 minute drive thru wait for wilted lettuce, sloppy sandwich, forgotten items. And honestly, I don't blame the staff. They're overworked and underpaid. The only thing that's changed is the price. $$$$$ the absolute greed and lack of care for the customers is apparent in this franchise's owner attitude. Save time and money, drive somewhere else for tastier food.One year edit:Nope. Shoulda stayed away.Used to be a 5 star review. Quality has seriously dropped since January 2021. 45 minute deliveries for a 1.2 mile trip. Bread is not being proofed enough and therefore sandwiches are tiny and misshapen. Sandwiches are made sloppy with ingredients hanging out or missing while the bread is crushed.There is not a single aspect of this business that has made me think, "I sure am glad I chose Jimmy Johns for lunch instead of Firehouse Subs or Penn Station." Clearly issues with management, staffing, and training.In 2020 I spent over $1000 at Jimmy Johns. Next time I need a sub I'm opening DoorDash and getting Firehouse.

I have never really had a problem with JJ your sandwiches are always good! However EVERY SINGLE TIME I HAVE ORDERED A SANDWICH AND I SELECT FOR MY SANDWICH TO BE CUT IN HALF YOU ALL HAVE NEVER CUT IT IN HALF!! Why have that option if you all are never going to cut the sandwich. It doesn’t matter if I get lunch or dinner my sandwich has NEVER BEEN cut in half. All I ask is that if you provide that option please do it. If you no longer offer that option please take it off as an option.

Rude and slow service. They had a sign that they were open so went inside. Went to use the bathroom and was told the lobby is closed. I said I was going to use the rest room - “those are too”. I left to get lunch elsewhere. Other people were also waiting for their food. Obviously not freaky fast or friendly here.

They used to be reliable. Really gone down hill in recent months. Long delays. Unhelpful staff. Ended up canceling my order. They finally sent it out for delivery a couple minutes after it was cancelled

I started going to the Jackson location after the Cape location gave me a sandwich with nothing on it but mayonnaise. By the time I got home and sat down to eat, they were already closed. I called the next morning to explain what had happened and the kid on the phone was hateful and said there was nothing he could do to help me. There’s not a doubt in my mind that this was done to me out of spite and malice, especially when I was the only person in line. There’s no excuse for this.

The staff was so very nice, it kind of made my day. There was a minor mistake on my order but I was going to take it anyway, not that big a deal. The guys on the line said it was no problem and cheerfully and quickly made it right. I tried the new kicking ranch and loved it with my Turkey Tom, no mayo, plus Jimmy's Peppers. Their tea is pretty good, too. Not old or too strong.

I had an issue with a previous order. The manager JARED and his staff were fast to make it right and then some.. I appreciate not only this locations workers but also their manager. Despite the issue, myself any sister will 100% keep returning to this location. 10/10 on service.

Gave me the wrong sandwich...Its pretty much par for Cape Girardeau though.EDIT* I reluctantly went back and have been back several times since that time and everything has been ok.I don't like leaving bad reviews but the attitudes were pretty bad that day.Thank you...2nd Edit*Sorry, I DO NOT like leaving bad reviews, you can see this from all of my reviews. But, you made me do it.I edited my original review to 5 Stars from 1 for giving the wrong sandwich. I received a nice reply from the owner and decided that sometimes mistakes happen. I had gone back 3 times since the original stop and review and the service wasn't great but tolerable and I received what I ordered. But, here we are again, ordered a veggie, got something else. I've settled on 2 stars and that's it. Done giving chances here.Pathetic.Owner...you've got some work to do!I do not recommend this Jimmy Johns!

This is the third time I have ordered food and got it two hours later and when I call up there about it they are completely rude. I live less than a mile away and I can’t just roll down there with kids if I walk. So I order delivery and they always say “it’s out for delivery” on the app, then “it got left behind, it’ll be there when it gets there”...this last time I ordered at 12:06 and so I called got laughed at then hung up on, I didn’t have the meal until well after 1:30. The drivers are fine but the management or whoever the man was that answered is a complete joke.

I like Jimmy Johns . But a Bit pricey but everything is.Vegetarian options: You can add or deduct anything you want from sandwiches.Dietary restrictions: My mother and I are allergic to onion and garlic and the employees remove items that are allergic for us.

We ordered our 2 sandwiches thru the app. We live literally 3 blocks down the street. FAR from freaky fast.... Took 20 min to get our food AND driver went to the wrong house. If we hadn't been watching we would never have gotten our food. Disappointing

Worst service ordered food over an hour ago said it was done and out for delivery 20 minutes ago and it still not here. When food was brought finally I had to go to work and the food was room temperature when it supposed to be cold due to being left out to long may I add the sandwich had cheese and mayo on it. They are trying to hurt people. Never again rather get subway it taste better anyways.

Staff was rude as can be saying they wouldn’t give us water because of the way the machine worked, of the two orders we made both were completely wrong, we racked up a $30 tab and ended up not eating a bit of it because of missing ingredients, added unwanted ones we asked specifically not for that weren’t even listed on the menu. Food and staff were not good would not recommend

If I could give less than one star I would. I ordered from them at 8pm and the guy said no-one was ahead of me so I would have my order in about ten or fifteen minutes However after taking my money from my debit card the food never arrived. The store stopped answering the phone by 8:30 and closed at nine. I waited till ten and still no Food! Needless to say I am furious.

This store has horrible customer service. It's also ridiculous that they won't put toppings on the side. For traveling purpose I often request this at other restaurants. They however REFUSE and say it's against policy to do that. Will not go back....
