Loved my first experience. They were awesome at the front let my husband in with his other card. Then the lady at the back changed the whole experience. She was rude wasn’t helpful it being our first time. My husband paid and used HIS profile ! We come back today 4/20 they won’t let him in and they said I have a profile with 189 points. I didn’t even use my profile or pay. So they scammed me out of my 20%. So it went from 5 stars to 1 ! The old lady at the front was rude had my number wrong in the system. They lied to my face and used my account without my consent and didn’t make it right today

Always have great deals, but expect to wait an average of 5 to 8 minutes in the waiting room. Even with an online order, the checking out also takes almost 10 minutes l.Convenient?No.Cost effectiveTotally

I’ve been going here forever and decided to try one of the new ones in town just to see what they were like and I’ll keep coming to high profile because the employees actually knowing what they’re talking about and being friendly makes for a better atmosphere.

I WAS a customer. The discount program you have made it more advantageous for me, a 100% disabled veteran that received a 30% discount vs my wife with a medical card got 10%. On the last visit i was given a 10% discount. I asked and the girl said (with sarcasm) "Well they must of changed it" There was another guy there and i asked him when it changed and he fumbled for an answer but obviously didn't know anything about it. So my question is, as a 100 % disabled veteran, what should the discount have been on the last $500 purchase I made (a few weeks ago)?

Three stars because I always buy bulk and they staple my bag of flower to the bag every single time. Rendering the bag holding the weed absolutely useless as it has 4 pin sized holes letting air out of the bag. Come up with a better method to close the bags if you can’t leave my very expensive product untouched!

The person that assisted me today was lazy ... as if it was a bother to help... asked him if he could pull up my account since I could not recall a flavor I liked and this grown man was huffin as if I asked him to change a tire... cashier 80767. First time I've ever left here annoyed and only made a single purchase but actually came for more I just wasn't going to buy from him though I literally almost walked out.

*Strengths seem to be accurate on cartridges and other products. (I know what to expect from 20 years in CO)High quality, well grown and cured flower. Nice, friendly budtender too. Very quick service and always helpful staff. Product is good and they have cheaper options which would help if you're wanting to save money and not too worried about the weed being a little less strong; still good though don't get me wrong. I recommend anyone who goes to sign up for the points they save lives.

Updated again 4/10/2024... Still no reply from the so called owner!One star didn't have the choice of zero .. I've been coming to this location for over a year now once a week , four hours round trip ... Quarter tank of fuel!!!!....spending at least 240 each trip four times a month. The "bud tenders" don't ask if you wanna use your points... And they offer certain specials to certain people ... Like today 3/28/2024 @ 9:00 a.m. I purchased the three for 120 platinum vape carts... Done deal 144 and some change. My best friend / roommate that rides with me sometimes got offered a deal buy three platinum vape carts @120 plus tax 144 and some change but then get another 1g lime platinum vape for 25.00. call to speak to the so called manager Josh and his lame excuse is maybe the bud tenders you got forgot ... You think dude they never ask about points either call in about that and it's in one ear out the other... Well my hard earned money won't be going to this establishment anymore ... Once i figure out how to delete my number from y'all's system it will be deleted ... Zero stars ... Always a circus but no damn ring leader thanks Josh for making excuses for your employees like always! Got the receipt on both purchases this morning showing how they offer certain things to certain folks.Update 4/5/2024 ... Emailed like the automated response asked me to do... Still not a peep back... And that's fine didn't expect anything less .. if management is as horrible as they are... Then the "owner" can't be too far off ! As soon as I walked through the door, I was greeted in a very friendly manner. I then went back to the processing room and had a good bud tender. Their selection of great quality product is outstanding. You’re able to look and smell the product before purchasing. If there’s just a little shake included the main guy will come over and give you a generous discount. I will never go anywhere else because they know how to take care of the customer. Missouri has it figured out and is 100% better than Illinois. When needed I’ll take another road trip and make my purchase at High Profile in Cape Girardeau. See you soon.

High Profile began as a great experience that has since been lost in the name of profit. They have all but abandoned the medical patients that got them to where they’re at, they up charge their products to ridiculous extents (Greenlight Dispensary is almost always often cheaper for the same exact product).The staff can be kind but they don’t seem interested in much aside from getting you in and out the door. Their variety of strains (both bulk and prepackaged) is awful compared to other dispensaries in the same area and is overpriced. They try to push you to spend more to gain reward points only to have said points expire before you’re done saving them up to use.High profile had a great start and I thought would set thestandard but instead have turned into just another place focused entirely on their bottom line at the expense of the customer experience.I’d recommend anyone thinking of stopping here to first check around other dispensaries in the Cape area, primarily Greenlight, before making your purchase to avoid being taken advantage of by this crusader of cannabis turned soulless business machine.Their selection of popular strains has plummeted in variety over time, you never see any of your Pineapple Express or Blue Dream anymore, instead pushing their own Cloud Cover products. It’s been sad to watch the decline since their promising opening.Cape has enough dispensaries in their area that you can and should afford to shop around before blindly walking in, and it should be noted places like Greenlight also take debit cards where High Profile is still a cash only business despite their status in the industry.They have a lot of work to do, and a lot of prices to lower or regular sales to be had before I’ll ever consider coming there again.

They sold out the medical patients who got them where they’re at today. Only on Mon and Tues can medical patients get their meager 10% off while “cannabis industry” insider folks get it every day of the week! How is that fair?!Then they sell product at a 100% markup with very few sales or “deals” outside of those promoted by the brands themselves. High Profile should be ashamed of themselves. This is not how you’re supposed to treat medical patients.This is why dispensaries all over the state are unionizing, this is not what we were promised and we’re getting screwed by the folks at the top raking in all the profits for themselves. It’s despicable.

Also seemed to have some of the best pricing compared to other dispensaries in the area. I will most certainly be making this my go to dispensary for trips to MO

Super nice people, Chad was patient and extremely helpful when explaining the different types of concentrates and how they are produced, settled on a nice badder, hash/burger is very nice for that kick back and take your work boots off feeling, Chad also recommended a flower that is sativa dominant and a very nice 50/50 hybrid. All I can say is in my 40 years of buying grass, that was the most relaxed and pleasant experience. Thanks to all at HP in Cape Girardeau Mo.

They have jars you can see and smell, not all pre packed. They do have some pre packed specials and good concentrate deals! Good smoke too!

I've been to quite a few dispensaries this is somewhat medieval! You have to wait in the area until they call you in, it's all cash only, the supply and pickings are lean! The guy helping me right in the middle of our transaction decided to wander off and start talking to another coworker he left me hanging for five minutes🤷‍♂️ yeah. Yeah I won't be back next time I'm in Cape there are other dispensaries I will try!
