I had a wonderful time shopping until the employee “Monica” made an offhand remark about me buying these heels. She specifically said “that’s uhm.. well, you do you!” I believe I should specify I am man, and this made me incredibly uncomfortable for the rest of my time in the store

ATTENTION ….. please don’t donate your items here PLEASE donate your items to THE SAFE HOUSE FOR WOMAN!!! This place is so unprofessional and so overpriced!! They won’t accept any returns that don’t have their tags on them but won’t open dressing rooms up so u can’t try them clothes on? Make it make sense please? Tags are gonna come off clothes when u try them on but they don’t want to understand that and then when u try to return the item they won’t accept it just because the tag is off even if u bring the tag in!! So please people DO NOT DONATE YOUR ITEMS TO THIS UNPROFESSIONAL ORGANIZATION!! PLEASE DONATE THEM TO THE SAFE HOUSE FOR WOMAN!! I would much rather pay 2x less for a used an item than 10x more!!

This is the place for you if you're on a budget like I am ..from home decor to nice clothing/shoes..the workers are friendly and they love to see me when I come in wearing an outfit I've put together ..or show them pictures of my home with the items I purchased

This is an excellent goodwill store. They have a wide selection of clothing and other home goods for everyone to browse. The store is kept clean and well organized so it is easy to find things when looking. Prices are very reasonable too.

EDITED I found a used item from the Dollar Tree at Goodwill. It was one of those seasonal signs for your door. It had smudges & finger prints on it. The price was $1.39 🤔 I was ticked when I received a flippant response citing "higher costs" MARKING A USED DIRTY ITEM UP OVER THE COST OF THE ITEM WHEN NEW IS ABSURD. It also should be illegal. Things at a thrift store/2nd hand store, should be 50% lower than when purchased new.There was a new purse there, vinyl/ plastic with a store tag said $60. Goodwill had it marked $22. Please note, it was last seasons. I worked in retail. After leaving Goodwill, I went to that particular store. A purse, the same brand, but new, in style & all leather was on sale for..._$30.00. So I opted to go for the all new leather purse, in season for only $8 more.Corporate greed is killing America. One of the high ranking executives in charge of Goodwiil makes over $200,000 per year, I bet his benefits are great. I imagine that's more of a contributing factor as to why prices are so high. I bet other upper management at Goodwill draws a large salaries.Considering all the items are donated, the pricing is ridiculous. I read many other reviews, where Goodwill prices were higher than buying it new. I'm on a tight budget & tired of the greedy corporations, they're killing the middle class people.I also realize this is a charity, but I give to my charities already. We need a clothes store for working people. This is no longer it.

Very very slow service when it comes to checking out.... never have I ever waited sooo long for just a few items. Even though the staff is friendly they move at a very slow pace. The store is well organized which is a plus. I have been here many times and it is always the same story.

I literally just left here...the prices are outrageous, I seen things that had previous store prices and goodwill put their own price on it and was higher than original price! It was from dollar tree and they put 4.00 on it! The employees are friendly, young pregnant lady she was absolutely adorable and friendly. Another lady I do believe her name was Tabatha was NOT so friendly, she wouldn't ile when spoke to, when asked to see something in a case she acted as though it was a hassel to open it then stands there staring at you as if your a problem. When cashing out she doesn't speak even when spoke to and doesn't even say anything after paying. I literally told her have a great day and then she said you too....employees reflect upon a business...maybe y'all should talk to her...🤷

The past few visits here I’ve been very impressed. While the selection can be hit or miss, the cleanliness of the store and friendly staff make your visit worth it. I’ve had better visits here over any other second hand store in cape :)

I looked at a glass Thanksgiving pumpkin. The tag on the bottom from when it was new said 15. Goodwill price, 18. That was today. In the past, I've seen a pair of shoes for 30 in the glass case. I looked them up... they're 24 brand new. 4.84 for cami tanks I can get at Walmart for $1.67? Nearly gone, old, smelly face creams for 3.64? Yall have got to start doing better. It's not ok. These things are donated and you're charging OVER new price for them. Shame on you.

Spacious store, no smell. The staff helped direct me to what I needed but prices were missing on a number of items on shelves and the checkout line was 6+ deep and they were not acknowledging the need to open another register with any speed. Eventually they did but no sense of urgency. Pots & pans were dirty, covered in whole drops of grease. Couldn't even wipe them off with a paper towel before bringing them out? The clothing selection is pretty nice & Thursdays they get new stuff from Target. Great prices.

I went in this store to look for a certain book, it took less then two minutes. I was stopped about half way through the store by a woman that worked there telling me I had to put on a mask. I told her I couldn't wear one and that I would only be a minute in there and I went straight to the books. She called another woman that came out of the back where the clothes are dropped off, I'm guessing the manager. She comes running up to me flipping out about the mask and had everyone looking at us. I told her I couldn't wear a mask because of medical reasons but she could care less! Needless to say I won't be donating anything to this Store ever again! They should be worried more about all the bedbug's and dirty things in that store than harassment over a mask😡

I’m not one to agree with Goodwill mainly because they sell donated items at high prices. But this goodwill usually has good customer service and reasonable sales. They are not the cleanest store or the most organized store I have seen. But there is a variety of items. I’ve had a lot of good finds. But, the downside of the store is the organization, cleanliness, and some of the items should be trashed. The toy isle is filled with half broken toys. And the floors are dirty and the smell is usually a gross cigarette smell, that lingers.

I love this store. Everything from the near-brawls that happen when they bring a new vulture cart out, to the annoyingly bad music they play that sounds like a teenager was given free reign to choose the worst, most ear-violating garbage the 21st century has to offer. Other bonuses of this grift store include: a new barcode system that employs the use of stickers that won't easily peel off of your merchandise, insanely astronomical prices of unwanted, obsolete items (i.e-A DVD player priced at $15 as of 5/8/2021), and managers becoming upset with me as I gaze longingly through the back double doors to get a better idea of what new/old, overpriced rubbish they're about to wheel out next. There is another feature of this store that is a random occurrence, and you must show up at opening every day of the week for a chance to see it. There is a lady who shows up early almost daily, and if you have in your hand something she desires, she will grab it from you then look at you as if you're a mentally challenged person when you become irate. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE GOING TO THIS GOODWILL.

What can I say about this store? It is currently under-going renovations to part of the store, but despite that, the part open to the public was tidy and well organized. The employees were, overall, friendly, though not as helpful as you would expect under the circumstances. The fitting rooms were in the section of the store under renovations, but instead of creating accommodations for customers by making the fitting rooms available or re-purposing the restrooms, the store increased its return deadline a few extra days. That means that the customer must make an another trip to the store to return items that don't fit. I was told that anyone living further than three miles from the store could use the restroom to try on clothes if an employee stood at the door while the customer took in one item at a time. This seems ludicrous to me. I don't know what the shop lifting losses are in thrift stores, but I'm sure it isn't nearly as much as the revenue lost due to customers who would have bought more or decided not to bother buying anything. The store had a good selection of clothing but very little of anything else available, so it would seem that promoting purchase of clothing would be paramount to doing good business. This seemed to escape the management though. Another major annoyance I had with the store was a dude with a broom who seemed to have a dire need to sweep every isle, despite the customers who were trying to shop there. I was pushed out of three different isles before I finally told him that I was the customer and refused to move. He didn't seem to understand the cardinal rule of retail ... never push the customer away from the product. Not only did he move the customer away from potential purchases, but he was downright rude too. You simply don't do that kind of thing if you want to do profitable business. I think that the main problem with this store right now is a lack of business savvy by the management. I can only hope that, to complement the new, improved store, the manager will take some management classes.

Considering how busy the store was, and the whole shopping area is in general, this store is a little small. Everything is picked over, leaving a lot of junk and small or XXL sizes behind. Parking is easy, staff are friendly, place is clean, and the bathroom was everything I needed. Love Goodwills, but this one just needs more.

Use to love this place but as of today never again yes there is a mandatory mask order but that order does state that if someone has a medical reason a mask is not required been coming this whole time with my special needs daughter who cannot wear one was greeted by a snot nose punk would not only not let her in but proceeded to call me an unfit mother because I wouldn’t make her wear one I demand something be done

I like goodwill for the deals you can find.This location was clean and pretty well organized. As sometimes happens this location has an over abundant amount of clothing.The amount of other miscellaneous items they had was somewhat underwhelming. There were however great deals on most everything in the store. We always try to stop at any goodwill we find to see what treasures and deals we can get.

I noticed a lot of dirty and broken things on the shelf a lot of the clothing was riped or stained and smelled bad. When I went to check out the cashier acted like she didn't want to wait on me and the store manger was right there and was rude as well I will not be going back to this store.

I needed to ask a question concerning the merchandise I wanted to by. The cashier informed me that I needed to go to the back of the line and wait I tried to explain that I only needed help that I wasn't ready to check out and if she could call an associate, again she said to go to the back of the line. The three employs that I saw were rude and extremely unhelpful. I will not be returning.

You would think with their overpriced items that they would put that money back into our community. You always hear about teen challenge, salvation army and the safe house for women but never any good deeds from goodwill. U hear their commericals but have u ever known anyone personally that theyve helped before? I guess they have to keep up pricing their stuff so the ceo can keep making his 6 figure salary and afford to pay their store managers $50k and over yearly. They need to stop referring themselves as a "non profit organization" They're making a heaping profit off of every donator and every customer. Crooks!!

Going to tell everyone I know not to donate to goodwill. They get free merchandise and won't even give you a bag to put your purchases in. A stingy thoughtless bunch. On my way to my car, I lost a scarf I had just purchased.

This place has a wide variety of used clothing. I was able to find everything I needed. Their prices are somewhat more expensive than other used clothing stores, but otherwise it is a very good store.

The Ladies in this store are very friendly when your older like me not to many younger people even give you the time of day these girls joke and offer assistance in very detail of their store I love this place!
