Thank You Tiffany !!! My hubby & I have been very pleased with every sub bought at this location. They have all been very flavorful and well perportioned with meat, cheese & sauces. Place is very clean, and all staff/employees have been super nice !!! I would highly recommend stopping in and trying any of their delicious sub's 😋 You won't regret it.I would also like to Thank a young lady named Tiffany, for always greeting her customers with a smile. Im handicapped w/cane and she always walks me to my car carrying my bag for me. You just can't beat employee's like her & coworkers with such kind & caring hearts !!!Parking: 30 spots at least of free parking in front & at least a few handicap parking spots close to the door.Kid-friendliness: All employes have been extremely welcoming, no matter what age group we have brought. Seating & tables are very accommodating and the atmosphere is enjoyable when dining in.

For a sandwich shop it's a little expensive but the service is always great. The manager always remembers my name and they always take the time to make sure my order is correct. If something happens on the app when I order she always corrects it and makes it right. One of the few places I go where customer service is still a priority!Vegetarian options: Salads and a vegetarian sub

The food was very good, and the service was the best I've seen in most public venues. The staff went out after their way to help an older gentleman who did a mobile order twice when he only needed 1. They corrected the mistake and helped him with getting his money back. The food was fresh and hot and in a timely manner. Keep up the great work.

i love their food. its all fresh as should be. every samwhich ive tried ive NOT been let down. i tried the engineer tonight. loved it. the entire little restraunt is so cute they were busy but the crew handled it very well. the place was clean inside and out including the bathrooms. the prices are very reasonable. and in my opionion they are better then any other sub samwhich place we may have near us. plus proceeds go to a good cause.

This place has absolutely the bestest, most yummiest subs. I started enjoying Firehouse Subs when I lived in Brandon, FL. They have many different subs to choose from but my favorite is the "Hero". No matter what Firehouse you visit you are greeted with happy upbeat "Welcomes" from the staff which puts a smile on my face and it makes me feel they truly appreciate me as a customer. You can't go wrong with this place .... Five stars from me!

Update.. Still my #1 choice. ..(older post)Still my favorite. I'm on a restricted diet and when i have a cheat day, my choice if here. Not cake or ice cream. A firehouse sub. When we moved to Missouri, I searched for a shop that used the steamers, because that makes the most amazing sub ever! Until Firehouse opened i was disappointed in every one i tried. I don't care for dry, hard, chewy bread. I was so excited when they did. They are my weakness. Thank you, Firehouse.

I love the food at firehouse. It's amazing most of the time, however the customer service is terrible. I called to make an order and got put on hold 2 different times for 9 and half mins then 8 mins just to get hung up. When I go into store and tell them the issue I got nothing but attitude saying that's your problem would u like to talk to my manager? If you don't like people, please do not work in service. Go service your mouth elsewhere

I’ve never had Firehouse subs before, and I’m so mad at myself for not trying it sooner. The sub I had here was easily the best sub I’ve ever had in my entire life. They were generous with the meat, and everything tasted amazing. The Cajun Mayo is delicious too. The best sub shop out there! Friendly service too

I ordered the medium sandwich and it was at best 5 inches. Not to mention the portions being prepared are smaller now, and they charge more. Very disappointing, to say the least. Won't spend my hard earned money here again. Ate here alot in the past, and was never like this!

BEST Steak &Cheese sandwich I've had in some time. A little pricier than Subway but I will definately be going back for seconds. Been doing Subway for years, 1st time for FIREHOUSE. Like they say, "Your NEVER too old to learn""THANK YOU" Firehouse!

The sandwiches are great, but it takes forever to get the food. I think we waited at our table for about 20 minutes before we got our sandwiches. If you're looking to eat somewhere quick, don't choose this place. On the positive note, if you have the time, the food is worth waiting for. Great quality and the staff is very nice

I couldn't even eat it. The sandwiches were so wet that they were falling apart, and the taste was less than appealing. Definitely not worth almost $50 for 4 sandwiches. My last time I will eat at this franchise. Thank you for a terrible experience. 🤮

Place was packed when I arrived. There were only two crew members working but they worked well together and helped each other out. I waited in line about 5 minutes. The sub was fresh and good and each of us tried a different one. All were tasty. Firehouse atmosphere and a comfortable place to eat. I'll return to the Cape location.

I love the subs, but I do my best to never come, it's so so ridiculous that some places basically punish you for liking water. My cup is 4 inches tall and I will probably have 10 glasses, the fact that I cant have a normal cup without paying for a soda is pitiful. Completely pitiful.

I absolutely love this place and the Cape Girardeau location has awesome employees and are always very welcoming. Tiffany, I believe her name is, is the sweetest girl. Always smiling....and the food is amazing. My favorite is philly cheese steak hold the mustard add mayo!! You have to try it. I am so recommending you try Firehouse Subs if you haven't yet!

I like the sandwiches but had a poor experience on June 11. Walked in shortly after 11 a.m., hoping to beat the rush because I had a limited time window in which to eat. The dining room was not particularly full but the crew was busy making sandwiches, perhaps for a catering order. I stood right beneath the "Order here" sign for more than five minutes. A young woman at the counter was busy preparing sandwiches but never so much as acknowledged my presence or said, "I'll be right with you." I've worked in restaurants and in other customer service jobs and I am sympathetic with the staff when they are busy. However, I walked out without placing an order and went across the parking lot to Steak 'n' Shake, where I was greeted immediately, served quickly and out the door and back to work in plenty of time. The Firehouse staff looked unhappy. Unhappy workers usually produce unhappy customers and unhappy customers usually go somewhere else. I'll be back some day to give Firehouse in Cape another chance. I hope I'm greeted and served next time.

Nice variety of primarily hot subs, very tasty stuff. They steam them, as opposed to some sub chains who grill or toast them. I like that Firehouse donates a portion of their pfofits to local first responders, makes you feel good about spending your money with them.

The food was great but the customer service was terrible/rude i would like to report the racism i experienced. I didn't feel welcome at all! I been trying to get ahold if the store managers!
