Dogwood has been taking care of my cats through many a medical crisis, has been beyond kind when my pets have passed, and take supreme care of their patients. They are thorough, knowledgeable, honest with prognosis and extremely affordable. Absolutely fantastic clinic I feel blessed to have care for my pets.

This place is so unprofessional and looks like a house turned vet! When I took my dog to get her tubes tied they literally grabbed her by the neck and dragged her to the back knowing full and well my dog was scared to death not understanding what was going on, but instead of being gentle they just grabbed her by the neck and pulled her to the back, none of the workera are professional and I definitely wouldn't recommend if you care for your pet in the slightest, these people sure as hell don't care and will take your money as quick as possible. Definitely won't be going here again.

Great place. I've taken my cats there multiple times now for 1 spay, annual shots, check-ups, and whenever I've been concerned about something. Two of the Vets have helped me, good experience with both. Good experience with the rest of the staff as well. I also like that I rarely have had trouble getting an appointment in a timely, no ridiculous wait times and when I show up, they are good about being on time getting us back. During my last visit they had a new pay system where I was able to pay right in the exam room with my paperwork and receipt. It was nice to not have to make an additional stop at the front desk or wait in line to pay when we are ready to leave. Just finish the exam, swipe card and you are out, very cool.

The emergency doctor could’ve care less about our emergent dog’s situation. She was more concerned that we interrupted her dinner. We ended up leaving and going to a different facility that would accommodate our dogs needs.

We are new to the area and was looking for a new vet. We have 4 furbaby canines. Dog wood took us with open arms. 2 of our babies are large dogs with bad reputation ( pitbull and American bully). Dr. Tori had no problem with our Poison Ivy( drama queen)!!! Thank you so much!!!

Nice staff. Very noisy as they have many animals in at one time for boarding, surgery and spay and neuter for the SEMO humane society. Prices are reasonable and fair. I wish they could neutralize the urine smell in the clinic.

Always professional quality service for a great price. The staff is friendly and welcoming and they always treat my fur babies very well. I love the parrot in the lobby. It will talk to you and it sings! Highly recommend taking your furry friends here!

I brought my dog here for his yearly checkup. We were just about to leave and a woman had an emergency with her pet. They took him/her in the back. So it's a good place to go when you have emergency as well

I wanted a lions cut for my kitty , they said they offered it with anesthesia, I agreed , I knew it would be pricey and I'm fine with that. But they did an awful job, my cat was asleep under anesthesia and they couldn't even cut her straight, she has shave marks, up and down her, they missed big patches.looks Terrible, they missed spots they didn't shave her tail or her legs the worst job I've ever seen. I use to have a cat that we had shaved every 3 months and this is bad . She was asleep no reason for this poor of workmanship and to charge 99+$ disgusting . Do not reco

This Veterinary hospital has always been good to my fur babies. Back in 2015 is when I first took my 2 pups in for check-ups and when my oldest little dude died, they took great care of him. I now have a kitten and I live a little over an hour away but I still make the drive to go to this vet cause the services you receive are worth every penny you pay for gas. Fantastic place!

Genuinely don't understand what anybody here is complaining about lol. Dogwood has always been amazing and very honest about their pricing. If you don't want to be 'ripped off' (other peoples' words) just ask what the price of the procedure/test is. They're always very reasonable and extremely transparent. They see me and my dogs in a timely manner and always ask before performing any actions/tests/shots/etc. Dr. Tori is the best! :)

Went to this quote on quote “clinic”. When I arrived with my dog, they tried to tell me everything was okay, when she had been throwing up for several hours, and was un-able to stand. They are some of the rudest, most uninformed people I have ever met. The fact they call themselves veterinarians is beyond me, but they certainly do not act like it.
