I had just got home from a long day at work and locked myself out of my RV while taking my dog for a walk. Panicking, I called Dan and he was at my location quickly. He showed a lot of concern for my dog being out in the heat and was very kind.He got my door opened with ease. I was so relieved! I would recommend him to anyone!

I was staying at a local RV park (The Landing) and had an issue with one of my locks on a storage door. The park referred me to Dan’s Lock & Key and they came out very quickly after I called them…before even their estimated arrival time. Scott was kind and professional and had the lock cylinder fixed within a couple of minutes. He was quick and professional. But he went above and beyond as he refused payment or even a gratuity. His time was greatly appreciated and it would have been reasonable to charge at very least a trip fee…but he refused.

Locked myself out as I was heading out for work. Called Dan's and they were there about 15 minutes later (though I am pretty close to the shop). Probably took about 5 minutes to handle the lock and the payment. It was a great experience!

They were unable to make perfect duplicate padlock keys, having to grind some thickness off their blanks.The duplicates are thinner and difficult to insert into padlock.However, at least I've got access to the padlock now, that is important.
