Took 4 trips to pick up my prescription. 1st trip a pharmacists wasn't available, 2nd trip their cash registration wasn't working the 3rd trip the 24 hr pharmacy was closed and finally on the 4th trip i was able to purchase my prescription so I'm looking into changing over to a different pharmacy

I have never seen such a dysfunctional pharmacy. I pick up the same prescription every 3 weeks and I kid you not for over a year they continue to have no idea why I'm there or what I am supposed to be picking up. I then proceed to wait 20 minutes while they claim to "fix" the problem in their system and the same thing happens every single time. After over a year of dealing with this I continue to give them more chances to do better because other CVS locations are excellent service. The cape girardeau CVS is by far the worst experience I have had and I can not wait to find a new location for my service.

Always slow getting prescriptions. I get a text it's ready but when I get there I have to wait 30 minutes to be filled.

These folks are working at the best pharmacy I have ever seen. And I have been to too many of them for twenty years. I'm former MGMT and this guy has a dream team of multitaskers 💯
