They don’t Open till 11:00 am on Sunday then Shut Down from 1:30-2:00 pm for lunch and Close at 5:00 pm. Not very convenient.

Worst place I have ever been to. They was so bussy flirting. And chatting with each other. New prescription there. They didn't ask if my hubby was on any other meds. And they didn't ask if this was the first time he has toke it or even offer a consultation on the new drug. Just put it on the counter and walked away. didn't ask who I was. I been to a lot of different pharmacy all over the states and couldn't believe how this place is. It would be so easy for someone to refill your meds if they found a empty bottle in your trash can. They don't ask nothing to make Shure the right person is filling it or picking it up.

CVS/Schnucks is the best pharmacy I've ever done business with. I moved here to Cape from Nebraska, after retiring from being a hospice and hospital chaplain. I checked out various pharmacies, and they all give decent service--but I've found CVS/Schnucks to be the best: the friendliest, always on time with prescriptions and always going the extra mile in service. When I ask about over-the-counter products, they take time to help me find the highest quality at the best value. Wonderful people. Just today they came through again for me--the pharmacy tech (with the support of his supervisor) saved me more than $100 on medication my insurance would not pay for. Busy as he was, he worked hard for me and negotiated a price I could handle. I've been a hospice chaplain in another state and know a good pharmacy when I see it. None better anywhere than CVS/Schnucks. I am amazed and grateful.

24 Hour Pharmacy has been a lie for half a year now, and they apparently can't do ANYTHING for you when their terminals 'shut themselves down' at lunchtime - 1:30pm, literally everyone needs to go to lunch at the same time?? If this were a doctors office, maybe, sure, but wait times are ridiculous, hours are short, and the lady at the drive thru window should get an easier job like McDonalds since retail pharmacy seems to be too difficult for her.

If this is the CVS inside of Schnucks then I was not happy at all with the customer service. Will not be using this pharmacy again!

My husband left a prescription to be filled for atrovastatin, a heart medication. When he went to pick it up he was told that the doctor needed to be called to have this refilled. We returned Monday and were told the same thing. Tuesday I called to check on the status this time I'm told by head pharmacist "oh he still has refills on this, we don't need to call it in" that great.. I then recommended he make sure he reconstructs his works to double check. I expected an apology and not an excuse for the failure of his co-pharmacist.Recognise the failure and apologize. Very simple business manners.

So i take a medication that is necessary for me to have . No getting around it. I usually fill at a 24 hour chain here in town. My insurance was changed, and the price of my medicine went from 2.00 to 37.00! I called around and schnucks not only offered the medicine for 4.00, they delivered it to my house at.no extra charge! Amazing! I recommend you switch or start using schnucks for ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ service!!

Rude!!!!! Called from a physicians office to give new prescription and was told "We are busy, can you leave it on the voicemail" I would have left a voicemail but obviously I have a question about the prescription... Wow is all I can say. They need to hire more people if they are that busy.
