I have come to this pharmacy multiple times, but the last few times have just been horrible with getting prescriptions filled. The prescription was put in the day before. I show up the next mid morning and it is still not finished. I would highly recommend if you need your prescription filled quickly, you choose a different place.

The rudest workers. Absolutely awful. So disrespectful. Hung up on me when I was trying to figure out my wife’s medication. “Manager” was very rude. Stated no other manager was available, then transferred me to another one. So she lied. Second manager was not as rude. But does not change the fact that there was no apologies for how the others acted. Absolutely ridiculous.

Insulin syringes are by prescription only which is wild because neither Walmart or Walgreens are like that. Then the dude at the pharmacy refused to check me out (2 items) and told me I could get taken care of up front. I totally understand being bound by policy and that’s not on him however the lack of general customer service is. Do better.

I never like to leave a bad review, but honestly was shocked at the look I got at the register and service! Not only was I given the nastiest look, because I put the basket on the counter took my keys and my phone out of the basket, so the lady could proceed to ring them up, but the lady just stood there?! She then said, I was waiting for you to take the items out of the basket?! What difference does it make, if she took them from the basket to the bag or counter to bag, neither would have saved time, plus the basket was taken behind the register anyway! No need to create problems where there aren’t any!! Jfc!

The young lady working at 5:20 p today needs some work skills instilled. She's just sitting off besides the register . As soon as I left to get my replacement item she say back down. You don't sit on the job where customers can see u scrolling all in your phone.

I went there tonight. Sat in drive thru for like 20 min. Behind another car. Got up to window and thepharmacy closed. Sat there not knowing this because they are suppose be open 24/7 and my niece needed her meds. So a total of almost 25/30 min. Waisted and we live 13 miles out of town. WTH This is a Wed. Night and it was before 9 pm? For the most part i go there for the 24 hr. Just a sugestion they should post a sign on window or on line they are closing early, something???

Terrible service and terrible app….took 3 hours to get 1 prescription done…and all the notifications I actually received were even correct…they treat you like you an aggravation to them…we as patients pay all this money for doctors care and they make you feel like you owe them something…absolutely changing pharmacies

Very welcoming place. The service is excellent. The prices r very good, but the CARE PASS and the coupons r the real money savers!! This CVS CAREPASS that gives me monthly money to spend at CVS also gives me money back on my purchases and coupons 4 even more SAVINGS!! Thank u so much CVS!!

I called after trying to refill my meds through the app and it saying my med was inactive even though it had two refills left. The man who answered the phone said it was canceled because my doctor put in a 90 day script instead. Okay, got a text later saying it was ready. Went this pharmacy the next day after an appointment with the same doctor with no changes, and the lady at the pharmacy window said she had nothing for me. I called and asked about it as I need to take this med consistently and they said I cannot trust the texts because they are automated, even though I had talked to a person already who said it would be ready later the day before. This isn't the first problem I have had there.

CVS Pharmacy in Cape doesn’t care about the well-being and safety of their workers.Feb. 18th around 5:45 I went in to get a few things and saw a lady get escorted out. The manager (who escorted her out) did not stay, he left as soon as she got to her car. My mom stated she was crying in her car and someone was blocking her in. We were parked right next to her.Apparently she was a worker that had raised her voice at a VIOLENT customer out of her own safety!. This customer proceeded yell at her and threatened to follow her home and get her family to do horrible things to her. The manager of the establishment kept telling her (the worker) to leave but the lady blocking her in was threatening to beat her up and more and there was no way the worker could leave. The law was called by this timeThe two workers in the front of the store were laughing, one was brunette, tall and had a nose piercing. The other had black hair, bangs and glasses. One stated “I dont get paid enough for this” and was absolutely disrespectful to this girl that was just trying to get off work.She seemed so frightened and hurt. And this hurt my mom and I because I’ve had a similar situation happen to myself. This has left a bad impact on me and I really do not want to return.

Sign says that they are open 24 hours. My son needed a prescription for antibiotics filled so the hospital called the prescription in to CVS around 3:30 AM. They were closed when we got there 15 minutes later. He had to drive back to Cape Girardeau which is 20 miles away from our house and pick it up later.

The pharmacy here is absolute trash. They used to be so helpful, and used to go above and beyond. Now, they’re rude, unhelpful, and honestly quite incompetent. CVS has messed up billing my insurance 6 different times, making it impossible for me to get medications I need. This time, I’m pregnant and needed a medicine that could cause me to lose my baby if I don’t take it. They absolutely screwed up my insurance, and then told me it was MY fault. They were rude, and just kept repeating “You’ll have to take it up with your insurance” when I asked questions. They also told the person before and after me that THEIR insurance was messed up too. I doubt it. After days of talking to insurance people, I confirmed exactly what I thought: CVS was entirely at fault. They delayed treatment to me and my unborn child, and could have seriously harmed us. I switched to Walmart Pharmacy and had a wonderful experience. Don’t bother with this place.

It's NEVER ok to just switch manufacturers of a prescription that a person has been takeing successfully for 10 years without contacting the person first. It's very dangerous! No, it's not the exact same pill, and no it doesn't work the same, regardless of cvs saying it is. The customer service has deteriorated tremendously over the last couple years.

Waited for 45 minutes for a pharmacist to answer my call, that I had questions about my prescribed medication and interaction issues. Never did pick up and answer my phone call. This store has went down hill very badly ever since 1 year of opening this store location. The pharmacists are rude, very incompetent too, as the evening prior I had question regarding the mixing of two different meds, and the female pharmacist on third shift had three very different answers. Then when I asked her why she had total different answers she began to make excuses. Very dangerous. The CVS at Target location are far better, and always answer phone calls and questions.This store on William is terrible to deal with. And a serious problem is its the only 24 hour pharmacy open serving the entire region, since Walgreens stopped being open 24 hours which occurred after their first year of opening. They have done their customers wrong. Still not answered my phone call and it's been 1 full hour now. Also, they over charge me on medications too in the past.

Absolutely 💯 horrible to deal with. They do NOT answer their phone and after 9 in person visit they can't get anything done. This is after a total loss house fire we tried told get 3 days of critical medication needed. They REFUSED to give the 3 days until we could get to the doctor and us we had to pay out of pocket for 30 days on one script and 60 days on the other. Gave up and taking our business elsewhere after visiting urgent care to get medicine needed. How is this extortion even legal????

And the black chick at the window has an attitude out of this world! But I digress. No full instructions, ingredients, or possible side effects listed. Do better for the patrons you serve.

Cvs is a joke they filled my wife's prescriptions and refused to give them to her after. They are rude. I recommend never going here. They are only a reflection of the store! What a terrible place of service!

If you go inside the pharmacy makes you wait until there is no one in the drive through. Pointed this out to the pharmacist and he threatened to not fill my prescription till I lost my attitude.

Stood in line in pain 20 minutes with 3 others waiting to drop off my prescription to get it filled. Ten people in line to pick up prescriptions. Only one person picked up their scripts at the counter while I was there. The line at the drive through went all the way around the building and no one seemed to be in a hurry. I left without getting my prescriptions filled. Even worse, my insurance requires me to fill my prescriptions at CVS. So much for making things easier.

The absolute worst pharmacy with the rudest staff. I did my refill online and was told it would be ready by 1:00. I get there at 2:00 and was told that it wasn't ready and it would take another 20 minutes. After waiting for a half hour I went and asked about it and was rudely told that they were busy and that they would notify me when it was ready. After another 30 minutes I went to the counter again and asked how much longer. The lady told me that it had been ready for awhile and they must have forgotten to notify me. No apologies, no sorry about that, just rudeness from every employee I interacted with. You could not pay me enough to ever use this pharmacy again.

I’ve never been to this pharmacy without an issue. If you use the app, website, or automated phone service to refill, they will never fill it. If you talk to a live person, then maybe it will be filled. When I do talk to a person to fill and show up hours later, they have no idea what I’m talking about and have to wait another hour. Also, they over charge. Somehow they created two accounts for me. I’ve talked to two employees about merging the accounts. They still haven’t been merged and that causes more issues for myself and the staff when refilling prescriptions. Do not go here.

I did not want to go the review route on this, because I am sure, or pray the practices I experienced during my recent Covid-19 shot are not company policies. I was a hold out for the Covid-19 shot because frankly I did not want it. But I caved Sunday, November 14th. I experienced 3 issues during my interactions with Pharmacy staff. First I checked to get a Covid-19 shot and was given a filled out vaccine card and told to wait. Sitting in a chair I was pondering leaving with my first shot card filled out in hand. Second I witnessed the tech administering the shot, we will call him Mr. T, well Mr. T was pulling out multiple doses of medication Covid-19 and flu to administer to multiple patients. I can only assume it is because he did not want to walk around the counter, every patient.When it came to my turn I informed Mr. T I wanted my medication drawn up for me individually and not get jabbed with the several left on the counter, that can no longer be identified since being drawn from the vile. I also informed Mr. T that I wanted him to change his gloves. There was attitude in his voice with his reply "this are really for me and not for you." Maybe good sir but not when you try to use them on multiple patients. I hope Mr Tattoo is corrected on his shot administration technique, as well as his communication with patrons.

The pharmacy personnel have very little knowledge of diabetic products and continually give wrong advice. Not to mention refilling the scripts is such a pain because they won’t give proper amounts or sometimes they give the wrong scripts totally and tell us to wing it. Type 1 diabetic. I just called and they now say they have no record of me ever purchasing some diabetic products. Horrible service. This place is looking for a law suite due to their negligence in medical advice. They are supposed to be the expert’s and they know nothing. I feel sorry for elderly people that don’t pay close attention to their scripts. Awful Awful Awful!!! Yes we are trying to get our insurance to transfer us to a different pharmacy ASAP.

Slow as Molasses on a cold winter night ! But they are the only place in town in network with my prescription plan , mostrich times I just pat the out of network price and go elsewhere. My Dr. Called in a prescription for pre packaged eye drops 8 hours ago. & I came to pick it up 3:45 pm and was told they need 30 minutes to finish it

They say 24/7 pharmacy but they close from 1 to 2. Too bad Larry Merlo (cvs's ceo) would have to cut into his 37million+ salary to hire enough employees to honestly run a 24/7 pharmacy. Pharmacy staff is great, their management and administration is terrible

UPDATE: We're going from 3 to 2 stars today. Once again they are out of stock on a common medication... forced to go elsewhere 'again'."Out of Stock" It happens sometimes. Open late tho, which is very helpful to those in a medical emergency after hours.

FrustratingFor months now I have been having issues with the CVS app it will not let me login with face recognition it keeps saying oops there must have been a problem so I keep entering my password. I don’t know why you can’t keep your app up to date.
