Cheese curds taste like they were straight outta Wisconsin. I don’t know what kind of chicken, hen, or rooster it was but it hit different. The pretzel bites and beer cheese slaps (like Will Smith). Get ya some.!

Genuinely felt harassed by your special needs employee. Anyone should be able to eat lunch somewhere and not have your personal space invaded so aggressively. And that employee should completely understand that it is not ok to touch people or their children with out permission. Will not be returning to this establishment.

Wasn't an enjoyable experience. They left a senior citizen with a walker standing at the door for 5 minutes because they didn't want to open it until exactly 10:30. Then after making my order when they bring the food my Sunday I ordered turned into a bowl of chocolate ice cream. When I went to correct them, she asked what I wanted. I showed her the white ice cream Sunday on the board with Hershey syrup on it, and she brings back the chocolate ice cream with Hershey syrup on it. I'm like seriously.... just keep it. Do NOT eat here. The food was good, but the staff is incompetent.

I might be a little biased as I work at Culvers, but even before I started to work there, this location strived for quality service while providing great foodRight before I started to work, the Culver's here in Cape was remodeled to accommodate more guests.We are lent friendly with our numerous options, from seafood to burgers to our delicious fresh frozen custardEverybody will be welcomed with a smile and respectVegetarian options: We offer a veggie burger for those who don't eat meat or seafoodWe also can do gluten-free buns for those who are allergicDietary restrictions: The cod dinners are an amazing example of the dietary accommodations that Culver's makes

Culver's is the first place I've ever made a review over, and it's because of one reason, its food. I was sadly disappointed with the quality of the food, even despite the fact they messed up my order, giving Me a single patty burger instead of the double patty, (many fast food places struggle with that so I dont often care about it because it can be fixed) but regardless; the presentation on the basket was poor, my onions were all squished in the middle, and I just felt it wasn't the best they could've offered me.On the contrary the service was nice and the workers here were super kind, and the atmosphere was standard yet effective in making Culver's look like a nice place. But food is the most important part and I was just left dissatisfied.

Little on the pricey side for what I got just under 10.00. This place is supposed to make everything to order according to the company website. I find it hard to believe they can bring out meals for different customers that arrived at different times in 3 to 4 minutes if food is cooked to order. The 2 pints of custard to go was 4.59 and 3.00 for the 2nd one having said that the hambuger was pretty decent. A notch above anything Dairy Queen serves. But I can't help but compare the 2 a very similar operation. Almost a carbon copy with a slightly different feel.

First off, i would like to state that I normally never have a problem at this culver’s. I came through tonight and paid for ranch but didn’t receive it. When the young lady brought me my food i thanked her and she responded with “okay” as she walked off which is distasteful customer service. My fries were dry but still well salted. Overall, I am disappointed with this visit.

It's a burger place it's the greasy spoon again heart attack in a bag but it's pretty good prices aren't the cheapest but they're not real high butter burgers are pretty filling don't get carried away and get two because one is enough I've been there several times through the drive-thru I'll continue to goWheelchair accessibility: They have a drive-thru

We were headed to Tennesee and decided to stop by before going back home.. I love culver’s but yesterday I had a bad experience.. Burger wasn’t done, was falling apart & Fries were old.. I was disappointed. Culver’s is too high for this to happen.

My favorite fast food place! More extensive menu than typical burger place. Ice cream concoctions are over the top wonderful! There are no Culvers where I live so I always watch for signs along the highway and follow the indicated exit looking for that beautiful blue roof knowing I'm in for a tasty meal/ dessert.

I ordered a burger meal and a fish sandwich cheese only. I received a burger and drink they forgot the fries, the fish had everything on it. It was a drive through order so didn't find out untell I was 10 miles away at home. So check your order the service is poor. The manager reached out and made it right. So I think I have to give them credit. Good customer service in the end, thank you

My first time frequenting this place. I had heard great things about their burger. And it was good. They were so busy when we went that we had a hard time getting past the drive thru line to get to the back to park. Service was quick but had trouble finding a seat. They have tables crammed in there where you can hardly walk between them. When you sit down it's like you're eating with strangers, your so close to each other. Food came quickly tho.

Food here is always excellent at a very reasonable price. It’s somehow done the impressive task of being more affordable than Mcdonald’s! Despite the price, the staff has been consistently very nice and outgoing. Their food is consistently served quickly and effectively.Kid-friendliness: The restaurant supports a kid-friendly atmosphere given the lack of alcohol and a bar. Along with this, their kids meals offer free ice cream given the voucher on the bag.
