The staff was incredibly friendly and just as helpful as their inventory on the shelves being neatly organized and well stocked! I enjoyed the atmosphere here and my dog enjoys the rabbit’s foot! I will have to get a cow ear next time 😁

What a great experience! Knowledgeable staff, great assortment of products and fair pricing. I used the self wash stalls for my pet and it was so Much more convenient that washing him at house. I’ll def be back and would reccomend to anyone who loves their fur babies and wants the best for them

Terrible people running this place. Absolutely rude and disrespectful women who will laugh in your face over your dying pet. Disgusting.I took my pet to the vet after adopting him, came here while he was in the vet getting his well check and redeemed the voucher program they offer. Went back to the vet excited with what had just happened only to be told that my pet was in his final stages and dying. I donated the stuff I just redeemed and said goodbye to my pet. After months of trying to heal, we adopted another pet and came back to redeem the voucher we received and the management listened to my private conversation to retrieve my name, searched me in the computer and said I wasn’t allowed to redeem the voucher because we already did. I said okay I’ll call the vet and show that I no longer had my pet and I’ll call the place I donated to and confirm that I did just that. She laughed in my face and said it wasn’t her issue that my pet was dying and as far as she knows I was trying to scam out more free things. That wasn’t the case at all. The last thing I’m thinking when I go pick up my pet is that he is going to be dying and I need to keep the stuff for another pet. Unlike the rude manager with blonde hair, I actually have compassion for my pets and a new pet wasn’t on my mind. She reluctantly allowed me to redeem a voucher for my new pet after 20 minutes of back and forth. I came in to get the voucher and also to put together and buy a gift basket for a friend who just adopted a pet. I ended up leaving and will take my money to someone who won’t laugh about my kids and us losing our pet.Just a disgusting group of women working here. They will laugh in your face while you mourn your pet and say that isn’t their issue.

The employees here were very wonderful, caring, helpful and patient with my dog and I today. My dog is a very hyper doodle puppy who hasn't had the experience of being around a lot of other people or dogs. He was loud and hyper today but the employees along with another helpful customer were very polite and patient with us as I took him in to bathe him myself. We are still trying to find out what works best for bathing him so this was very helpful in trying to find out what works and what doesn’t work. I appreciate the kindness more than words can express.

At Busch Pet Products they care about you and your dog a lot. They offer advice if needed and try yo help you in whatever way they can. Their products are great too. A little hit expensive but my dogs likes "anything raw". So they have a very good selection. I can definitely recommend it and much rather like to go here than any other store in town.

Was very convenient for washing my elderly lab. Shampoo seemed a bit thin and scents d I didn't last out the door but the bathing stations are great.I have been back since and discovered that layering the scent of shampoo and conditioner with the after bath scents does last quite awhile. Also the nail trimming is great. I hope to try my Gracie with the groomer soon.Adding a star to my review.

Amazing selection of healthy foods and supplements. My chihuahua loved coming in with me and when she got sick the staff were very helpful to find products to help support her health during that time. My furbabies eat healthier than I do AND it is affordable!

I wish I would have found out about this place sooner! My Australian Shepherd absolutely hates baths and it is a lot less of a struggle (and stress for him) to use their's. It's only $15 to shampoo and condition and they have everything you need. Highly recommend!

I knew nothing about cats & I acquired one from my granddaughter. She has since taken Francesca back but I buy her food. The folks @ Bush's are excellent. They told me everything I needed to know abt cats. The grain free food is so well liked by her-Idoubt she would eat anything else now! They are SO helpful!!

Excellent place to for all your pet needs, lots of dog and cat products. I particularly like that they have a self service dog wash with lots of types of shampoos and conditioners, they provide everything you need. The hemp shampoo and conditioner is my favorite and leaves my dog soft and smelling good (great for her skin too).
