Went to review and get a hands-on feel of a new laptop. The intent was to decide on a certain model, then order from internet site. Sales person inquired as to my use of said laptop, then recommended a different one. Research with my cellphone indicated he was right. The recommended laptop normal price was higher than the model I went to see. However, it was on sale, saving me over $400. Knowledgeable sales personnel gives the 5 star rating.

This has got to be one of the worst retail stores I have ever been in. Terrible customer service. These are your stereotypical “salesmen” who are trying to make a quick buck off of you. Terrible atmosphere, and not a well kept store. Will never be returning. The hostility from their employees was too intense.

Had to return a controller with warranty. Had absolutely no problems doing so they ended up not having same controller in stock but got an even better one another 2 year warranty and paid only 100 extra. My husband loves his new controller better then his old and the staff was absolutely helpful.

Still a good store to shop at for many technological items (i.e., home appliances, cell phones and accessories, home theater, car audio, etc.) but that being said it's more of a specialty store (for lack of a better phrase) because with the rise of streaming services comes the decline of purchasing physical media (DVD, CD, etc) and with that stores are slowly getting rid of that inventory and if that is the only reason you want to visit Best Buy then I would recommend against it because when I saw their lack of inventory in the physical media I was sorely disappointed, because I do not live near a best buy and movies and CDs were the majority of the reason I would make my way to Best Buy when I was around one but with the lack of inventory idk that I actually have a reason to make my way in store anymore. We DON'T all prefer streaming services a good portion of the population I'm sure would agree that we want to be able to purchase our own physical copies of games movies CD or whatever other entertainment

They were understaffed and called before I went and they misinformed me on the phone about products we were looking for. So basically it was a wasted trip. I drove from Illinois over to Missouri I drove a long way to get what I needed and couldn't get it because I was misinformed over the phone.

I love being able to purchase online and then pulling up at a parking spot and making a call or checking in through my email letting them know I'm here. Their guys came right out! Fast and good service!

Can't even talk to an employee of the store. They out source every call to another country and have no way of talking to anyone in store at all. No more money coming from my family.

I bought a new Samsung Ultra 23 smartphone this year and I'm 67 yrs.old and tge technology on it is over my head!! But I go there and a wonderful young man helps me so much and fixing mistakes I've made. I appreciate him so much. He's at tge Cape Girardeau,Mo store named Brian. He's the best personally and knowledgeable to me. Everyone tgere I've come in contact with are so friendly and very helpful!!!

I called to see if they would repair my Dyson vacuum. I was told definitely. I dragged my Dyson into the store and then they told me I had to have purchased it there. I have age related disabilities. A Lot of hassle on my part.

Bought a phone there. Within 60 days it's dropping calls. Got the run around. One person would send me to another then that person would do the same.Note to self. Don't buy a phone from them

I ordered something online, and the only choice I had was to have it delivered. So I made that option. When I went to schedule the delivery, I picked the date, and they said it would be delivered that day between 7am and 7 pm. I have better things to do with my time, then sit there all day and wait on a delivery. That is ridiculous. So I called the store and ended up getting someone who barely spoke English move the order to my local store so I could pick it up there. Because she couldn't pronounce the name of the city I wanted it delivered to she kept arguing with me that the closest store was the one that is 2 hours away from me. When I finally pronounced everything and gave zip codes and bagged for her to send it to the store that is 15 minutes from me she finally said " oh OK I do it for you." I did get email conformation that this was changed correctly and that I could get it there. A week later I have received multiple emails that they are canceling my order because I cannot pick it up in a store. Seriously!!! It is a box the size of a wine box and isn't heavy and I refuse to waste an entire day waiting on them to maybe show up. I have been through this several times before with lowes and I am not doing it anymore. I hate to think that best buy is now going down the same road.

I had a remote start installed, but it had a couple of issues. I called about 4 times, had different foreign people transfer to different places. Finally after about 45 minutes, I reached someone who was willing to schedule me an appointment but her system was updating; she said she would call me back in 5 minutes.... we'll see.
