Horrendous customer service. Waited over 15 min for a milkshake and brownie sundae in the drive through. Sundae came out immediately and milkshake was forgotten for 15 min on the counter. Was milk by the time we got it. Rude/short associates.

I haven't been to a Baskin-Robbins since they were at the town plaza. The nostalgia hit as soon as we walked in. The smell of waffle cones and all the choices! They even had some old favorites!The staff was extremely patient with our indecisive kid and plenty of taste testsThe store is super clean and the staff is extremely friendly which was a nice change from other places we've been in Cape.

Sam at the Cape location is the nicest worker ever! She sincerely is so sweet and makes stopping for ice cream even better!She's kind and thorough and always makes it a great experience!

This place was amazing, my kids had a wonderful time. I tripped as soon as I went outside and dropped my icecream didn't even get to try it. But they was very nice and got me a new one, the worker was so sweet ❤️❤️❤️

My family & I were at Baskin Robbins on 27 May 2023 no customers were in line but us there were 4 workers behind the counter. We stand there for about 3 to 5 minutes I told my kids to get whatever they want not one of the workers move or asked us can we help you. One of the 4 was filling the drive-thru the rest was like zombies, poor customer service we left and went to Buddys a local own next door. And guess what as soon as we walk in as busy as they were they said hello and welcome to buddy's.

Tonight was my first time trying Baskin Robbins. I had a double scoop chocolate fudge in a waffle cone. I enjoyed it very much, however it was a bit pricy compared to other ice cream places.

Long ago during the bygone age of wonders like Kids World, Chuck E Cheese, Toys R Us, and Hastings, there existed a magical place in Cape Girardeau called Baskin Robbins. But like all the other places named above, it sadly faded from our City. But now, like a Phoenix from the ashes, a new Baskin Robbins has emerged. So I say this with the passion of 20 years worth of longing, may my words sweep across the land like the gusts OF A THOUSAND WINDS!!!It was pretty good.
