Okay big shout out to a MacKenzie (sorry if your name is misspelled). I had called to ask about a mini bike and she was able to awnser my questions didn't transfer my call or go ummm welll sure. She was knowledgeable and she needs to be commended for that. Also to the gentleman who called and double checked my order (I want to say Bob) you made sure everything was ready for me since I wasn't able to pickup till later in the day. Asked me questioned and had concerns but didn't talk down to me and made whole experience amazing. I truly hope the manager of the store sees this and let's these two know how much they saved my kids Christmas. This store don't have hardly anything like orchlins did. Nothing for homes and or wood stove. It's basically for animals. It's a joke. Bring back orchlins

Great service and the employees are very nice especially one employee named Cody he helped me with looking for dogs items for my new puppy made it very easy and simple to understand! I'll be looking forward to making more purchases at Orscheln farm and home with my new rewards card!

Unique selection, all of the everyday items plus some oddball, cool, different treasures always find things I didn't know I needed. Great Ariat Clothing selection. Excellent pet care section!!

Very friendly folks. I live in Quincy, just over river, and I choose to shop at this store over the competitor we have in Quincy. When I lived in Missouri, I shopped at another Orschelns location weekly. Staff has been very nice and accommodating too. They special ordered a fence item for me and got it in and held them for me to pick up. Enjoy the store. Glad to give my money from Illinois to stores in Missouri!

Nice store but no inventory, went in looking for the most common pvc 1-1/2" schedule 40 drain pipe in the country and they had no stock, also have very few fittings. ended up going to Menards in Quincy plenty of stock and great selection of fittings.

For being a relatively small store in a small town, this place does really well. They have just about anything you would need. Angie is a knowledgeable and friendly manager.

Every time it seems like I go in here there is like one employee and like 3 ppl in line and the line moves like freaking molasses in January…. I can’t just make a fast trip through the store like ever. It’s just impossible. Not only that but if you drive over for it the likelihood that it’s in stock is like .05%. Saves a trip to Quincy and that’s about it.

These folks are truly interested in the community. The manager knew I had a bad back and stopped me at the door and said she would help me with my feed.to be loaded . I could buy closer to home, but I really enjoy goi g to canton for the personal experience.

Its a farm store... majority of oil on sale was out of the case... rather than left in the boxes.. limited selection of Oregon bars for chainsaws
