This store isn't managed in a manor safe or accessible to handicap patrons. Nearly impossible to get around store in the evenings.

Customer service is so bad here.I visited this Walmart in the afternoon and there was this short girl , with blonde and black hair, her co worker said her name is Renee. that was watching the self check out area. When I asked for help she seemed very upset about having to do her JOB then proceeded to tell me she COULDNT help and walked away. I then overheard her complaining about “Retarted customers”Don’t be hiring people that are to lazy to do their EASY job and make your customers never want to come back.

I was told to be there at 4 o’clock to get my Tire patched I was there at 3:30. I did not leave until 715. Kate is very slow and the worker Katie was working so hard she deserves to be awarded for that she’s running in and out helping the guy at the counter, but that is extremely too long to wait and then the guy at the counter was mad that I asked to speak to the manager and still had to pay full price

The horrid coldness of recent days forced me to abandon my vehicle, as it would not start. I waited three days and when the cold lessened, I went to Walmart and bought two containers of gasoline antifreeze. They had a mere four bottles and I got two so the next consumer would have theirs.We poured the precious fluid in my tank only after getting a jump start to get moving. They did not have the battery I needed but O'Reilly did.

Stopped in to use the restroom. There was feminine products on the floor and the trash can was overflowing. They also had no soap in their dispenser.

Beware!! Make sure you look at dates on product!!! Purchased Ensure protein drink for someone and didn't check the date! needless to say this person had diarrhea, I checked the date on it and it was 2020.

My husband and I drove in from Minnesota and came to surprise my Son for his Birthday and he was working that night at Walmart so we stopped to see him!! They have a lot of product and quaint products here in the store, I was also here back in September and picked up some garden plants to bring back to Minnesota!They have an in-store liquor store with a lot of different alcohol products also and I find it so cute because they play music outside on a loudspeaker all day long!!

Worst Walmart I have ever shopped at. If you can find an associate they can shot the empty spot on the shelf for you and then go in the back and bring you out the product. Or tell you there is plenty in stock just can't get to it in the back right now,bor some other excuse. The lack of customer service amazes me, check yourself out, and coming soon...stock the shelves for yourself.

Susan is the nicest store manager ever! Because I couldn’t afford to stay at the nearby, super eight or days, she told me that I could sleep in my car, but for safety purposes, pull my car close to the entrance. A few hours later there were some loud teenagers in the parking lot so I decided to pull into the parking lot of the hotel, anyway, but it was so so nice of Susanto let me stay overnight should I need to again. I always absolutely go in and buy some thing even if I really don’t need some thing. Even if it’s just a banana or two. Always show your financial support if you can. Thank you Walmart! Thank you for hiring Susan, and please please give her a big big raise!

Walked in to get a money order. Easy to find the money counter. I was 3rd in line. I think it took me about 1 and a half minutes to get it! Great and fast with excellent staff! Need a money order fast? This is your place!

If I could give them a negative 5, I would. Showed up at 6:45 and they didn’t open the door until at least 7:10 (supposedly they were waiting on someone to turn off the alarm) They took the 2 people that walked through the store ahead of the 3 of us that were waiting outside in the rain. Then the manager tells us that there was a reservation @ 7:00 & one @ 8:00 even though they don’t really do reservations. Just happened to ask the lady at the counter at 8:00 how much longer it would be & she tells us that Dylan (apparently the only person that knows how to change oil) hasn’t showed up yet. I lost an hour of travel time in there. Seriously BAD customer service!!!! 😡😡

Funny..EVERY time I drive by this place...google says I visited and asks for a review. So what the heck...give the place 5 stars..why not! Heck, I might have to stop by sometime and ACTUALLY try the food there!

I've stopped at this walmart a couple times, it's a great store to shop in, the people seamed friendly and it was easy to get in and out quickly with what I needed. The best part is easy parking for truckers. I've never stayed over night but gon in for a quick visit

I had several problems with this Walmart. The cherry on top for me was when a woman, Latasha, wouldn't give me my money. Someone from out of state transfered some money to me through Walmart and asked me to give the money to my parents who's home was hit by a tornado the night before. When I was at customer service getting the money, the card machine said to insert my card. I thought that was strange. I asked "do I need to insert my card?" Long story short, LaTasha was treating me like I was stupid and rude and was mocking me and using sarcasm and exchanging looks with another employee as if to say "do you see this woman? What's wrong with her?" And rolled her eyes at one point. Very unprofessional. I told her "wipe that smirk off your face or else I'll talk to your manager." She put her hand on top of the cash I was picking up (which was laying on the counter) and said "then do it" I looked at her hand on the cash and then looked at her and she pulled the money closer to her as if she wasn't going to give it to me and said "are you going to talk to a manager?" I leaned close to her and said "I don't have to answer that question. But you do have to give me my money!" She got scared and took her hand off the cash. I took my money and called Walmart in my car (I was on my way to the airport to pick up my brother and didn't want to be late.) I was asked "how can I direct your call?" I asked for a manager. I was on hold them someone else answered and asked again "how can I direct your call?" I turned my car around and went back to Walmart and talked to a manager in person. Besides that, my problems withWalmart are The self-check out card readers only work half the time, there's an employee who hovers over your cart to make sure you pay for everything if you use two debit cards, there is a man who follows you throughout the store treating you like a thief, the floor is always dirty, there is always boxes and junk blocking the aisles, whenever you ask a question the employee looks it up in their phone. I can look it up on my phone myself. And a whole set of other problems. They freak out on you if you don't take the receipt from self check out and harass you and they have someone who literally walks up to you and asks for five stars. Five stars for what? All you did was say

I RARELY have a good experience at the Cameron, MO Walmart. This morning was an exception. I do a lot of shopping in the early am (1:00-3:00am) as I did today. I hate the self-checkout as the only option these hours because I usually have a cart full.My positive experience was with customer service, big surprise! I wanted a wireless grill thermometer and found one for $39.00. I looked on the Walmart website for reviews and noticed it was listed for $28.00. I figured I would have no luck at 2:50am but the first person I asked about the price difference immediately got a person higher-up. She was a bit confused and thought I was wanting to price comp and said she couldn't do it. She was not internet savvy. I explained it was Walmarts price and not a third party comp. She agreed to let me pay the lower price and said to tell someone at self-checkout she said it was ok. That person pulled it up on the website and said it was no problem as she understood my issue and she rung it up and I finished quickly. No hassle, no problems like I usually have. Hopefully this will be a new thing for their customer service dept.!

This honestly isn't a bad Walmart as it could be but the self checkout system ruined everything as far as customer stand point you have 6 employees standing at the end of the self check out watching every item get scanned when the line is wrapped all the way to customer service desk.. with 1 registers open. Why would you have 6 people doing nothing. Why aren't people getting taking care of at customer service or the register that linked to self checkout.... management you need to step up because at this rate what are you needed for your job can be replaced over night by technology and Walmart isn't paying payroll or providing a job with this self service

It looks like an older walmart or maybe not a very popular 1 since its only got one entrance and its appearance in General. But dont be mistaken about anything else because this walmart is Great. Found super good deals. Store employees were so polite. No waiting in lines. Items were accurately marked. Real positive vibe.

I despise Walmart and what it does to communities. Replacing people with machines and providing the cheapest prices just to kill local businesses and send the money made in the community to corporate to fund the rich getting richer. If I had my way I would bankrupt the whole company... Support small business.
