SAVE your money > goto WalMart !! Laughing at you, overcharging, rude and dismissive to seniors.Went for a bag of potting soil....Had 2 young girl cashiers laughing at me >> to my face. After they tried to over charge me: $11.99 for a $5.99 bag.Unprofessional. Shaming. Hurtful.We are a community and how you treat people makes a difference.They need to know -- you cannot do this to seniors.

Went to the store today, 3/24/2024. Found the military yard statue I was looking all over greater KC. They had three, Hannah helped me find it in outdoor and not only gave me a discount but also a military discount for my service! Thank you Hannah and Sutherlands!

Drove 18 miles each way to pickup concrete before the store closed at 7pm. I pull in to the parking lot at approximately 6:38 to find the store already locking the front gates. Had I been 1 minute later, the gate would have been locked resulting in time and money lost. I understand people are ready to go home. I also understand people with no sense of awareness often result in employees having to stay late. But to be closing the store 20 minutes early, after shorting hours of operation due to COVID is absurd. I give my visit two stars since the employees were kind and quick to help get me loaded. Ultimately leaving this review so that the next time I need something I don’t drive 36 miles round trip to show up to a locked gate.

Out of alot of things. Apparently who ever manages this location doesn't know how to properly. Staff are friendly but consider it your fault for not showing up earlier to buy things that are now out of stock.

The staff is extremely friendly. I rented their bobcat one time and every time since then I'm greeted by name.The store really needs to be cleaned. Everything is dusty and behind the main counter is a disaster. The isles are disorganized and there is product scattered everywhere. The parking lot is really bad. The bobcat I rented is absolutely gutless and no good for what we needed. It wasn't even able to back-scrape some mounds on our property. It just skipped over them and at the first sight of any damp ground / wet grass it was skidding all over the place because it really needs new tires. Top tip on the bobcat - if you don't have a 3/4 ton truck they'll turn you away. The only reason I was able to get it was because the guy that came 10 minutes before me had a half ton and they wouldn't rent to him. I'm sure it'd be fine to move loose rock, mulch or dirt. Just don't count on it for anything too exciting.Three stars because the staff is so nice and remembers my name.

This location is trash. The employee here are mostly, rude a few are not. They act like it's a huge burden to help any one. Ive had 3 employees 9 on 2 separate occasions trash talk me while walking away. One was talking trash about Military people in front of me because I was wearing me Veterans hat.

One of the employees, did not catch his names, older, bald, with glasses. Was completely rude to my grandpa and I. I needed help finding some supplies for my grandpa and could not find them so I asked him for help. He was rude the first time and walked off without helping. I had called my grandpa to ask him to talk to the guy so he could help me since I didn't think I was explaining it correctly. I was up to the employee and ask him if he will talk to my grandpa to help me out. He rolled his eyes and grabbed my phone and talked to my grandpa, started arguing with him, walked to where the supplies were, had the phone down by his side, and he proceeded to cuss and I quote, "I'm not a complete dumb a**, I know what I'm f*****g talking about." Grabbed the item, shoved it into my stomach, handed me back my phone, walked off. He continued to cuss saying, "Don't talk to me like I'm f*****g stupid." Kicked some wood that was on the floor, went up front and continued to run his mouth about my grandpa to other employees and in front of other customers. When I went to check out, I should've just left and went somewhere else but I need the supplies and I was already there for 30 minutes because no one could help me, he was up there talking to another employee in between 2 customers and said, "you need to come to the back to help this guy because he has a stick up his a**." Talking about another customer. I am so disappointed that you have people like this working for you. I have been a loyal customer for 2 years and my boyfriend and his family for over 10 years. We will no longer be buying from your company due to how rudely my grandpa and myself were treated. It's a shame the manager sees this happening and does nothing about it. We live near by and are remodeling our house, always use your store for supplies but, from now on we will be taking our business elsewhere. I hope this does not happen to anymore customers but, I'm sure it will if he is still there.

Have never had a pleasant experience at the Cameron location. Staff are arrogant and act as if you are bothering them. The store is not well kept. The most recent visit I asked to get a key made. I handed her the key and she said she can't make that key without even looking to make sure she didn't have the right blank. I went to Westlake and they made it for me in less than 10 minutes. Going to Orscheln's or Westlake from now on.

It's like a smaller version of Lowes or Home Depot. They have a good variety of product but the customer service is bad. No-one helps, if you ask a question you get a "who cares" type of response, and the employees act like you are a burden to them.

I noticed a 4 yr old review that mentioned a lot of items are not marked with the correct prices. And of course not realizing it until u go to checkout and end up with a much higher total then expected.And I have always thought it to b common practice, for any business, to adjust the prices to what they were clearly displayed as at the time. But not here though! When ever u try and bring up the conflict between what it was marked and what u were actually charged, they just shrug their shoulders and act as if they don't care. And with the problem now brought to their attention you'd like to think that they'd try and fix the price on that particular item and then also maybe even try looking around for other items that might be marked with the wrong prices... But doesn't seem to be so, cause on the next visit, Ill tend to look at things like this and the old prices will still remain unchanged. VERY VERY ANNOYING TO FIND OUT AT THE CHECKOUT, THAT SEVERAL OF YOUR ITEMS ARE RINGING UP SIGNIFICANTLY HIGHER THEN WHAT U WERE EXPECTING!

It helps if the cashier can recognize that your sheetrock is only 4 feet wide, not 8 feet, so she won't try to overcharge you. And then act "put out" that you want to use your rewards toward your purchase.

Very unprofessional, just a bunch of teens trying to run the store. No one ask you if you need, help no one knows nothing, make sure you know the price of your item, it is sometimes incorrect when you go to check out, usually costing way more then as marked.

Was terrible purchased furniture and paid for delivery and it ended up in my front lawn! Why would I pay for delivery and it’s dropped off in yard? Terrible customer service from Cameron Mo store and furniture scratches on it!

I come here with some regularity. They sell locks, lumber, and key making services. I'm not sure where they stand price wise, but the prices seem reasonable to me, and I am unemployed.
