It is an amazing the level of “could care less” the staff has. Upon the third hour of waiting I can back to see my car sitting on the rack. Ok I’m almost done. Five men in the shop walking around doing as little as they can to appear busy I guess is what they were doing.Four hours later I have now seen at least three different people at different times working to change four tires. Car has been on the rack for over an hour.I don’t know how this can be a profitable shop. Hopefully a member of upper management reads this and looks at the amount of work orders are being completed.As a customer I am not only disappointed and frustrated. I am completely concerned about the quality of the services being completed.Service Manager needs to manage shop.Services: Tires, Oil change

Wife had a flat tire on a Sunday. They told her wait was 30 minutes come in. She arrived 10 minutes later and now it's a 3 hour wait. Don't buy the hazard warranty it means nothing during an emergency. Kids waiting crying and they could care less. No customer service at all. A quick tire patch under their warranty and they don't know how to triage for emergency needs. Any other tire shop in town would help a young mother with kids out, these terds work at their own pace and could care less if yoir having an emergency. Big corporate greed and stolen good Old fashion family owned relational businesses that care about their customers.

A couple boat trailer tires blew 30 min a away on a trailer my brother was driving. These guys here were super helpful in finding the right replacements, called to make sure a Walmart closer to the vehicle was open late enough and had enough techs to take care of the swap.

It's OK, took em 45 min to mount 2 trailer tires that I had . They did the job then left them in the ground for an additional 20 min, as I stood there staring at the tires lol. They just move slow.

Employee Davis in automotive is awesome. Best customer service from this guy, he always makes sure I'm taken care of with quick and efficient service. Give this man a raise, he's an asset to your store. If it wasn't for employees like him I'd never come to this store. Treat him right.

There were only 2 ahead of me, one for oil change and one for tires, but it still took them over 2 hours to get to my oil change. I’m prepared to wait if a place is busy, but they weren’t very busy at all, which is the ONLY reason I took a chance on them. Never again.Service: Oil change

First of all this tire and automotive shop is the slowest I've ever dealt with. Got here at 7:45am to get 2 tires installed I was second in line. It is now 10:45 and they still haven't got a tire put on. I'm totally ticked off at this point. Honestly if you can't get cars in and out of there any faster then that just close the doors. Walmart this is unexceptable.

Stopped to get oil changed because we needed to do some shopping also. When we came out after the oil change was finished my truck was pulled along side of the building all the way to the cart bay. Didn't think anything about it until after we got home to notice giant scratches and dents all along front corner of truck. At first we were like did someone hit us???? The only place we had been was Walmart. We drove back in and sure enough scrapes and my truck paint color on the outside wall of WalMart. They hit the wall and weren't going to tell us. Managers are taking care of it now, but honesty goes a long way can't believe someone was going to hope we didn't notice.

Popped a tire driving home from vacation and got it changed at this location. 15 minutes down the road and a fire started. Lost the car and everything in it. Fire marshal said the fire started immediately adjacent to the tire that got replaced. There was a puddle of liquid under that wheel well when we got out of there. Had driven 400+ miles on that trip and never had a problem. Never taking a car to any Walmart again.

Called ahead for oil change and tire rotation on tires I had purchased there previously and was told would be only a 30min wait 2 customers ahead of me. When I got there 10 min after phone call I was told only one technician on duty and would be better to come back next morning, I coul see 3 team members in the garage through door. I left and went to another shop.

2020 - Always the same everywhere I go.2022 - It’s been two years, still pathetic. It has been two hours since I handed my keys over and they have yet to begin servicing my car. Every time I come in here they waste my time. The employees could not care any less. All the same faces from back then so that shows the way they do things here is deemed acceptable by management. You know you really have a chokehold on a community when you make profit from them no matter how they are treated by that business. Maybe make some changes. I guess I’ll try back in another couple of years, maybe not though because they’re taking so long to get to my car I may get my keys back and leave. At that point I will never solicit this business’ services again.

The Tire and lube workers are good workers but they don't have enough help they are forced to multitask. Today I an buying tires and getting an oil change it's been an hour and a half and my tires are still not on my car but it's not the workers fault because with a crew of only three men they are running in circles between doing oil changes and mounting tires and dealing with a battery delivery they can't get the customers out fast enough they should have 5 to 6 workers in the shop.

Took my van in for 2 low tires and was told nothing was wrong with either tire when 1 of them clearly had a nail in it. Showed the mechanic and then he proceeded to tell me he couldn't get the lugs off. Never again.

Sorry but Katherine in your Camedenton Auto Center has earned this review. She is rude every time i come in there and tries to make the customers feel like they dont know what they are talking about while she screws everything up just to have someone else correct her. I havent had service this bad at walmart since the last time i had to talk to her. I dont know what her issue is but someone needs to correct it.

Ordering tires online can be confusing. I guess they get online order tires from an outside party, so even if they have 100 of your tires in stock they won't give them to you until they have been delivered from whoever it is that drops them off.

They are the best place in the area for showing up without an appointment - for simple car maintenance, such as, replacement battery, oil changes, tire rotations, etc.

Bought Michelin tires and they wore out in 30,000 miles. They were a60000 mile Tire and they gave me half my money back and didn't charge me for putting on the new tires.

Had my oil change car started tapping called and asked the manager if they could look at there work she basically told me I had to file a law suit for them to do any thing worst place to take your car in Camdenton Missouri
