I have two dogs with a thick under coat, Shiba Inu mix and German Shepherd mix. They shed a lot. The GSD hates baths. She's very large and I can't give her a bath. I took them to groom room and they suggested de shedding. What a difference! My dogs are beautiful! My house is beautiful. No more dog hair. The last place we took the GSD said they couldn't give her a bath because she was too difficult. I am so glad I found The Groom Room. The price was unbelievably inexpensive. We gave the groomer a 20% tip. Well deserved. They are my go to groomer and baby dog sitter.

I wasn't going to write a bad review for The Groom Room but when I called to complain about my Poochon's groom, the gal on the phone did not ask what happened or apologize or anything by way of customer service, which compelled me to write this.The groomer cut way too much off of my dog's face and especially her ears. She didn't shorten the length of the ears, she thinned out the amount of fur on her ears and it'll take about a year to grow back! I'm very upset and unhappy! I won't be going back and I absolutely do NOT recommend!

Our dog loves this place! We were thrilled to find a great place to let our dog play when we visit the lake. And the staff is awesome!! We had trouble with our automatic locks on our car and had to call a locksmith, so we couldn't get there before they closed. They were nice enough to bring our dog to us.

My dog hates for us to cut her nails, but our Affenpincher, Pocket loves the staff at The Groom Room. Very clean, professional staff, reasonably priced, and lots of pet goodies to shop for your fur baby.

They have several groomers so when making the appointment we didn't have to wait weeks for an opening. Clean welcoming facility. Super friendly staff and most importantly they did a fabulous job on our hard to groom Double Doodle!

Been here once - took 2 shihtzu's - they do something called kennel dry. So basically it was $80 bucks for a bath. And they didn't trim their nails. Not really impressed 😕 & I had heard such great things about them. I dunno if that's normal but usually they're all fluffy and brushed - not this time. I feel like it was a waste of $ & time. I can do the bath at home. I didn't want to post this, but other people should make sure they ask about this. They have great reviews, so obviously they're doing something right - just not with my babies.

Very friendly staff and clean facility. Easy drop off for “walk in” baths— we called the day before and were told to drop off between 7:30 and 9:00am then pick up in the afternoon. Reasonable prices. We have a Labrador, and wanted to clean up after swimming in the lake for a few days.

Everyone there is SO friendly. They did a great job on my Cavapoo puppy! They didn’t make him look like a different breed/dog after which other places tend to do! They carry healthy and raw treats which I love. Thank you Groom Room! Very impressed.

In the beginning, I thought the groomer did a pretty good job; but then as it began the summer busy season, not so much. Last time she forgot to cut the nails. Reception folks are super kind ‼️

Took my boxer Tyson in there for a bath, nail trim ect. And they were wonderful! Extremely nice group of ladies. I was nervous leaving him for the first time but they definitely made me feel like he was taken care of as one of their own. Exceptionally priced as well.

The staff members are all 100% sweet and professional. My difficult Yorkie comes out looking so sharp, and my little blind Shih Tzu girl is loved on and reassured. She comes out with tail wagging and looking so cute! Absolutely 💜 this place!

Great work on our dog, but completely misled with pricing. We were quoted at $45 to $50 and ended up paying $85. Apparently, this was due to having more hair cut than we originally asked for. I'm not really sure how that works, but that's what we were told. Even if this is the case, they should have reached out to us and let us know before proceeding with the trim. Disappointed in that aspect, but the overall quality of work was well done.

Our girl goes to daycare here 4 times a week and whenever I ask her if she's ready for daycare she gets super excited. Everyone there is so friendly and super great with our girl. Highly recommended!
