Delightful place that we saw while driving through. We had an americano since we had some bakery goods and one cannot properly enjoy them without a good cup of coffee.The inside has all kinds of pleasant areas to hang out--even a kids area. Alas, as is the case everywhere, outside food is not allowed in, so we took ours to-go.Our americano was a light roast, but it tasted like it had some other flavorings too. Maybe chicory? It was very good.

I do not have anything negative to say about the service, or food at Funky Buffalo. The avocado toast was delicious and fresh, and the coffee was wonderful. However, this one piece of toast and one coffee costs $12. I was absolutely shocked when I saw the price. For that, I believe you should be provided with at least 2 pieces of toast. This was supposed to be my breakfast, and obviously I was still hungry afterwards. Unfortunately for the costs, I probably won’t be returning.Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp in the back.

Friendly staff. Fun and quirky atmosphere. Almost feels like having coffee at home with family and friends but not having to do your own dishes. They had alternate options than cows milk. There were wooded views to the back. Plenty of parking. Good breakfast sandwiches. Coffee came with an espresso chocolate on the lip; delightful treat. Some amazing rustic furniture pieces. Pretty wood throughout. Plenty of open spaces but also some segmented off if you wanted to have a private conversation or group gathering. And a kids play area! Cool handmade items like shirts, candles, and origami earrings. But not so much that it seemed overly retail store like. Even a 'pay it forward' board that pulled on the heart strings. Very comfortable setting. We even saw a woodchuck on our way out.

Fun place to go grab a coffee, but the food wasn't the best for a first impression for both myself and my daughter as the breakfast burrito was not warm so the way through and the cinnamon rolls weren't cooked so the way leaving them raw dough gooey inside. They have plenty of parking and seating inside and out, the inside was really nice and inviting. We'll give it another go later on sometime and maybe it was one of those days for the staff.

Full disclosure, I don’t drink coffee. BUT. I drink just about any tea and I LOVE food.Funky Buffalo is so much more than just good coffee. I’ve met up with friends here on multiple occasions and every time, I try something new.My all time favorite item here is the blueberry tea. Absolutely delish! I’ve also had an omlet, breakfast sandwiches, doughnuts, muffins, cookies, bagels, and more. I’ve never had anything I didn’t like.Don’t expect your food and drink to be ready the moment you order either. This is not garbage food and drink. This is QUALITY, which means you wait a few extra minutes. I’m always okay with waiting for quality.I have a cousin who visits me about once or twice a year from Chicago and every time she visits, this avid coffee lover insists on at least one trip to Funky Buffalo while she’s in town. She said it’s her favorite place!The icing on the cake is that there’s an area for my kids to play, color and be kids.This place is a must!!!

pour over, french press, normal drip coffee ( I corrected my original review saying there was no French press or pour over because they assure me that they do have it, perhaps it just wasn't available when I was there). They also have all of the espresso options like lattes and such. Plentiful adsortment of flavored syrups for lattes and cute little gift shop.

I’ve been coming to the Funky Buffalo for years (I work here whenever I’m in town visiting family. My father in law’s uncle actually lived in the house the coffee shop is now in when it was a residence in the 70s).I started coming back when it was first the Funky Buffalo, the in between time when it was higher grounds, and now FB again. This place is always great, from the coffee, to the food, and all of the staff it really can’t be beat.It's even better now than it was before. I love how they’ve expanded the food menu and all of the merch for sale. The fact that all proceeds from the coffee and awareness shirts and hoodies is donated to veteran suicide awareness is astounding!Just got this great bacon egg and cheese breakfast sandwich on sourdough and could not be happier.Thanks Kendra team for always making me feel welcome! Looking forward to seeing your success continue in the years to come.

This has got to be the best Coffee Shop in the Ozarks! Amazing Coffee and Nicest Staff. Very Charming Atmosphere. Definitely reccomend stopping in when in the area!!!

Used the drive through for a frappe. The young lady that serviced the window was very polite. She greeted me warmly and made my drink quickly and accurately. The price was very good for the size drink I received. A+ experience, I will go back if in the area. Recently a few us stopped in here and went inside. It wasn't welcoming feeling at all and the two people working seemed very aggravated that we were there. Same vibe of not wanting you inside after trying 3rd time.

This is a great little place off of the beaten trail. It is a nice eclectic atmosphere. It is country meets St. Louis West End. They have a large selection of drinks and a good atmosphere to just sit or work (free WiFi) for a while.

Popped in for breakfast on a Sunday morning. Don't be fooled by the front lot, there's tons of parking out back and easily accessible. Tons of room inside, a kids play area, nice patio seating and fun little boutique finds.I enjoyed my breakfast burrito and my latte was OK.Friendly staff, very clean!!

I visited this quaint little shop while on vacation visiting family. My daughter and I enjoyed our iced coffee drinks and the atmosphere. I loved all the items in the store; the air fresheners are amazing. My favorite is my Bossmom coffee hoodie!!!!! Not only does it look great, the message behind it touches my heart. I love the mission behind her coffee and I will definitely be making future purchases online (I’m in NC). Thanks for a great experience. Can’t wait to visit again ❤️

My daughter in lawand I went there to listen to a band that played from 12 to 2:30. It was fantastic. You name it they could play it. Kendra and Mackenzie are amazing!! This place is absolutely adorable. Amazing coffees, bakery goods and wonderful lunch. You can sit indoors or outdoors. Amazing lemonade and chicken salad. Cute shop! We were very happy here!!! Highly recommended!
