The bed was comfy but the pillows were kind of like remnants of old broke down pillows rolled up and smashed into a triple folded pillow case.. It was quiet. There was no fan in the bathroom but the water actually gets hot. Front desk staff were great! They have sugar free options in the vending machine! The TV was garbage. Remote won't turn it on or off and the volume was all over the place.

The front desk had a awesome guy checking us in. Them the TV didn't work in our standard two queen bed room and they upgraded us to the king whirlpool suite no extra charge. Never had a hotel do that for me. Awesome service.Rooms: Nice and.clean and quiet.

The rooms are good sized. The service was fantastic. The continental breakfast was pretty good. Good location. Pay attention when finding their driveway, it's next to a couple of other driveways and easy to miss. Walmart is across the street and down about a block or so. Helpful and professional employees at the Sleep Inn, always smiling.

It is what it is. It was a room, very clean and easy to get to. The check in process was smooth. I was a little concerned that the same clerk who checked me in at 5:00pm, checked me out at 7:00am.I'm a smoker and the back deck was nice. $3.00 for a 16oz soda is a little steep but that's the cost of convenience.Staff was very friendly. Lots of stores and foods close by. It was a good location for me. I was there for work.

Loved the pool and the room! We were supposed to get the executive suite but apparently they didn't know there were people still in the room and it smelled of cigarettes and was gross so we got a king suite. It was a nice stay all in all!

This Sleep Inn and Suites does not live up to Choice Priveleges stndards. First, we opened up a room assigned to find clothes and personal care products. We immediately went back to the desk. The room smelled terrible too!Next room, after quite a wait and an apparent trip up to turn the AC on, didn't help, it too smelled terrible. Moldy/MustyThank goodness I packed my travel UV air purifier that I was able to move a low table and set up next to my side of the bed. The bathroom was clean, but there was no shampoo or conditioner for my husband to use. There was no exhaust fan so everything was wet including the mirror after a shower. Dripping wet. Breakfast had several cold and hot options. The buscuits were very dry even with gravy. I would never recommend anyone stay here. It was after 11pm by the time we got there after a dirt track race about an hour away. We were exhausted. The delay in getting checked into a room delayed our comfort. We had to crank the ac down to get the humidity out of the air, and it got too cold for me to sleep, so had to adjust it, delaying sleep even further.

My wife and I spent three days and two nights here and loved it! The room was really comfortable and had all the aminities you could want short of room service. The morning breakfast lasted three hours, from 7-10, and was delicious! The service was exceptionally nice and friendly. All of our questions were answered promptly and we were completely satisfied with our stay and experience. Check-in and check-out were fast and easy! Rate was reasonable and affordable, especially for this convenient location just off Hwy 54! We highly recommend this hotel, and we would gladly return!!!:)

Several family members took rooms here for a funeral, not all drove,no eateries within walking distance or at hotel. Breakfast wasn't great, but the dining area has a stunning view of the ravine and it was nice to wander down and have coffee with my relatives. Hot tub broken and pool really cold. All in all, a pleasant stay under the circumstances.Walkability: Not good.

The staff are very friendly and professional. The rooms are nice and clean NO BED BUGS..... I am staying here for work 5 to 7 days at one time. The only thing is that the fridge is super small and it has a very small freezer that my ice packs can't even fit. The beds are very firm and comfortable. The wifi works great. So if you are taking a vacation or needing a room for work I recommend this hotel. Plus they have 2 pools and two hot tubs inside and outside open until midnight.

I stayed at the Sleep Inn during my vacation to the Lake of the Ozarks. It’s conveniently located as several tourist destinations are within 15 minutes of drive time from the hotel. My room was very clean and they kept it clean throughout my stay. The night crew was particularly friendly and helpful, but I interacted with them the most during my stay.

Great location near Lake of the Ozarks friendly staff, very clean lobby and excellent room. The room was very clean and modernized. They have an indoor outdoor pool and hot tub, unfortunately the hot tub was not very hot so I had to skip that after a long drive. The parking was very adequate and very safe I’m giving it five stars but I hope the hot tub will be fixed next time I go there

Wow where to begin, they have a few nice staff members then they have the "lifers" who feel like it's their sentence more than their job. The parking lot is petite and awkward usually stuffed with trucks with boats or work trucks so be ready to do some extreme parking, yielding numerous point turns and narrowly slipping in-between metal rails and such. Also, fun fact, leaving that lot is an absolute nightmare and is why we'll never stay there again. The pool is NOT accurately marked, the 5 ft or whatever mark came to my chin (I'm 6 foot) at the time of our swim. This wouldn't matter to me except I have small children and there was no actual shallow end for them to swim in. We had to buy floats for them to swim and it became more of a taking care of them than an actual swim experience. The rooms weren't bad I guess but the bed was so uncomfortable it too contributed to me seeking an Air BNB rather than ever staying in a hotel again. It's cheaper and I can go fishing right out my back door. Last but not at all the least contributing factor, the TV was cartoonishly small. Like, maybe 21 inch? I'm not sure, maybe I'm spoiled since my smallest tv is 65" but, they are ridiculously small. Overall, this hotel helped me see a whole new light, my Air BNB stay was lavish!Rooms: Tv is small and silly. Beds are uncomfortable.Nearby activities: Wal mart and a lakeSafety: Do not try to walk from here, if you do be extremely cautious. Also, leaving this lot be patient.Walkability: There is only one safe path to take leaving this facility walking.Food & drinks: The guy who runs breakfast with the glasses is truly my hero. His pure heart and cadence carried my mornings here and there needs to be more of him in the world.

Wonderful 2 night stay at Sleep Inn.Our room was one of the cleanest I've ever stayed in ! The beds were comfortable, the rooms were quiet and there was a decent selection of breakfast food.All the staff were wonderful, especially Carrie and Cheyenne,they were accommodating and friendly.I will definitely stay again when returning to the area.

This hotel has a great indoor pool for kids! One evening they over-chlorinated it though and all of our eyes were burning. The room seemed clean, the beds a bit hard. Breakfast was a paper sack with a microwaveable breakfast burrito and a variety of sugary cereal bars...and one morning they had run out of breakfast burritos and offered only the sugary bars. Overall our experience could've been better and could've been worse.

Pleasant hotel and staff. The sleeping quarters and bathroom were clean. Breakfast is from 6a-10a, a perfect schedule for early or late risers. As usual, they'll need a credit card on file for incidentals. The pool was open and available. Overall, nice place to rest during travel and you'll be received with a friendly staff representative.
