Great place, and owners! I've been taking my motorcycles here and referring since moving here a few years back. They are very knowledgeable, multiple options on services and better than the dealer any day! Prices are also a factor and they work to keep you within your budget while keeping you safe on your bikes, ATV, etc. Go check them out, you won't be disappointed!

The owner was very knowledgeable friendly. However his wife behind the counter was not. Many times She attempted to overcharge for parts, when I showed her she marked price up 400 % and gave her contact info to buy parts herself for shop so much cheaper she was rude and unwilling to work with me. I've done Biz with her husband for 15 years. Bought 2 ATVs. From him ,had many worked on bye him. Won't go back now ever. They over charge and gave long shop repair times. The work done has always been satisfactory and only complaint was with her and her parts pricing. If its my equipment I should be able to purchase parts myself for repair if the cost difference is over 200 or 300% percent.Added Note: I was a customer when biz was under different name. And after dealing with woman behind the counter won't ever go back just looked at how she replied "Have the day you deserve" how un- business like never mind unprofessional and rude. I was simply giving my opioin.

These guys are awesome. Best experience I've ever had with any shop. Out of town and ran into some issues with my bike. These guys went way out of their way to make sure I have a safe trip. Good to know there's people out there to help out like these guys did.

These folks are pros!!! If you want it on-time, at budget, with clear communication about what is to take place, then don't go anywhere else.They prior to service, quoted me a reasonable price range, gave me a time-line for completion of the work, with clear explanation of their process. They hit the mark on every point. They were actually ahead of schedule for my repairs, was within the quoted budget range, and communicated clearly every aspect of the repair process.I was very nervous about taking my bike to them, but a good friend highly recommended them. Alex takes care of inspections for all my bike and has mounted a tires for me a couple times. Great customer service. The few Motion Pro tools I've ordered from them have always came fast, and I receive a prompt call notifying me it's time to pick up. At one point during an inspection my brake lights weren't working and I hadn't noticed. Alex went over to the tool box, returned, and prompty fixed the issue (loose wire connection), then handed me my inspection slip. Now that's customer service.Service: Tires

We are traveling on motorcycles and I had an issue with mine! Looked up motorcycle repair shops and Scarey’s Powersports was the first to pop up. (It was 13 miles backtracking.) They were able to get to my bike first thing the next morning. Very professional. We could tell they care about the customers and doing the very best work! What I say today, I would say the same 11 months ago when I picked my ATV up from your shop. 6 weeks after promised time. What was supposed to be a simple carborater fix for $300 evidently you don't test your work after its completed. Took it to LSK in Lebanon and they took it apart and found a cut o-ring and a improper carborater jet installed in the wrong spot. They charged me ZERO dollars as I explained what happened. I gave two stars without speaking the situation and here you guys want to voice your opinions on "timely manner" you were going to charge me more money to fix the mistake you all made for $300 which I can provide pictures of the parts that you improperly installed if you'd like. Maybe you should appreciate the customers a little better. Document and flag me all you want as I wasn't planning on spending more money to this privatly owned crooked shop. Wish you all the best!✌

Refused to solve squealing brake issue after install new pads. Told to wait for break period then told me warrenty has expired and wanted me to pay again. Initially blamed everything but the EBC pads...will not go back or recommend. Obviously they are concern about making money not customer service or more importantly the safety of riders. I will not return...#SAD
