This store was very well-stocked with everything hardware store-related, plus much more, such as grills and fryers, fishing and hunting, water sports, clothing, gardening, and more! The cashier was friendly and helped me find what I was looking for, and the prices are reasonable! Good store.

It's been a mixed bag in my experience. I got some bar and chain oil from here for less than msrp. But, I also got a $30 a half inch drill bit 5% cobalt and it only drilled one hole. I will say though they gave me a refund and made it right. So do with that information what you will.

My sister and I went there to buy some life vest. The staffs were very accomodating. I think they have a good selection of sporting goods. The price was also reasonable.

lazy sales people. Would not ask if I needed help finding what I was looking for. I got irritated after 3 minutes and left. Went to Academy in Springfield and was asked as soon as I walked up to the gun counter what I needed. Told them early muffs for shooting my pistol. They directed down the right aisle. Found what I needed and went back to gun counter and was asked AGAIN if I needed help. WONT go back to Jacks. Going to Academy from now on.

Hours posted on here are wrong. They close EARLY apparently on Sundays. No idea exactly how early - just not open when posted. Glad I drove 2 hrs to get here.

This is an awesome small business ran by family. and definitely the place to go if you want to get the Small business relationship. beats lowes corporation by a long shotDon't even try home depot. just go to Jack's hardware Where you'll be taken care of with friendly staff. and no Big corporation setting ridiculous policies

Not too bad, they have most of the stuff you would. Need for a home project and a decent amount of sporting goods and some camping stuff, I was hoping they would have a selection of sleeping bags, tents, hammocks, or bugnets but they didn't have anything like that asside from hunters blinds. They can certainly help outfit you for a day on the lake though.Can't truly fault them for not having the camping stuff I was specifically interested in though being a dual purpose store. Staff were responsive to requests to help finding items which is a plus.

The fob to my dodge wasn't working properly and had a pass key cut. Aaron took the time to find the correct blank and even looked at my fob. Nice man. Definitely recommend this location.

Friendly, helpful, and very knowledgable. I bought an Irwin 12" lock-n-Load drill bit extension. I asked if it locks the drill bit. The guy brought over a couple different types of drill bits, hexed and round. It locked the round ones in place. I absolutely love the service I get here. It can't be beat!!! Lowe's is 20 miles down the road, but I save gas and go to Jack's!!! It's August, 16, 2017 with scattered T storms!!!

I go to Jack's for just about all of my business and home repair needs. I have always been welcomed with friendly smiles and the best customerer service. It's not like the bigger hardware stores where you have to search for help. At Jack's they are always waiting to help with anything you need. Definitely the go to place for knowledgeable staff providing the very best customer service.

Awesome service, even if you are a novice DIYer. There have been multiple times where I did not have the technical knowledge to know the names of parts or tools I needed, but I went in and explained what I was trying to accomplish, and the workers guided me to the perfect tools or parts that would get the job done! Very helpful and knowledgeable staff that are an asset to the community!

Great place to get hard to find stuff! They have everything hardware to fishing, hunting and sporting goods. Found stuff for the dock that everyone else was out of and at a better price! People were all nice and very helpful!

Do not order school jackets or accessories from this place. We ordered our daughters name and number to put on her school jacket back in January. It is now mid-September and still getting the same answer, "It should be here next week." They never return my call like they say they will and don't sound like they have any desire to make things right.It is a great hardware store but not good for ordering school jackets or shirts.

Jack's has been awesome. I bought an old99 Ford ranger, and with it came deals like the cover where the handle is comes off, toolbox needs self tapping lag bolts to go thru bed, needed new screws in window cranks. They have had every proper screw and bolt I've needed to correctly do the job. I am also a basshead bad I bought pipe for port one sealed box and the flared kit I paid $30 for, they helped me cut to size. The manager Josh was a great guy very helpful and nice. Thank you guys at Jack's for all your help you've been awesome!

Couldnt be happier with Jack's. I couldnt have gotten the scope mounted on my RIA 1903 rifle without their help. They are very patient and will go above and beyond to help a customer out.

Excellent customer service. Went to the other hardware store right up the street and there electrical selection was completely empty. So i stopped into Jack's and Got exactly what i needed.Thanks for staying in stock as usual.Lesson learned. Go straight to Jack's from now on. 😊

ok so I am on vacation with my fiancé far away from home and these employees went well above and beyond helping me fix my boat motor in their parking lot.... they have very big hearts and helped me when every other store in the area was useless ... they let me use tools and helped me pick out hardware... I highly recommend them to anyone in a pinch THANK YOU GUYS AGAIN !!!!

I have lived in the area for just over 4 years now an have used Jack's for most of my plumbing an electrical needs. We rewired our entire place from the pole down, and replaced all of our water lines from the meter through the house, they gave us advice on cost an parts for a lot of what we did an saved us a great deal of cash in the process.
