Bagging employee while trying to bag up my flour stabbed the side of the flour bag with the handles of the bag stand. I pointed out that she ripped it and flour was now everywhere. The cashier said oh just tie the bag that what I do those flour bags just aren't that thick. I immediately said I don't want that one since everyone had touched the bag holder all day long and it just went into my flour. The cashier then said all right if you want one go get another one. I wasn't the one that ripped it, but I went myself to get another one. Very disappointing about the cross contamination that they were not concerned about and the lack of customer service to fix their mistake. I haven't shopped there for months because everytime its something and I thought I would give it a shot again. Will go back to spending my money somewhere else.

I really like the overall cleanliness and organization of this store, good lighting, and all departments are displayed well. Lots of good weekly deals, always fresh produce and meats, great adult beverage selection. I was pleased when the finally renovated their restrooms. Finally they were clean. However, that did not last long. The men's restroom is once again unsanitary and not cleaned well. The wall under the empty tissue dispenser had what looked like fecal matter on it, and the rolls oftissue were sitting on a wall mounted child seat. The floor was filthy, the paper towel dispenser was empty. Instead, a roll of paper towels was just placed on top of the dispenser. Why aren't these facilities inspected daily by the manager. This should be part of managements standard procedure.

Only 2 normal check outs both had someone working them. Employees were friendly. The little weird guy with glasses was MIA. Which is good he always makes things awkward for customers.

Pretty much the only place I buy groceries. Prices are kinda high, same al Walmart maybe better. The thing that sets this store apart is the staff, they are all always so friendly and helpful. Im pretty sure they have everything you could want to fill your fridge and survive. Thank you staff. You are appreciated.

This is a top-notch store. So clean! The staff member that I spoke with was incredibly nice and giving of her time to help me. Well stocked with many items I can not find in the town I live in!!

They have a lot of organic and vegan products. Their app has helpful coupons too. This is one of the better places at the lake to find organic produce.

Usually love gerbes. Things are honestly falling through with them. Only one register open on a sunday so I used check out lane but some items I was purchasing wasn't even in the system yet (chocolate milk) so I waiting in line. When I finally got to the belt I just set my basket down and the lady was already down my throat about taking all me groceries out. I had just put my basket down not even 3 seconds. Horrible attitude. Need to get there stuff together...

Nobody answers the phone in almost any department. Deli answered but nobody knew anything about the carpet cleaner rentals and i apparently cant speak to any management. So i guess im going somewhere else.

My family and I just moved to the lake and was expecting Gerbes to be just another small town grocery store with small selections and high prices. Boy were we surprised. The produce is as fresh as it gets and the meat department is phenomenal. The prices are more than fair and the employees are as pleasant as can be. Honestly, one of the best grocery stores we have ever shopped at. Keep up the good work Gerbes!

I’m shocked to say they’ve got a wide variety of stuff here, especially since my neighborhood Walmart market in Springfield doesn’t have as much variety... and we live in a higher populated area! My grandparents shop here and I went with them when I visited. Was NOT expecting the great vegan food selection. Y’all get better vegan ice cream than I do!!! New flavors and everything. Produce here is also great. Good job, Gerbes!

This is a very clean well maintained grocery store. The employees are cheerful and helpful. They have weekly sales that help me stay within my budget. My grandson calls this store "the star donut store". He loves being able to pick out one special donut as his treat whenever we visit the store.

Lots of fresh looking meat and veggies. They often run good deals. They have a lot of 10 for $10 items. They store is clean. They offer a store card. If you don't have your card with you then you can enter the phone number associated with the account and get more discounts.

Great selection of organic and natural products at an affordable priceOtherwise terribly unwelcoming and unsanitary place in keeping with Camdenton and the entire regionI felt very unsafe at this location and in this store. I very respectfully greeted thanked and interacted with several staff and all of it was unreciprocated. I will not be returning to this store or city and do not recommend it or anything within hundreds of miles of Camdenton for anyone who doesn't identify as a Christian or Trump supporter

Friendly staff and a good selection of food at a good price Edit: due to my experience today I will be calling the store manager, there are no signs that read "no shirt no shoes no service" and my father(who hasn't owned a pair of shoes in 30 years) got told to leave due to their "strict policy". He's been in there before, there are no signs that say anything about it. I've been trying to get him to shop there and now it's certain he never will. You lost a shopper there gerbes.

I'm usually happy with These guys but the lady today did not meet my mood. My day has been terrible. Then I go into the store and go thru the Express. She says you have more than 12 items let me get you on Register 2. I said forget it and started to go to another Register she then took me at Express and I was quite put out because I had 12 items even with my 3 packs of Pepsi she then said the only reason she did that was to use the turnstile. Then she didn't ask me for my save card to get the discount and I had to come back in to get a refund. Not a good day and this lady didn't help

The store is always clean, and always has a huge variety of products. The meat department is great. The bakery is great. The deli is good. You can save a bunch with a gerbes' card. Get place for one stop shopping.

Very nice place, they usually have what you need, when you don't want to walk around Wal-Mart. Nice staff, and very organized.
