Had car towed to this recommended shop. They had car for 4 days, I broke the rear control arm, was charged $304, part at auto parts store $170, a really big difference, I payed a lot for this control arm that I understand affects the steering, no alignment done, very little updates to owner, as a single woman I would not recommend this place to woman for your car care. Had to also replace tire. They had the car 4 days??? I did make it home, asked also to check front end noise, was told just misfiring! Had to have car towed the next morning. I feel really taken advantage of, very disappointing there wasn’t a conscience to make sure my vehicle was safe to drive. I’m grateful they worked my car in, thanked them but $800 later, never again! I learned a valuable lesson, take your car to your regular auto shop, no matter how much it costs to tow it there!! For women your mechanic means everything keeping you safe on the road!!

Had my car towed here for a dead battery also had them check out my tires because big O's in Camdenton couldn't find a leak in them after taking it there 4 times Fewells found leaks in all four tires and had me back up and going fast will only use this company from now on!!

I was visiting family, was from out of town and my vans check engine light went on and started losing power. It was the 4th of July weekend and I read some online reviews to find Fewell's was the place to go. I was so happy after bringing my van in ( I just showed up when they opened in the morning). I was told they were booked for the next few days but after learning I was traveling alone and from out of town, somehow they managed to get my van fixed and ready for me the same day! I was overjoyed. The customer service is top notch, the pricing is beyond fair and the timeline could not be more appreciated. Thank you so much!

I had an appointment this morning to get my classic truck aligned. They did a nice thorough job and my 1966 Chevy C10 drives and steers great now. Matt and his team were very friendly. Fewell’s Automotive was recommended by a friend and neighbor and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing automotive repairs! 5 Stars from me! I’ll be back!

Had car trouble on a road trip. None of the other shops in town would even take the time to run the code. These guys couldn't fix our issue, but they let us know what the problem was, that we could keep going, and how to fix the issue ourselves. They were kind and beyond helpful.

Had an appointment for safety check at 8am. A person walked behind the counter (after I had already been waiting 15 minutes) and completely ignored me and walked back into the garage. I left after waiting at the counter for 20 minutes. My previous experience here was much friendlier & more efficient.

I would not go here got my car inspected they told me my inner tie rod was bad and my wheel bearing was badthey however did not told me that it was the bushings one day they told me it was my tie rod bar then they told me it was the bushings when I called back again ask them how much they would fix it for the bushings they said 175 okay not complaining there then call them today they quoted me to 275 and that's for labor because I have the part sorry but not getting my business how u gonna jump the price nope sorry not going here.
