I was their on Thursday afternoon! Employee (man stocking shelfs) was very rude and told customer that she was rude and mouthed off to customer! She had been waiting at least 15min for someone to check her out! He was out of line!

The older lady working front register is the rudest lady I’ve ever met. Wouldn’t give me her name. And refused to help or get another person working to help. Going to report to corporate. For sure.

We love our local Dollar General. It's great for those "emergency" needs, and we get all our greeting cards there. When you need a grocery item, it's a twenty mile trip to town, but a mile to our Dollar General! The service people are friendly and so very helpful. Great place to shop.

This store is under staffed. The employees work very hard, are friendly and helpful. However DG Corporation needs to update the registers, and the store itself, provide more staff (especially on the days they receive orders). The DG app with coupons does not work well with the current registers. An updated store with produce would do well here.

It wasn't a pleasant trip there. I got there at 20 minutes til closing & the 2 women that were working made sure to tell me that & then followed me around & asking me what I need or was looking for to rush me. I ended up forgetting half of what I needed because they didn't make me feel welcome at all. Don't go to this dollar general in greenview on hwy 5. They are very rude people.

I've been shopping at that Dollar General for 15 years it is the best Dollar General around this area the employees are awesome it's clean it's organized you need anything all you have to do is ask one thing we don't like is so stupid surveys on those receipts people don't remember them when you get to be older and we shop there a lot we would like for that to change and just be a phone survey like I'm doing today thank you my name is Trish

They are the all time BEST DOLLAR GENERAL STORE THAT I'VE EVER BEEN TO. The manager, Kim, is on the ball, she knows how to keep the people happy! For instance, I wanted a certain candy bar and had been everywhere searching for it, I told her about it and, BAM! next week I stopped by the store and she had it in.. I bought the whole box! Like I said, they are very nice and helpful. They also KNOW THEİR STORE, ASK WHERE SOMETHİNG İS, THEY ESCORT YOU TO İT! I LİJE THAT, BİG STORES DON'T DO THAT...SADLY

This place is always dirty, under staffed, the workers act like they hate their job, there is curtains up separating the back room from the sales floor. This place is disgusting but unfortunately it is the closest thing to me. I only give it 2 stars because sometimes we get a friendly employee. Most of the time no one is around. Anyone could walk out of that store with all of their stuff and the workers would have no clue. Aisles are bare, food is expired and the place is always a wreck. Imagine post apocalyptic Dollar General and that is what this one looks like.

The managers at this store ( hwy 5 ) are wonderful! Since I'm new to the area they made me feel right at home. At home you ask? I was a regulator at the DG in Hackett, AR., I knew where EVERYTHING WAS, LOL! NOW,THANKS to Joe and Kim, I do at my new store...I asked ABOUT a certain candy bar, they didn't have it, but they ordered it and the following week when I went in, I was surprised to see it on the shelves and bought all off them. Service is Supreme, KUDOS TO THEM, THANKS GUYS!

The store was clean I didnt have any ossues finding what I was looking for. I coupon and had some issues with my transactions that I didnt notice util I left. I went back and thw manager was courteous and happy to help me fix the issues.
