I’m just disappointed in the runners and axle grease fittings. The 2020 trailer is great but the wood has rotted of it in less than 2 years. And ALWAYS kept indoors. I just feel if I pay that kind of money for something they should use better quality.

B&M built a brand new trailer specific to my sea ray 240 sundeck (Bought via Heartland marine) Very, Very High Quality parts used on boat : Excellent welds, nice wench, strong/solid 1 piece bunks, high end lights, welding was perfect!, solid/strong drum brakes, excellent quaility finish & paint. Updgraded rims were a nice touch! Highly, Highly reccomend this company, had one minor issue & needed a small part, spoke to 2 ladies & accomodated that day (Mary Beth is awesome). 600 mile trip back to Michigan, boat pulled like a dream, lugs were torqued perfectly,Great trailers, great people & service= Great company! Thank you B&M

The 2020 trailer I purchased was so poorly constructed had to have repaired for flaws 3 times in two years. Parts literally fell off the trailer my first time pulling it down the road. After a 4 month repair last time the company will no longer stand by their flawed product. "Shocker!" The company does not return calls or emails you must call them until they have time to talk to you. I have had to pay others to fix their mistakes. Use anyone else I imagine farmer Fred up the road could weld a better product for you.

I could not be happier. I am in the automotive retail business and understand customer demands and expectations. Mary Beth and your staff met every expectation possible. It actually took me several months to decide to purchase a trailer and once I decided, of course I wanted it yesterday. They built the trailer and delivered it on time with no issues. I would recommend them to anyone needing to transport their boat.

I would never order a trailer from this place again, we ordered the trailer and they told us it would take four weeks, we called that Thursday before we left ( witch was 4 weeks later )for our trip and trailer wasn’t even built. No communication ! After complaining they called back and said it would be ready for pick up Saturday morning. We picked up our trailer went to load our boat on Sunday morning to leave and the boat wouldn’t fit. We had to spend money to stay an extra night, and 3 people out of our family last a days worth of wages, we ask the manufacture for some money back because they messed up. And they refused. To anyone looking to find a quality trailer. I bought my Haul Rite trailer through Advanced Marine at Lake Ozark and from B&M. Wow! What a great decision. The trailer is well built, (it’s my 4th trailer and 1st Haul Rite, Great Decision. It’s done good for pulling my fish n ski. Matt at Advanced marine and Luke at B&M Mfg have both delivered world class support and have stood behind their product, warranties, and verbal agreements. Yes I have had a few little issue’s but they went way out of their way to make it right, and over delivered on all counts. I highly recommend these 2 companies and people as they have integrity, and deliver and represent a great product and service. In my opinion this type of service with a great product make for A world class customer service experience and they deliver it every day. I have had multiple communications with both companies on multiple occasions (I need things for my toys) and if you need work on your boat - Advanced Marine is THE choice, and If you need anything from B&M - Hual Rite Trailers, Luke and his team are there to take great pride in helping you. 5 stars all the way. They both do things right!

I bought a haulright trailer made by B and M manufacturing. There were some issues with how the trailer fit the boat, that the dealer (not B and M) didn't catch. I took it to B and M ( haulright) and spoke with the owner. He was extremely friendly and had his guys fix all the issues I had and more. Very happy with my experience, would defiantly buy from again

Would give 0 stars if possible. These are the absolute worst trailers built and their customer support is pathetic at best and unwillingness to help resolve an issue with their own product that failed in less than 2 years. The main weld broke where the tongue ties to main frame of the trailer causing the trailer to break in half. I should have purchased the Diamond City trailer instead or any other trailer for that matter. Buyer beware.

Would like to put a big thank you out to Zach and Richard. I’m not from the Camdenton area but was in Camdenton on a fishing trip. I was having a brake issue with my tandem axel haul rite trailer. These guys dropped everything and worked on my trailer. Problem was solved in about an hour. No charge to me. Check out these affordable trailers. Thanks again guys for your help

Quiero dar mi opinión como transportistaDicen que cada quien opina dependiendo de cómo te tratan o como te va.......En lo particular a mí me fue excelente llegué después de la hora en que me debería haber descargado pero aún así me descargaron una persona muy pero muy excelente todo el personal muy excelentemente muy amable todavía al terminar la descarga me preguntó que si no ocuparía el baño por qué ya iban a cerrar, así que yo le doy.......un 10 muchas gracias por ser personas que nos tratan muy bien, Dios bendiga ese negocio mucho.
