Ted & Ethan are awesome. We were not sure what was going on with our electric bill and they came out and checked the system to make sure it was functioning properly. All checked out and there was no cost for the inspection. We still had an issue with our house not warming up properly and called again. They came out and we discussed some options. It was decided to install vapor barrier in the crawl space and to add to additional ducts. Our electric bill went down over $300 after this. There was no up sale, pressure, or high cost. Work was done within hours and the price could not be beat. Ted & Ethan are two of the nicest people I have met and really do listen to the customer. I would highly recommend Always Kool to anyone looking for HVAC service.

A heating and cooling company sold me a furnace and air conditioner heat pump this past summer. Air conditioner was sold as a 3 ton but was only 2 1/2 ton. Furnace was too big for our house and was never completely installed. I called Ted and they came out promptly and had to tear out furnace and install what our house needed. They had to finish wiring up air conditioner so it would serve as a heat pump. Original scumbag never completed wiring it so it would work as a heat pump. They also had to run new thermostat wiring since the old one wouldn't work with new system. Original crook didn't even tell me about needing new wiring. They just installed a new thermostat I purchased. Original family started this project in June and in October job was still not finished. They were here numerous times but were too methed out to do a job after I paid them. Ted and Ethan had everything fixed in 1 day. Maybe I should post this on Facebook so nobody else will make the same mistake I did.

We have used this company twice now, both times on holiday weekends. They are very professional and friendly. There were no up charges for the holiday and they are very reasonable. Our furnace was not heating upon our arrival from vacation. We called Always Kool and they came promptly. It was cold and Ted went to his shop from Mack’s Creek and returned with 2 heaters before he knew he had the job. We needed a new furnace which was installed in just a few days.
