Traveling for the holidays and we popped by for lunch and a potty break. The dining area and the bathrooms were clean. Our food was out pretty quickly and all of it was hot and fresh! The lady that took our order was very kind and a delight to speak with. The location is conveniently off the main highway as well, very worth the stop for yummy hot lunch and wonderful service! :)

This Dairy Queen was an incredible relief in today's world of usually lacking service. The kid working the checkout tonight was one of the best workers I've seen at fast food in the past five years. Incredibly respectful and witty, and moreover glad to be there. The manager was great as well, being right there and helpful when needed. Who knew a fast food restaurant like this could be such a hidden gem, but it was great! Thank you to the incredible staff!

Very dirty place for a restuarant only reason im giving 3 stars is because staff was nice and the kids absolutely loved the kids play area, not going to lie I even enjoyed climbing around in the slides and tunnels with them( way cleaner in those tunnels and slides then the food side was). Not good uniform policys at all. One girl had what looked like animal hair all over her shirt and pants. Dairy queen in columbia mo.

We don't get much here aside from a shake or blizzard for the kids on occasion. They're often late with online orders, don't answer the phone, and the store itself is a bit run down. It isn't anything particularly bad so we continue to occasionally stop here for treats, but just an fyi to others as far as communication between the facility and customers.

This place is always very busy, but I have never waited more that a couple minutes for my order! They are on top of everything and keep that food flowing!I’ve never had anything forgotten from my order. And it’s always very clean inside.Vegetarian options: I’m pretty sure none of the blizzards had meat in them.

My 81 year old Mother ordered ice cream cake Tuesday for a party. She went to Cabool from Mountain Grove 10 miles. She went through drive through to pick up as she is on a walker and couldn't carry a cake and use a walker. They wouldn't send it through the drive through window nor did anyone offer to bring it out. Such wonderful customer service. I can't believe it.

This was the worst DQ I've ever been to! My MIL has to be wheeled into the restaurant where the drive through starts and the door was at the far end of the restaurant. The disabled parking is in front of a door inaccessible to the wheelchair patrons and to get her into the bathroom, I had to back her down a tiny hall barely able to use a small wheelchair and the bathroom is Barely Wheelchair accessible.We will Not be back to this tiny DQ!Our chicken strip was very hot, and the fries were cold and stale. Not a good experience at all!The ice machine was "empty" or so we thought! A family came in after us and tried to get ice, they went to the counter to let them know their ice machine needed ice. The lady who "fixed" it came out with a big metal spoon and got up on a bench and stood on the counter reached in and started banging on the ice. Yes it started giving ice, however it was unsanitary how she "fixed" it plus she didn't come back and sterilize the countertop.If the ice needed broken up then I would assume it actually needed dumped and cleaned! I don't usually get ice due to so many researches about how bad ice in those machines can make you sick due to improper cleaning or never being cleaned.Parking: The Disabled parking is a joke! If you're in a wheelchair it's not really a close spot to the handicap accessible door.Wheelchair accessibility: Not easily accessible to wheelchair patrons.

Our trip to DQ was part of a mission to continue a ice cream tradition that we haven't been able to do in too long. Some will never know how something so little can mean so much, it's not about the ice cream, but the simple gift of shearing something together. This trip was over 2 months in the making... For we had to get out of the ER and then much work to get out and about. All along the way the promise of another ice cream trip. Ashley was so kind and understood what was needed and made this such a great experience. Grandma said they were really sweet people and I completely agree. Thank you DQ team for being part of making our day sweet!!!

Every time i come here they make me park and wait. The lids on the cups always pops off.1 out of 4 employees understand what customer service is. Don't buy a burger they barely clean the grill and always have black specks of burnt past cooked burgers. Don't Eat Here. Go to Town and Country deli

Ordered a Triple Smokehouse Cheeseburger without bacon. We do not eat pork for religious reasons so we asked 3 times to make sure burger would not gave bacon, this includes when the bag was handed to us. We were assured that it contained no bacon. Not only did it have bacon but it was only a double cheeseburger not a triple. Once again we had to throw dinner in the garbage! This would be chalked up to a just an honest mistake if it did not happen EVERY single time we gave tried this location. Never again. Corporate has called and apologized on several other occasions and convinced us to give them another try. Not this time...how many chances does a place get? Not sure but 10+ strikes and it's over for us.

The ice cream is good and I love the ice cream cakes, but the rest is your typical fast food fare at a premium price. I got a salad which tasted all right but hardly worth 12 bucks. Nothing against this location in particular. The service was quick at the drive-thru and everything seemed clean and orderly.
