Excellent professional meat cutting and processing. Top notch! Friendly helpful people and they have a great store at their location too. Highly recommended! These people know what they do and do it to a superbly high quality degree. I will ask my beef rancher to have my steer processed there from now on.

Will not be back. Nor do I recommend this place to anyone! I had my first deer processed at S&M, had a great experience. Came here for my second deer because S&M was full. Well I got 1/2 the weight of what my first deer was and they said thats all it was. I can't see how that's possible. The first one was average and this one too, but 20 lbs difference? I think not!They told me they likely have less because they are a usda certified plant and they trim better and take the bones out and cut out bad areas where other places don't do.I really question this place. I guess I'm going to ask some people about what goes on here. In a small town, it wont be hard to find out.

Find another processor!! Took deer for processing and only received half. They also “threw out” the head after specifically requested head for euro mount. Nobody working there knew where the rest of the meat went! This is supposed to be a meat processing company??? Avoid this place. Photo is all of the meat that was returned.

Steak bundle is now $200. I'm ok with that but the need to update their website. Steaks are thin and small. Prices are not that good either 😕

Had good luck the first year I tried them2nd year I dropped of a deer, paid a deposit and they gave it to someone else. Disappointing when you depend on the venison for the family. And I'm out a deposit.

Absolutely horrible quality meat. Steer clear of this place unless you want to get sick! We got tainted ground beef that got our whole family sick

Friendly, think their prices are comparable to the market! Asked if their beef was local.... don't know??? Will probably be back to make a purchase.
