The pharmacy is amazing the staff there are good people and make sure you understand the medications the doctors prescribed and what reactions to watch out for without making you feel belittled. They will also help find anyway to help save you money if having to pay out of pocket. The only Walmart pharmacy I've ever been to that has a mom and pop pharmacy feel.

Get rid of self checkouts standing in line for 20 minutes with three carts I'm next in line. I get up there and he turns off the light and says he's closed I have to use self checkouts after checking out for an hour stores closed we get home go through the receipt and half of what we got had wrong price double charged a few times and some how missed a few other's and half of it was check out by clerk so in conclusion it would save a lot of problems just to get rid of all but 1 mabey and get all the clerks back pay them there 15 an an HR

We were on a trip about 4 miles outside of Butler when our tire blew. We had already been sitting on the side of the road for an hour. We called to get a new tire and Karen and her service center boys really took care of us. They were amazing even though we came in 5 minutes before close. Had it on and us on our way in 15 minutes! It was an amazing service and really turned our night around on our trip.

Walmart is a fave...period. Workers here are friendly and informative as well as eager to assist w questions or concerns. Aisles are clean. Products and merchandise are clearly labeled. Discount and clearance items change daily and are worth checking as often! Other businesses inside operate during the majority of it's available hours and holidays etc...thanks Walmart

Used self checkout. The lady(Cyndi) in charge of that area spent her time on the phone while we were checking out. She was NOT very friendly. She was not rude in the fact of saying horrible things. She was rude in how she looked at us and she seemed disgusted that she even spoke to us. She might be a great employee for you but she definitely has no customer service skills.

I don't require much help at Walmart, but when I do, the people here are always friendly and helpful. The self checkout attendants are so nice. Item availability and selection are sometimes issues at this Walmart. Grocery pickup is always a breeze here, too. No problems whatsoever.

About what you'd expect from a small town Walmart. Nice staff, more variety than I'd have thought from such a small store though. The nice thing about a small town Walmart is that it stocks some cool things and then the locals don't really like it and then it goes on clearance.

Just needed some bird 🐦 seed and suet bc I was running low . So I shot in the Automotive entrance and grabbed the above mentioned, and then was able to check out thru Automotive as well! Great service with a smile 😃 ! Thanks so much for checking me out in the Automotive Department! The gentleman was very professional and polite ! Kudos to you for your efficiency ! We will definitely be back again !

It's so hard to find anything made in USA at any of the company's stores, and I truly dislike that. The cheapest store around here (Dollar General) has more US-made items for sale than Walmart does. &ĵ_y6<ů

Store was good ! Employee at check out was rude I was working with another employee at self check out another employee said did you check her tote she bought! Mind you I had a full tote I had groceries on tip of tote and the employee that was helping me told her no but once she gets everything off the top I will check it. I asked the employee if the other lady wanted to help she was rude. I understand there are lots of criminals in today's world but teach your employees to watch and ✋ not everyone is. I spent 158.00 if I had not shopped so long and had a funeral I would have gave her my basket. SINCERELY !!!

Very helpful and friendly from the cashiers to the stockers and Pharmacy staff. Excellent attitude and eagerness. Walmart is a great store/Brand. Usually very clean. However this location is very often out of stock on several normal items such as water, toilet paper, bread. Maybe because it's a small town, but these are important items that shouldn't be overlooked. There are a lot of items either not price not marked on shelf or in a spot marked for a different item. Otherwise 5 star.

You can never find an associate to help. In the rare event you do, pp9they act like they have better things to do and it is such an inconvenience to answer a question or even help you at all. Sam Walton would DEFINITELY be supporting the unemployment lines if he knew how his employees were treating his customers

Walmart seems to be a necessary evil here, but our cashier's and door greeters and cart attendants are so friendly and accommodating. In a smaller town like Clinton, you get to be "part of the neighborhood" no matter where you go.

Found everything I went for so that's always good .. was a little busy but got threw the self check out pretty quickly.. still waiting on my employee discount.. you would think if we got to check our self out we would get some kinda money taken off our total...
