When I called in for my multiple scripts. I believe her name is Jennifer answered my call. She must have a gift of understanding I have not had from a pharmacy before. She asked me if I knew the high cost of a particular med, it was high! She just had what must be a God given gift to have told me before hand with a sticker shock. She looked into it deeper and it had been sent as a 3 month supply all at one time. Not only did she initiate correcting the order she asked me if I wanted to save a few more coins? My answer was obviously Yes but again she is the one who told me I could save with goodrx. I asked how and she said just a moment and I can do that for you!Not only did this young woman provide a care rarely given these days but she handled my messy prescriptions, made sure I would receive additional savings all while I in the store for just a short time.I normally like a small town pharmacy over big store but the care given to me yesterday... just gave me more happiness added to an already God Made impressive Day!Now I have to tell You I love to give God praise in my lows and in my highs and the professional and kindness I received from Jennifer added to the joys in yesterday!I got to see a former classmate I think is just great and a friend shared amazingly great news! It was one awesome day given to me!

Firing David was a huge mistake. He was always helpful, friendly & I trusted his advice completely. My entire family switched to another pharmacy because of your poor decision. If that's the way Wal-Mart treats loyal, long-term employees, I'll take my business elsewhere.

Your pharmacy was great until yesterday--manager David made it great for 23 years. He was a home grown, Butler boy who had a servant's heart for all that he came in contact with...kindness and compassion for all!Many are already moving their RXs. A very big mistake.

As soon as I can find a different pharmacy that takes a discount card I'll be moving all my prescriptions there. Can't believe you fired an awesome pharmacist just because he spent time explaining medications to customers. 25 + years of loyalty to Walmart, shame on you!

This has always been a Pharmacy you could trust. That changed this last week when a new DM (of only 6 months experience) decided to take David away and fired him after a nothing but excellent career of 25 years with Walmart. David was THE ONE Butler Mo trusted as their friend and Pharmacist! Pharmacist, David treated every customer like a professional and beyond. And Now that we know YOU DO NOT CARE about your customers, by leaving DAVID in his position...each and every one of our friends and family will find a Pharmacy who does care about their customers. Summers or anywhere but Walmart. SHAME ON YOU WALMART! Sam Walton himself would be ashamed! Do not trust your scripts here your just a number to this Pharmacy!

Stupid Move Walmart David did what a Pharmacist should, get to know the patient, Sorry he talked to them to understand why they weren't feeling good after starting a script. Oh really call your Dr. and tell him what you told me you should be on B because of your so and so condition does you Dr know that.... there is a multi location larger pharmacy in town, check their prices folks. Wal mart isn't lowest $4 my hiney.. maybe for sugar pills. Make walmart pay for their stupidity, it's more obvious David was up for a raise that would put him out of some bracket and they had to create some B.S. reason to fire him.

This ridiculous place just let go of the best pharmacist I've ever met, and I've lived in multiple states and used several different pharmacies based on location and in-stock medications. They quoted he spent too much time with his customers?? This man saved the lives of some of his customers by assessing what he knew about them and their conditions and proceeded to double check their prescriptions with the prescribing institutions, often resulting in a quick prescription change due to an error on the institutions behalf. Honestly, who WOULDN'T want that type of dillegence when it comes to their health? This man was fired for THAT?? Sounds like a money hungry ploy to me. I would not use a pharmacy ran by someone so greedy and selfish if I were you. Anyone who is expected NOT to take that kind of care with their customers is putting your life at risk by not double checking for human error with your prescriptions. Zero stars if I could!

Great people who are currently working there! & with one exception of a former awesome pharmacist I really think the people is what make this place a 5 star rating! If it's on Wal-Mart & it's pharmacy separately then no not x5 stars.BTW- Not even close! All this is IMOAfter writing this I felt the need to add the definitions to the abbreviations/acronymsBTW- By the wayIMO- In My Opinion
