I needed a trailer light adaptor. It didn't fit as tight as needed, so the manager got some zip ties to make it work. He absolutely went above-and-beyond what was expected. Also, a trailer hitch and ball component was 33% cheaper than the auto parts store. Great place.

Just too busy for their customer. I called because about two to three months ago they were out of the size of the part that I needed. He yells over at the other guy asking about the park if they were still out. Yeah the guy goes I don't know. Then that first guy said no we're still out. Meanwhile I never told that kid that had been to 23 months since I I had stopped in to checkabout the part initially. Good they still be out possibly. I never told him what size I neededCasey's at $3.40 a gallon for gas why should I have to burn my gas go there because he doesn't care about his customer

The consistent service and ability to handle challenging customer service issues really stands out. That is a great change!!The employee faced a customer with a complaint and did not get flustered, but handled it very well. I was impressed 👌This place get better with time! I asked a question today and got a whole lot of willing help. It was impressive 👏

I don't think I've reviewed this type of store, so I'll try to be a bit non-tradional. They have everything you would expect in a small town, local hardware and garden store. You are greeted by the seasonal favorites as you walk in the door. It was the beginning of fall and hunting season, so you have all the expected options for a quick grab and go. We found what we wanted pretty fast, but store like this that have so much variety in a small space beckons you to walk around. Great location right off the highway amd friendly staff. Perfect small town feel.

I shop here almost daily for my feed and clothes! The staff/managers are the most helpful and very friendly everyday especially Steve and Most definitely Leonard are awesome ! The cashiers are awesome too! If u want Good quality farm products, this is the best spot.

Overall it was a good experience. The young woman at the counter was a pleasure to deal with, which was a bonus to see. So THANK YOU for making me enjoy coming to your store today. I hope that you stick around, and would like to see you work your way up through management!** There have been times not so long ago that the clientele were treated by three staff as is if they are an inconvenience to the employee's day and or "I don't think we have that" and don't even bother to help look. Also, I have noticed that the last several visits that the store is having a hard time carrying flock bedding and medium sized horse shavings.

While shopping I had two different employees assist me and help me locate the item I needed. Service at the check out could have been a little more friendly. Maybe even a smile and I would not have felt so awkward. Overall service was very helpful and polite while shopping

I would just like to say the cashier was very rude towards my friends and I when we just tried to ask a question. We asked to use a coupon and she said no. Which was fine, but then she proceeded to assume I did not have a farm member account and snatched the card with a snarky attitude and swipe it herself.

Well the cashier wasn't very professional when something I was trying to purchase rang up a different price and she was trying to make us pay the full price and we was like on we are good but they end up giving it for the price the advertisement said.
