I took my black kitty in there and Dr. Welbourn wrlent to get her out and she was scared and he actually smacked her several times then recently she got sick and he gave her the wrong medication and she died in my arms. I called Tim the next day and he was heartless. When I first started going there he was making comments about my rear end. I almost filed something on him

By far the best place I have every taken any of my animals, they are so loving caring towards my animals and as myself as well, they have boreded my big baby red twice now and have had no problems or concerns with them I'll continue to keep going there and definitely recommend people to go there as well I love the old school and class they give

Don’t let the fact that the doc can’t hear well deter you. His mind is sharp! He erred on the side of caution with my little dog, and he was absolutely right! He doesn’t go straight for invasive procedures to make more money, and his fees and medicines are very reasonable. His son was super nice, and even trimmed the hair on my dog’s face! As long as they’re in business, I won’t be going anywhere else!

Dr Welborrn and his wife and son are the staff. The other local vet clinic is all about the money. No money no help. First thing out of all of Butler animal clinics mouths is " questions about the animal". Of course they require pymt to survive but they literally and genuinely care for our pets . Dr welborrn has been an animal doctor for many years. He's up in age so surely one day he will retire, as he so deserves, but the community and certainly my pet babies will be lost without him and his family and staff. Thank you folks at Butler Animal Clinic from the bottom of my heart

This is one of the last old school vet office's where you are treated like a member of the family. My pet can get care without breaking the bank also. I love this office and have been going here for over 10 years.

I called this office to make an appointment for my dog, but when I called the rudest person answered the phone and made me at first feel like I may have dialed the wrong number. Which I was taken back because of all the good reviews they had and wasn’t not expecting the way they presented themselves over the phone and then rudely said to me “we don’t have any openings find someone else”. So I will not EVER recommend this place to anyone (if they are anything like they were on the phone I would be afraid of the kind of care my poor baby would even get !! ) I get if your busy or booked up, but you can politely tell someone that you don’t have any appointments available at the time instead of being very rude and disrespectful about it.

The doc fixed my pit even though I was a day late. He was mire then generous by providing me with antibiotics to get us through the healing stage. It’s time to get the stitches out snd his door is open anytime witch helps tremendously this day in age. Thanks doc w. Fir your generosity!

Known Dock Wlbourn all my life and he is the only vet I will evr let touch my pets again. He, his wife and his son are the nicest caring compassionate animal lovers I know. They know what to do and how to do it. I have never been disatisfied with thier care for my babies.

I tried to get an appointment for my cat it was an emergency situation the guy that answered the phone was so rude and hateful telling me they aren't accepting new animals when I asked if he could maybe suggest another vet he was like idk try Nevada..I was shocked by his treatment on the phone made me wonder how he treated animals
