We called twice to verify they can fill our bins if we brought it to them and both times they said they can and told us the price about how much it would be. We made a trip up there Monday morning (10/24) and arrived at 0830 to find out that we have to pre-order..... no one told us that when we called. I love the prices of their product but the information they provide to their customers when they call is not there especially new customers. So for the new customers looking for information, look at this review and you will know what to do and decide if you want to continue your business with them or not because more than likely I might not due to the fact that my time was wasted trying to get proper information and then driving to the store just to leave with nothing.

The entire MFA staff were absolutely amazing! They were very helpful and answered any questions I had and they let me take my heeler in, and told me how pretty she was! Checking out was quick, but not rushed. Very helpful, attentive, prompt, and professional.

It's crazy how much stuff is in this store. Every fastener and odd part in awesome selections for every odd job or repair.Saw shop is great. Just a good place for a quick gift too that isn't everywhere else.

We bought an insecticide to spray on our fruit trees at this MFA...when we got this product home we read up on things that can be used that are more natural because we wanted to get away from worrying about the dangerous effects of pesticides...we had our receipt and had not opened the product but when we took it back for a refund and expressed our concerns about using it and wanting a refund... we were told because the bottle had some product on outside of the it they could not accept it...when we were purchasing the product it was in the cart beside my purse and it had leaked out onto my purse...so the bottle was leaking before we even purchased it...but they still would not accept it...the same cashier waited on us on this visit that checked us out when we purchased the product and I had asked her for a paper towel to wipe off my purse...this was at 8:30am and yes we all have days where we are more chipper than others but this must have been one of those off days for her where she wasn't as chipper....we would have been glad to exchange it for something that was more natural but they did not have anything to replace it with....

I go here all the time. Most of the people are very friendly and helpful when I have questions. They dont have as great of stock as some others and We regularly clear their shelves they stock back quickly.

Sometimes the staff are great other times they're not. The thing that bothers me the most is being treated like a child when I'm not. I don't come often nor like to because there is always some sort of problem.

I while working on a project with a friend it happens that I needed a couple of hard tonfund Nyloc nuts. I searched for a few minute , actually found the right box but was unsure of the proper size. An employee who's name I failed to get,(sorry buddy) had literally just walked in the door , hadn't even clicked in yet , he heard me at the counter immediately and took me back and found the proper nuts for me.Next, I went back to the counter , got in line and before I could stand still another excellent employee had me come to other counter by the door and cheerfully helped me out much faster. Highly recommend this store.
