Took my Cavalier in for grooming and he came out completely shaved. Was told he was matted which was not the case but you have to pay the ridiculous pricing to get you family pet out of there. Will never go here again!!!

The environment alone and customer service are disgusting here. The owner holds no accountability for her actions (injury to animals, completely botched shaves, etc.). Will harass you if you try to confront her about the issue, and make false claims. Please please save your animal and yourself and DO NOT go here.

Worse groom my dog has ever had! I gave detailed description on how I wanted dog groomed. She did nothing I ask for., she shave my silky daschound down . Cut of his beard etc telling me he was matted. Which was not true. DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE.

Always a great experience! Started taking my fur baby to see Keri and now take my in-laws dog and my son's dog and they always come out looking sharp. She has great customer service and you can tell she is passionate about what she does!

What a sad day for my Giant Schnauzer and myself. Woman was very unprofessional, but was all about how bad all the other groomers are. No longer does Ava have her signature eyebrows, her beard is gone as well. I paid $150 dollars for her to shave my beautiful Giant Schnauzer to the bone even shaved her raw where she had her only white spot. She thought she had to yell at me because she screwed up. Very unprofessional!!! Please please if you love your dog DON'T take them here!!!!!!

I was satisfied with the overall treatment of my Annabelle. They did an excellent job on her nails. They even surprised my wife with how short they got them and the wonderful purple nail polish. She smells amazingly good and her coat is so shiny and is lovable soft.

Took my toy poodle there, wanted to keep her hair in the teddy bear cut not a poodle cut. She now has no hair shaved her down close like a poodle and even cut all the hair off her tail. No top notch and very uneven. I'm so sad for me and my fur baby. I told her many times how I wanted it cut even pointed to a picture hanging on her wall. She never took notes or anything.

Our 1 1/2 year old westie came back with rope burns around his neck and Razer burns on his side and belly from a summer cut/shave appointment from this groomer. A few days after his appt his tail started swelling and he was in extreme pain. Our vet indicated one of the causes of this type of injury can be from being grabbed/held by the tail. This was only his 2nd grooming with them, and we advised the groomer this when we made the appointment. The owner made sure she told us he was a horrible "client" when we picked him up. He has always been a well-adjusted, sweet boy, and we've never had issues when bathing, brushing, or trimming his nails at home. Now he is anxious when anyone gets near his tail and runs when we try to brush him.This is after several months. Very unprofessional comment from the owner, and an insult a puppy parent never wants to hear. We do NOT recommend this groomer.

This was my first time using Fluffy Puppy and I am so glad I did! The place smelled heavenly when I walked in, and my little handsome boys were so happy 😍 The ladies did an excellent job of grooming my little babies I will definitely be going back!! Thank you Fluffy Puppy ❤

Karen is amazing she truly loves animals and does wonderful work, not only in her shop but she works allot with rescues. I boarded my dogs Annie and Rolo there while we went to my son's graduation for basic training I know I had to driver her crazy with all the texts but she was so sweet I would definitely recommend her to anyone !!!! ❤🐕

Absolutely terrible! I took my mini Aussie to her and told her we just wanted her trimmed, we got there to pick her up and she was shaved to the SKIN!! Being a groomer you should know you never ever under any circumstance shave and Aussie less than an inch long!! Wow unreal!!
