Made a visit earlier this morning 01/12/24 and only see one lady working. Let's just say POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE... I was at the self checkout trying to purchase a couple of items before the bad weather and grabbed the wrong bank card, set my cart aside and grabbed the right card from outside. Lady voided the items and as I was rescanning my items accused me of not scanning my coffee beverage when it showed on her paper slip that was the first item. Very upsetting and she embarrassed me making assumptions I was going to not pay for an item. I'm a frequent customer and I will probably never return to this location ever again. Filed a complaint with the district manager.

They need to improve on their lack of putting prices on the shelves. Also their issue with overcharging.

Has towels and Wash clothes in 50 perfect off isles and Guy at register said no people put stuff in that shelf but there are like 10 to 15 packs stacked nice and neet and about the same in bath towels so don't think that someone just picked up from different area and placed them there

Glad we have this store or should I say MESS! Why do the Dollar General store always look like a tornado went through them? Out of stock, not organized, Very messy and dirty! Don't get me wrong the employees are nice (mostly) and I'm sure they try with the small amount of payroll they have too work with after all who wants to work in a mess all the time.

If a store is putting merchandise on sale, 50% off holiday storage containers for instance, they should know the full price so that they can be sure the sale price is accurate!!There's no way the containers, near the front door, are ALREADY 50% off - there is a flag with $9 taped to the display. Folks, look at them when you go and and then decide for yourselves - would YOU EVER pay $18 for the size these are?So, instead of buying 4 of them, I didn't buy any. I'm not sure what's going on with that deal, but I'm sure it can't be correct.

I Was told to come back today when they would have an item in stock. Went in tonight at around 7:30. There was not a single other customer in the store and multiple employees. I couldn't find what I was looking for so I asked a lady stocking things (was told after she was the assistant manager) she said that they were in the back but she was not going to get them for me because she would have to find them. I would have to come back some other day. I thought she was for sure joking. It was a simple grocery item that no other store in town carries that I have needed all week. I have never been to a store that refused to sell to someone simply because they ran out on the shelf and had it in the back. They usually go get it.

The only two women working evening shift on 8/27/16 were Awesome. This was during the 50% off clearance sale and not one of my App coupons or any of my mf coupons would scan, there was a long line of customers and they stayed positive and had to do everything manually because their hand scanner cord was broke. Those two ladies are great workers! Thank you for all your help

Can't get anyone to run a register. Manager too busy talking and laughing with friends to hop on an open register with lines to the middle of the aisles, waiting. I don't have time for this kind of poor customer service and haven't been back for months and will NOT return. Sad that this store WAS good, once.

My Favorite place to get hygiene products and all my laundry / cleaning supplies. With their DG app it makes couponing so easy. I open up the app as I make my list and add the coupons right from my phone and at check out i sign in and it automatically takes off the savings and shows exactly what u saved on each item. I love it

Good store. Employees are slow. You stand at the checkout and have to hope someone notices. Waited up to five minutes for an employee to check me out.

I frequent Dollar General and the people are friendly and courteous they also take the time to show you where your products are that you can't find I'll continue shopping at Dollar General in Buffalo Missouri

I'm trying to call the Buffalo, Missouri store and the call keeps dropping after the first ring. I might think that with my cell phone , that's just the way it is. But it does the same thing with my house phone which is a land line. Any answers would be appreciated.

I have always had a very good experience at this Dollar General. The store is clean. The workers are kind. The selection is comparable to other dollar general’s and the prices are comparable to other dollar generals.

Mostly a quick stop to pick up a couple items, unfortunately they haven't had what i needed a few times. The staff has changed and are not the "ready to help" mentality.

Wish the store manager called another store to see if they had more curtains in the same color, but they refused to and wouldn't even look on their phone to do it. Very dissatisfied
