Why… why ever time I go here my order sucks. Either it’s wrong completely or skimpy. It’s almost $10 for this, it’s no a kids meal. Hate this place worst restaurants in Buffalo hands down. They always have people pull aside in the drive through; for a couple second wait. Staff is never friendly. If you hate your job why did you apply.

This place sucks. They admitted they made a mistake. In fact told us the kid working the register was only 16 and made a mistake. He missed one of our baskets and I feel since it was their mistake they should have given us one without having to pay for it but they refused. I would have spent more money there because I wanted ice cream but didn't because I was very unhappy with their service. Will never go back there. Wouldn't have given them one star if I could have left a review without it.

I've always been a fan of Dairy Queen. This review is not so much about thus particular location as it is about the ice cream we got here.The girl who waited on us was very helpful and friendly. The restaurant itself was clean and pleasant.But the soft serve ice cream that we had tasted like it was some sort of frozen artificial Cool Whip. It was terrible. I assume that this is the new Taste of Dairy Queen. We will try once more, maybe at a different location, and if it is the same taste as we had here, Dairy Queen will no longer be one of my favorites.

They didn't know how to swipe our cards we spent 30 minutes sitting in the drivethru arguing with the counter person to try a different register because no way were 3 cards with 600 dollars on it declined. They tried to keep the food until I insisted they use another register and after some huffing they did it and wow! Card approved. Either their card machine was broken, or the employee was. Cold food too

The customer service is a joke. I order a hamburger with everything on and mayonnaise & mustard with no cheese. I also order two blizzards and French Fries. When I got home my burger was not what I ordered. I call to speak the manager and he was acting like he couldn’t hear me but heard what I saying because I heard him just fine. I wouldn’t let anyone I know to go to the one in Buffalo, MO.

Ordered from my app. Stood for quite awhile and finally had to ask if my order had been noted. Guess it was sitting quite awhile waiting. Not great when you order ice cream product.I could tell the boss wasn't around because the 5 people working in back were not really on the ball.But the blizzards are always good when I order from drive thru. So I'll do that from now on.

Tasty, be nicer if they finished the car in front of you and took your money before they made your cone and let it sit on the counter melting with a hole in the cone that makes a mess.Update, they did a better job this time. Fast courteous and tasty.

The service seemed fine at first. They brought our food out and were polite, but messed up the order at the register. I asked them to read the order back to me and they read everything back, but on the receipt they didn't ring up 2 of our five orders and then preceded to have me pay for the items that were not brought out to us that they "didn't catch". The girl then preceded to blame the register for her not ringing it up properly. The service was good. They were all polite, but it just really wasn't a great response.

Hubby and I sat in there for 20 minutes waiting for food and watched another couple get their food before us, they ordered the same thing we did!! Of course, it could have been because the cashier knew them and enjoyed talking to them while we were placing our order with her. After watching others get their food that came in after us we demanded a refund and left!!!! Very unfriendly staff!!! No apologies or anything!!

I like going out on a casual date here, or coming here with family. I always order the chicken strip basket. Sometimes, the gravy is cold, and the chicken, but that's only happened once over 20 visits or so over the years. Nice to have a place with food and ice cream as a hangout for friends or after event socializing

I just had to comment on the attitude of one of your employees - Lexi (I think that's her name - tiny, dark hair) was an absolute GEM! Give this girl a raise - she deserves it. She handled a concern of mine with the utmost respect and to my complete satisfaction.

I ordered a chili cheese dog. The chili was dark brown, almost black like it had cooked all day. The chili was extremely spicy. The door to the men's room was locked and my husband wanted to use the bathroom. The employees seemed not to know where the key was. After eating, we went to the gas station so my husband could use the restroom

Burger was WAY overcooked. Chewed like rubber. Meat tasted "funny". Fries were extensively heat lamp tortured, I'm sure they confessed to their crimes long before being served. Banana split was ok, but expensive, and small. I guess it's hard to overcook ice cream.

Good, fast service despite being extremely busy. Employees are friendly and seem well trained. Kids love this place. They would drink those smoothies all day every day if they could.
