Short staffed, dirty, and no public restrooms

Everytime u go in short staffed. One young lady very awesome. They hired a young man had him come in 3 days of orientation new manager came in told him he needed an ID she would put him on the schedule. He got the ID he called she put him on for the following Saturday he shows and is told he was booted out of system because of ID. Was told Lisa was not there talked to the assistant manager wanted to know if the boy needed to get another job was fired, getting a bit rediculous 3 times he's come in just to be sent home the assistant manager said "No he was just booted out of system trying to get ahold of corporate we'll call him". Come to find out Lisa was in her office watching videos on computer. Never called. I stop in there a week and a half later talking to the young lady I like, she said she thought it was wrong how they let the boy go and didn't bother to tell him. Poor management and company, the man hasn't been paid for his time, and the clothes he was told to buy.

I only shop here when I have to. I am not a fan of this store. Although I can say that it has improved over time. The shelf are stocked better now by this I mean there are no boxes sitting in the floor like it used to be. So in some ways it has improved. But some items are higher prices than other stores so it does not always save you money to go there.

Not much selection compaired to other local stores. The shelves are usually bare and totes of things to be stocked are full but they sure do have plenty of time to destroy things they're throwing away. The majority of the employees there are actually pretty friendly though.

They usually have whatever I need when I stop in, or they do soon thereafter, but really it’s a very rare occasion that they don’t have something I’m looking for. I just hope my tasteykake cinnamon rolls are back on the shelf very soon. Those with Oj for breakfast I mean ya just can’t beat it. Lol.

Necessities, snacks, household items & other sundries inexpensively priced... they have their own house brand, "DG", most often cheaper than the brands next to them on the shelf. Be SURE to check ingredient labels and instructions to make sure you are getting what you wanted and thought you were getting! This particular store is usually very clean, and the staff is also usually very friendly, as well.

I love this store only place in town! Sometimes ita not the tidiest or cleanest! But it's never disgusting just untidy! Sometimes things aren't stocked and don't have what we need but not very often! I love the staff and talking with them! Very friendly and caring!

Pretty disorganized and needs upgraded. Cashier was listening to music on her phone singing while checking me out. So it was a little unprofessional unlike other experiences with other employees. Had what we needed though.

Very friendly helpful staff. The store is very full, which makes it tough to navigate around, but the variety makes that worthwhile and the staff is always helpful about finding items or finding out if items are available.

I usually have good experiences at this location. Its not the tidiest of stores. Not sure how much of that is customera being slobs or employees, or lack of employees? Either way, its great for convenience. They usually have what i am needing.

Much quicker and more convenient than the big store (less customers and reducing my exposure to this darn virus). Plenty of product and they had everything I was looking for.

They offer to give you money off your Debit cards, yet still want to charge you to get yoir own money. The service is lousy, the Employees are anywhere but the register.

I am not happy with the new manager at our dollar.general she is rude she lies and she is out to get people fired frankly I think she needs to go she is ride to the customers I live in Buckner and I would rather drive drive.to Blue Springs to go to the dollar store I will not go back to that store until they get rid of that woman I have no use for people like.that maybe you need to pay more attention to her and stop harrasing the good people that work there just because she don't like them

These stores, no matter where they are, are messy, dirty, and cluttered so bad you can't find what your looking for. Usually the employees aren't friendly either.
