I usually don’t write negative reviews and I have waited a long time and really need to say this!! I went to this place when Britney ran it and always had superior service!! When Tiffany came it was ok but not the love that Britney showed!! The last time I took my dog there was not pleasant and I don’t know what happened but Tiffany’s husband did not really want me to pay and was hesitant and my dog shook all afternoon and I knew something had happened!! I have never taken her back and never will!! I have taken a log time to write this but when someone mistreats a 12 pound dog or any dog does not need to be in the grooming business and that is my opinion

Finally, my dog came home happier then when I left her! She felt good, looked good, smell good and was all Wiggly and cuddly! Also, I think we finally found the person to do Dixie's nails perfectly. Dixie is handicapped, causing her to walk on her tiptoes, making her nails curved sideways and very uncomfortable for her to walk on, so we have to keep them trimmed just right. Britney did an excellent job, the first time! I'm getting ready to call and make our second appointment now! Very satisfied.

They did a great job grooming our dog, he came back in a great mood. He's the softest he's been in a while and his hair cut looks wonderful. They'll hold them there too so you don't have to pick up immediately which is really convenient.
