Very good and friendly vet clinic. I've been going here for years. I even travel over 60 miles one way just to go to this clinic. They are very affordable with home pets such as dogs and cats. Although I can't say about farm animals, I would definitely take the chance if I had any.

Have been taking our dog there since he was 8 weeks old, he is now 5. Used to sing this place praises but no more. They are rude, uncaring and would never recommend to anyone. Don't know what happened to this place but it's not the vet clinic it used to be. Called at 8 am because if an emergency and was told there were no available appointments til 4:15. They never even asked what was wrong. I began to explain and said "he can't wait that long..." and never got to say another word and the receptionist said "then take him someplace else " and hung up on me. That's one hell of a vet office. This was our regular vet mind you. Shows how much they really care. Never more and do Not recommend.

We have always traveled significant distance if necessary to bring our animals here. Reliable and credible team who easily accommodate your schedule and simplify the process... Here's the kicker, they are generally at least 40% cheaper than any other vet entity I have ever encountered in North Missouri!! Once you experience it for yourself you will feel like your being swindled by any other provider you ever visit. I cringe when I hear how much others pay for basic services.

Our office has went from 3 veterinarians to 2 veterinarians so we do not always have a veterinarian in the office as we service sale barns and large animal clients as well. This is what had happened the day you had called the office and we realized you needed emergency services and we were not able to accommodate you.What was upsetting to me was not that you could not "accomodate" me. I was in need of emergency vet services and there was no vets in a vet office, that could care for animals with an emergency. What I said in a plea of desperation was "He could not wait that long" and the response I recieved from whomever answered the phone at the office was "Then you better get another vet" and I was then hung up on. Even a reccomdation of another Vet to contact would of been satisfactory but instead I was left to find a vet for an emergency situation and was treatehat my dog had never been to. In my opinion you were rude and unprofessional a vet office that doesn't care about about its patients really isn't of much value in my opinion. I found another vet and my dog was seen immediately and treated well and recovered well. That's what is most important. I do NOT recommend this your services and God forbid if any of your patients have a pet emergency. 😥

This vet is the most affordable vet I have ever went to. My grandparents take their dog here and told me how great their dog was treated and how affordable it was so I drove from out of state to get my cat her shots. The Vet was amazing! He was extremely gental when handling her and was wonderful at calming her down. (It was her first trip so the smells and noises had her quite upset) I will reccomend this place to everyone.

This is the closest thing to a human Doctor's office that I've ever seen! There are actually different appointment rooms for your pet. There is a comfortable waiting room. Great people, great Vet, Professional, Compassionate! Affordable. I'm out of great adjectives, but you get my point, right?

I've brought my pets here for years!*EDIT* 2019I had a newborn kitten that I had to bottle feed that was acting ill and I took her in to try and see Harland, but he wasn't in nor was any other vet, I understand they are busy but their receptionist at the time was very rude to us. We took our business to a different vet and never went back.

Highly recommend! Affordable care for your pets. You should not have to take out a loan for vaccinations & routine care - you don't have to here. They are concerned about the animals they care for and realize that not everyone wants, or can, afford spa type services. I am just one of many who drive 30+ miles to go to this vet clinic.

Bought a dog from a client of this vet. They wrote he is a pit on his shot record which in fact he is an American Bully. I called to see if they would fix it. The lady I spoke with said she would not change the breed even though it is incorrect. The parents are papered he will be papered. I would never take any of my animals to this vet with as rude as she was on the phone.

Dr Harlan is the most professional and generous Veterinarian that I know. There are not many veterinarians that specialize in the skill of entropion surgery. Dr. Harlan performed it very well and at a level we could afford. The other veterinarians were so much higher we could not have had the surgery in our cowboy would have had to suffer for many years and possibly even go partially blind. His practice shows his charitable heart for both Man and Animal alike. I would recommend than 100% for any of your needsThank you Dr. Harlan and staff
