Got us in last minute at 9:30pm with a family with kiddos when that snow storm hit. We come from northern Illinois and had been on the road for hours with delayed traffic due to weather. We were stressed and ready to just relax for the night but were only2 hrs from our destination. They had an open room for $150 and got us right in. Very clean, warm water and great shower pressure. Convenient location next to a small Walmart. Friendly staff. Breakfast could’ve been better but we couldn’t complain because it made the kiddos belly’s full. Would return if I ever had to!

Clean quit rooms. Great location. Easy parking for truck and trailer.Staff was not very helpful. No friendly greeting. Morning staff as well seemed unfriendly.However this was a great place. Comfortable bed and pillows.Warning to pet owners they charge the standard $30 fee (no problem) ,but then they charge a $150 deposit which is refundable after the room is checked.

Staff is extremely friendly and helpful every time. Morning breakfast is great. Have been there when they are sold out and still great service even with high traffic. It won’t disappoint you. Walking distance of Walmart if you need something quick also. Restaurants/gas station nearby also across the highway.

Room was nice. Very large.Bed firm. Shower worked well.Included breakfast was better than expected.Service, not great.Toilet paper in my room ran out and there was no spare roll.I thought they would replace when my room was made up. They didn't.How do you not replace toilet paper that is clearly out?They also didn't replace empty facial tissue until it was out for two days.Room was simply not attended to very well, and that was disappointing.

Friendly staff and easy to reach location. Clean. Good, hot breakfast that was served in to-go boxes, to be taken back to the room (dining area still closed for Covid precautions). Only real complaint was the lack of sound reduction. Our room was close to the housekeeping/laundry area and was VERY noisy, everything from the actual machines while they were running, to the water pipes.

I would give this hotel 10 stars out of 5 if it were possible. I have stayed here 4 times in the last 8 months with my Aunt. The entire staff is courteous and engaging. They are genuinely friendly and kind. Melissa, Sharon, Tim, Kelly, Theresa, Amber and Beth have been here every time we visit. In the evening when we return they run over to hold the door for my Aunt that uses a walker. They always make sure we have everything we need. They keep everything clean and appealing. Thank you all so very much!!

We stayed two nights during my father's funeral. The room was very tidy & sanitary. The bed & pillows were very good & I had a good nights sleep both nights. Larger refrigerator than most accommodations & microwave worked well. Decor was pleasing to the eye. Bathroom was very clean...I am a germ-a-phoebe & it passed with flying colors. The breakfast was really good both mornings. The staff was very friendly & helpful & the gentleman working the early AM breakfast shift was a top notch great person. ∞♥

This hotel takes fantastic care of me! I'm working night shift and had to stay over the alumni weekend... so unfortunately they were completely full when I needed a room. They did everything in their power to get me a room ASAP in the morning so I could get some sleep! They made sure to note that I will not be needing housekeeping during the day so I won't be disturbed and got me extra soaps and coffee packets ahead of time. On top of all that work, Sharon took the extra step to go ahead and book me for all the dates I need for the next month. Truly top of the line service, which I did not expect from a hotel in this tiny town. Thank you!!

Novermber 2021:Clean and well appointed. Price feels a bit high but the area doesn't have anything really for competitors. Location is right by a Wal-Mart and near the highway on ramp so convenient for travel and forgotten necessities.Location has a locked lobby from 9pm to 6am but no night I was there did that seem to ever be active. However, that area did not have any issues to make me feel unsafe either.There does seem to be some future construction about to start. The large field is dirt and leveling so might be something to observe through 2022 if it's an issue for you.Room was a single king standard. Large enough to be comfortable. Came with a microwave, mini fridge (that froze water it worked so well) with slot freezer, couch, and desk. I personally did not care for the complimentary products (soaps etc) as the smell and quality were not tolerable for more than the first night. My room did have issues with a very slow draining sink and a finicky toilet. The shower head did not move which as a taller person was not the nicest but par for the course. I didn't mention anything to have these addressed during my stay as nothing was unusable and I am not afraid to lift the tank lid to get it to refill with water to flush.Staff was generally good. Some off comments by one person but everyone else was courteous. Had a fairly wide spread of hot and cold breakfast to-go during modified times.

I just love staying here whenever we are in Brookfield. The staff are amazingly friendly and helpful, and they work hard to keep the place looking good. The beds are comfy and clean, and the hotel is great about pets, too! I've stayed here a LOT in the past couple years, and they never let their being the only real hotel in town get ahead of good service.

The staff was so friendly, the rooms were very clean, and the breakfast was great! Noise carries pretty easily, but the fan blocked quite a bit of it while sleeping. The towels were very soft and absorbent, and the shower had great water pressure! Also conveniently located next to Walmart. Would definitely stay again!

If you get a ground floor room, you want your room rate at half the price of $113, because the upper floors squeak and groan with the weight of the persons walking around. And if they pace all night...ugh. Also, we had to sleep with our heads at the foot of the bed because the mattress was worn down at the head and tipped us upside down. Nice and clean, though, with ample linens and a decent sized fridge with freezer.

This place was very clean, personable, and cloose to everything we needed. The pool was very refreshing also. The amenities in the room were very nice. The refrigerator and microwave came in very handy with the little kids. I would definitely stay her again. The personnel couldn't do enough for us. They made our stay very pleasant.

Stayed overnight while passing through on business, the stay was fantastic! After reading reviews ahead of time (I'm a planner) I asked for a room away from the ice machine and elevator. I was given room 209, Super Quiet!!! It is away from the main hallway and over the lobby. No view as the roof to the carport is directly outside, however this worked great as it blocked any parking lot lights and was on the opposite side as the Walmart parking lot.My wife and I travel frequently for vacations and mostly stay at Hilton properties (Hilton Gold) and I admit the room I had (209) was almost identical to the Double Tree by Hilton in Colorado we stayed at a few months earlier, almost identical! The finishes, layout, fabrics, décor, mattress and cleanliness! This was my first stay ever at a Best Western and it was better than I ever expected. Truly a well managed property with quality staff and updated!The staff at check in (about 7pm) was awesome, prompt, friendly and polite. Check in was swift. The stay was peaceful and quiet and check out was easy. Water pressure was ok, nothing worth noting but worked well. AC stayed cool and no hallway noise. The morning breakfast was excellent. I wish I'd gotten her name as she was awesome too, fresh eggs, sausage and juice as well as a wide selection of grab and go items for the road.Note, the housekeeping attendant for my room was Beth, and she did a fantastic job, that room was spotless, not a speck of dirt, dust or crumbs anywhere. No smudges on the microwave, TV or remote. (left you a little something for the service well done).Next trip in the area I'll be sure to have them book me a stay at the Best Western in Brookfield!10/13/2021 (209)

Wonderful staff. I was beginning a 1500 mile trip when my car suddenly quit on the highway and my car was towed to them and ended up being more than one day ordeal with the car being picked up after we had already gone back home. The entire staff was wonderful and very helpful considering my niece and I had spent hours in the pouring rain prior to check in and we were out of sorts and stressed the entire stay. The general manager was a gem. I used to manage hotels and the staff was as good to us as I always tried to be to my guests. Thank you all!

Very clean, quiet and comfortable rooms. The bed and sheets are awesome! Breakfast was very good, but real small room to eat in. There are no lights or signs at the entrance, so don't drive by. Believe for rural Mo., its a little pricey. But will stay there again, since it's the only real hotel in the town where we visit relatives.

Bed was comfortable, staff was amazing, easy access from parking to room, someone had lost an earring in the room..which my foot easily found, and the repairs in the bathroom had left a plaster dust mess in the sink and on top of the guest toiletries. The breakfast was full of variety and was kept fresh by very friendly staff.

My husband and I stayed at this motel as my daughter recently moved to Brookfield. I must say the facilities were very clean and well maintained. The beds were especially comfortable. The desk staff were all very nice and professional. If it were not for the very rude and hateful lady "in charge" of the breakfast room I would have no complaints. The lady was so rude in fact that the desk clerk followed us to our vehicle to apologize. I do not hold it against the other staff, I could not have asked for better, as they say it only takes one bad apple. I was appalled by her treatment and will be checking out the surrounding motels on our subsequent visits to our daughters house. I may return if I do not find cleaner or more comfortable, although before our horrible treatment this motel would have been our first choice.

Nice and clean. Looked like most if not all rooms have a fridge and microwave which some pricey hotel rooms don't even have. Good room rates as well. Staff was nice and helpful. Free hot breakfast was excellent as well. Great place to stay in Brookfield area.

clean, friendly, helpful peaceful and quiet. when the partiers came in at 3 am. They nicely but firmly asked them to be quiet due to us sleeping guests. My 2.5 yr old grandsons were treated as the well behaved yet 2.5 year olds they are. Not as nuisance children. This is a nice hotel to stay at
